My experience with Del Webb Stone Creek was very good. Rob, my construction manager was very good. He kept me informed during the building process by taking frequent pictures and sending e-mails. He always answered my phone calls in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new home.

We loved stone creek and the homes offered in our price range. We had a fantastic realtor and SC salesman. I didn’t understand the lot sizes and location choices before jumping the gun and buying. After they started building I found out there wasn’t enough room to install the pool I desperately wanted. Our salesman knew that’s all I wanted. He told us we could fit a pool. I now know his idea of a pool and mine are totally different. So be careful and ask the right questions like sizes.

Angela from the sales team and Chase & Dawnyel from the build team were exceptional. Not be able to converse with the pre-drywall project manager was the only area which should be addressed.

The Ocala area offers excellent value. Del Webb offers abundant amenities. Pulte builds a quality home. We have had some issues with warrantee responsiveness as the subs are maxed out with new construction that repairs get the back burner.

We love our new home at Stone Creek. However , the cleaning of the house in general was insufficient Lawn: the attention to lawn and sprinkler system prior to move in was deplorable. Over half the sprinkler heads either didn’t work or were restricted in flow to the point that the St. Augustine in the front yard was in bad shape. Additionally, the Bahia in the backyard is so rough it is extremely difficult to mow. It should have been rolled over for smoothness but honestly the installation was nothing short of just lumps of grass hastily thrown on the ground. The front and side St. Augustine was in better shape but still like walking on the moon (craters everywhere). Due to the local water restrictions I strongly recommend Del Webb install Bahia grass (requires much less water and maintenance) everywhere instead of St. Augustine. We need to be good stewards of our natural resources and this would also solve the problem of Marion County complaints of over usage of at Stone Creek. ... More

We had an excellent experience building in Stone Creek, Ocala in sales, design, construction and closing. The Stone Creek construction management team was responsive to every detail following our walk-through. The sales, design and closing team were all excellent.

We had a good experience. The only issue was the painting job. We like our home & love stone creek.

The home is great and We are settling in. Our CM Steve is the best and kept us updated every step of the way.

We had an awesome construction/project supervisor. Our issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The construction went as planned. We are very happy with our new home.

It appears that you are rushing in the building of the homes and some of the features are done rather sloppy. Also, because of the rush to put up the houses and the lack of materials, ie. windows and screens, you are substituting.

My salesman helped me during entire process. Especially especially since I did everything from purchase, decorating choices, and closing ande made it easy even though I was in California and Able to accomplish it all.

Our new home was beautifully and sturdily built in spite of the chaos in the labor and materials markets. The people of Del Webb Stone Creek were always forthright, respectful, cheerfully reassuring, and as it turns out--completely trustworthy. That was important to us because we were unable to supervise or even visit our project the entire time it was being built.

Although we are pleased with our new home some of the comments expressed by other buyers with regards to the builder not following mandatory codes and specifically with regards to studs, Joist and rafters give me pause to confidence in structural integrity as we did not hire a licensed inspector during our walk through phases and final inspection. When I asked our superintendent if a licensed inspector was used during Pulte’s quality assurance inspection he stated no that they use their in-house capability. I am not saying that I do not have confidence in my home’s safety I am saying that the over quality of the structure gives me pause. I did not take exception to various paint spots on the vinyl flooring as Jacob took care of them and other minor nit noy items. Long but worth the wait in closing. Builder had numerous hurdles to finishing the build. There are still several minor issues which did not delay move in and are being addressed. We love our new home.

From the beginning with our sales rep, Bruce, Nicki the interior designer who listened and suggested when we went a little astray to closing with Pulte Mortgage responsiveness was excellent. Our construction manager Steve was the person who made this a positive for us. With all the hurdles he faces daily with shortage of product and deadlines being met, he was great. When we went through our walk thru before closing there were so many things that needed to be done we were not optimistic. Steve assured us that everything would be done and it was. He continues to be available to us as the first week in our new home we had air conditioning issues which he handled immediately and recently a plumbing backup which he also assisted in getting resolved quickly. The beginning of our experience was great but our construction manager is the one who kept it all together and made this a win. We are happy with our new home. The purchasing process was about as smooth as it could be. Uploading information was simple, and when I ran into problems, Jen jumped in to help out.

We were blown away by how kind and courteous everyone was from our sales rep. to the on site project manager. They absolutely took the time to walk us through the entire process and answer every question we had (more times than I remember) until we were totally satisfied. Our Community is absolutely beautiful, well kept with tons of activities to keep you engaged. Our home is beautiful and we are very happy with our purchase.

We moved into our brand new ‘Contour’ home in Bridlewood last Monday. We could not be happier in selecting this community. After visiting about 7-8 different properties over the last 5 years Stone Creek remained a front runner. We dealt with Bruce in sales- he always made himself available and was completely upfront about everything. Our last visit was in January 2023 and once we got home we decided to go for it! Bruce suggested the perfect lot and got it released for us. Building ‘long distance’ from Pittsburgh had its challenges, but everyone at Stone Creek and Pulte were super helpful. Nikki in the design center sent us all kind of samples and took pictures of combos and made great design suggestions. Building was completed WAY ahead of schedule and there were a few hiccups throughout, but they were addressed immediately. We chose to mortgage through Pulte as well. Again, great service from Jessica and Tracey. They were extremely helpful and communicated everything well. During the build we were unable to attend the walk-throughs, but neighbors stood in for us and helped by FaceTiming the process. The pre-closing walk through prior to closing was the first time we physically saw our home and property. WOW! Matteo filled in for our PM on the walk-through. To say he was thorough would be an understatement! He was pointing out and flagging things that most wouldn’t see. Only minor things needed tweaks. Our home is BEAUTIFUL! But the BEST part is the community of people and neighbors. It feels like ‘old times’ where neighbors gathered regularly, you could leave your doors unlocked and just enjoy life! Construction and closing was on time. Interaction with the building process via the project manager was a smooth process, the process along the way was well communicated from the mortgage process, to the final closing was as advertised and exactly on time. Quality of the home built was to may satisfaction.
