Had a great experience everything was as promised

Both the sales associate (Bruce) and construction manager (Mateo) have provided exceptional service through our search, purchase, build, inspections, closing, and post close punch list. The design process was a bit of a challenge, but in the end Pulte was responsive to all of our requests. The quality of the workmanship was pretty good for a mass production home. When issues were raised they were addressed in a timely manner by the Pulte Team. What might be the best example of the great service is that the entire team continued being responsive even after closing. 5 Stars

The home is great and We are settling in. Our CM Steve is the best and kept us updated every step of the way.

Any new home building process will have a challenge or two. But overall we felt things went smoothly, from the sales process with Darren to the completion of our home with Jeff. We are very happy with our decision and choices. I put four stars for value as I think lot prices and some of the options were a bit pricey.

Our construction manager Gordon did a great job answering questions and keeping us informed. He was very patient and understanding with our questions and always took the time to explain everything. Our sales rep Darren was also very helpful throughout the process and we have made several referrals to him.

Great service from day one. All the Reps were professional and got the job done when they said they would. Outstanding service on all steps of the buying process.

Take time to read the papers given to you at closing, they do give you all the information you need.

Overall …my home buying experience was seamless. The quality and craftsmanship of my home is exactly what I expected. All my expectations were met!! I am very satisfied

Overall, our experience was excellent. Very pleased with Jacob's keeping us up to date on progress all throughthe build process. Only complaint might be final cleaning could've been a little more thorough.

Love my new home. We've been in for 2 months now and had no issues. The home was delivered clean, finished and within in the completion window they originally provided. The staff that work with you through out the process were all very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

We had an awesome construction/project supervisor. Our issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The construction went as planned. We are very happy with our new home.

My process from start to finish was excellent. My salesman Darren and construction manager Steve were fantastic to deal with. Both answered and handled all of my questions, and I must admit I asked many. The house is beautiful and very well done. I couldn't be happier. Thank You

It appears that you are rushing in the building of the homes and some of the features are done rather sloppy. Also, because of the rush to put up the houses and the lack of materials, ie. windows and screens, you are substituting.

My salesman helped me during entire process. Especially especially since I did everything from purchase, decorating choices, and closing ande made it easy even though I was in California and Able to accomplish it all.

Our new home was beautifully and sturdily built in spite of the chaos in the labor and materials markets. The people of Del Webb Stone Creek were always forthright, respectful, cheerfully reassuring, and as it turns out--completely trustworthy. That was important to us because we were unable to supervise or even visit our project the entire time it was being built.

Although we are pleased with our new home some of the comments expressed by other buyers with regards to the builder not following mandatory codes and specifically with regards to studs, Joist and rafters give me pause to confidence in structural integrity as we did not hire a licensed inspector during our walk through phases and final inspection. When I asked our superintendent if a licensed inspector was used during Pulte’s quality assurance inspection he stated no that they use their in-house capability. I am not saying that I do not have confidence in my home’s safety I am saying that the over quality of the structure gives me pause. I did not take exception to various paint spots on the vinyl flooring as Jacob took care of them and other minor nit noy items. Steve Gurley, Darren McGuiness and team made our experience wonderful!!

Long but worth the wait in closing. Builder had numerous hurdles to finishing the build. There are still several minor issues which did not delay move in and are being addressed. We love our new home.

From the beginning with our sales rep, Bruce, Nicki the interior designer who listened and suggested when we went a little astray to closing with Pulte Mortgage responsiveness was excellent. Our construction manager Steve was the person who made this a positive for us. With all the hurdles he faces daily with shortage of product and deadlines being met, he was great. When we went through our walk thru before closing there were so many things that needed to be done we were not optimistic. Steve assured us that everything would be done and it was. He continues to be available to us as the first week in our new home we had air conditioning issues which he handled immediately and recently a plumbing backup which he also assisted in getting resolved quickly. The beginning of our experience was great but our construction manager is the one who kept it all together and made this a win. Overall, everything went smoothly. The finish of the home was delayed a couple of months due to supply issues but that is happening everywhere. The house is beautiful and the construction manager had great attention to detail. I haven't actually moved in yet so I don't know if I missed anything on my inspection but so far, so goood.

Construction and closing was on time. Interaction with the building process via the project manager was a smooth process, the process along the way was well communicated from the mortgage process, to the final closing was as advertised and exactly on time. Quality of the home built was to may satisfaction.

Good Builder to work with

My Salesman was good and responsive when I needed him. The project directors were also easy to work with.

Our salesman was outstanding and helped us far and beyond just “selling” us. This experience would not have been nearly as good without his help along the way.
