Our salesperson was very good to work with. Very experienced and great communication. The build time took longer than expected. There were very few options to select from for cabinets, paint color, flooring options, etc. probably all due to supply disruptions. Our real dissatisfaction was with the construction manager originally assigned to our home. He was very difficult to work with, would rarely follow up with emails or phone calls. We requested a new manager to complete our build and this person was fantastic and wished we had him all along. The realtor that sold us our home was misleading. We were led to believe our edging and lawn mowing were included in the HOA fee and after we got there found out they were not. In talking to our neighbors, many of them said they were also misled about this issue.

We had an awesome construction/project supervisor. Our issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The construction went as planned. We are very happy with our new home.

Worst workmanship ever! Best advice is not to buy a Pulte home!

My process from start to finish was excellent. My salesman Darren and construction manager Steve were fantastic to deal with. Both answered and handled all of my questions, and I must admit I asked many. The house is beautiful and very well done. I couldn't be happier. Thank You

Awesome community, does have some limitations related to options on houses

We recently settled in our home and so far love the community. The house is nicely designed, but the finished product has a lot of defects. Still waiting to see how the Pulte team responds to the issues we have identified. We presented them with our 30 day list and should know in about a month what they will and won’t address. My biggest complaint is their response that it is up to our standards. I had to remind them my only frame of reference as to standards come from the workmanship in their model homes. If the work there was right, I expected the same in the home they built for us. I am very hopeful that they will address the items we discussed. ... More

From the day I walked in to see the models, my sales person Darren was a star! He knew exactly what type of a home I was looking for and though I remember it was raining, Stone Creek felt as sunny and beautiful as could be. The layout of the models flowed like a ballet and the grounds and surroundings couldn't have been prettier! Once I purchased my home, I was treated like royalty -- first by their design consultant Nikki, who was a pro, and then I was kept updated by my construction manager, Steve, who could not have been kinder and more helpful -- keeping me appraised on the progress of my home and sending me pictures along the way -- very important when you're across the country waiting for your home to be completed. The final delivery was just about flawless, with only tiny things to be corrected, and they were! Having had purchased homes before, I can easily say that this one was as close to perfection as I could have dreamed of and with a terrific team of people. Now that I've moved in, I am grateful every day for the beautiful home they delivered, the lovely, peaceful surroundings and the warm, friendly neighbors. Our construction manager, Jacob was fantastic. Although we were over one thousand miles away, he kept us updated through weekly emails (with pictures) and phone calls. It was as if we were right there! During our walk-through prior to closing, he helped us identify a few minor issues and then he ensured they were corrected before closing. He really cares about those of us who make his houses our homes. We were truly blessed to have Jacob as our construction manager.

House was not ready at closing. Sod was put in the day of closing. No white glove walkthrough at all.

We were very happy with the building process of our home. Our CM, Chase was wonderful! He was always responsive and explained everything. We love our beautiful home and the great community of Stone Creek!

I believe you get the luck of the draw when contractors are selected to build your home. Due to so many homes being built it can either be good or bad. The construction manager is then left to make repairs to any issues. Overall, we have a good home. Not happy with the slab not being anywhere close to level. Appliances and furniture wobble or sit crooked due to the slab being uneven. We also have an issue with bats outside our home in the front door foyer. Can't seem to get them to leave.

The design center options are too limited and too restricted. I wanted a specific wall tile but I couldn’t pick it for my model which makes no sense since they have the tile. It would be great to add another 10 or 15 feet to provide a 1/2 bath and storage, The design center options are overpriced for the product. I just wish Pulte would give greater consideration to what buyers want and less on what Pulte has decided to offer. The construction manager kept me updated with photos and that was great. The amenities are wonderful and so are social options but more social activities needed for those who are still working. I would recommend Stone Creek but caution to ask more questions during the decision to pick a model, a lot more questions about the options along with full disclosure from Pulte on what is and is not included or is or is not a feature. It is frustrating when inexpensive features are omitted to save Pulte a little money but such features would have been appreciated for convenience or “more finished” look with kitchen cabinets or bullnose tile finishes. To Pulte provide more electrical outlets, without extra charge, and recognize that many cords today have the bulky end which really takes up the entire outlet. And finally, make the half bath standard no matter which model! ... More

Simply terrible! The quality of fit and finish is terrible. Our house was NOT properly cleaned upon closing, my wife is 69 years old and has been on her knees scraping off adhesive on the tile floor throughout the entire house. Our roof valley was not properly installed despite what Batterbee roofing said. After 61 days, our doorbell works! Our driveway looks like crap! (Cement work) Andrew and Frank are well aware of the problems! We closed and did not hear from them for 46 days until we ran into to Frank walking down the street. Frank and Andrew have NOT addressed the issues. Now, Drake (Warranty) has scheduled workers to come on the 23/24 to address the issues. THESE are not warranty items, they are punch list items. So, BUYER BEWARE! Neighbors are being informed the models are custom built homes, your home is a production home. We are sorely disappointed; we watched the PULTE video which states that PULTE will with their experienced construction manager will make it so easy for your dream to become a reality. Well, we purchased the home and you have broken our hearts and ruined our dreams! My wife cried for a day and a half after our preclosing walk through! So, a review, we would not trust Pulte Homes again. ... More

I SAW EMPTY BEER CANS IN HOME AS IT WAS BEEN BUILT

You need to ask questions as to what you would like in your new home. Make a list of the items you prefer and ask if those items are included. If not, can Dell Webb/Pulte add them as options to the home? Some things are too costly to add after the home is completed.

It appears that you are rushing in the building of the homes and some of the features are done rather sloppy. Also, because of the rush to put up the houses and the lack of materials, ie. windows and screens, you are substituting.

I was encouraged to close even though everything in house was not really ready. There was a promise me that within 3 days everything would be finished completely. 3 months later I can't even get date for when they plan on fixing my house. The finishings in the house are well below standard. I think pulte has a lot of nerve advertising that they who have the higher standard. Would love to hear from the CEO of this company and let him know what I think. If anyone other than a computer reads this reply I would love to hear from a human being.

Purchasing a home should be fun and memorable. Unfortunately, not the case. Most of the key Pulte people are nice and actually attempt to make every effort to satisfy you, until you close. Once you close, then the smiles disappear and your left with unfinished work. Warranties that have no time limit on being fixed or repaired., since they already got you. If the sub contractors were supervised than they might not have so many problems afterwards, but they are left alone to do as they want, and no one cares. I have many issues that have to be repaired and I sound like a broken record inquiring about them, only to be emailed updates that exceed 5 month waits. This is ridiculous. The Sales person and construction manager were so great - really made the process easy even though we were 2500 miles away!. Very pleased with our new home in Stone Creek.

My salesman helped me during entire process. Especially especially since I did everything from purchase, decorating choices, and closing ande made it easy even though I was in California and Able to accomplish it all.

Our new home was beautifully and sturdily built in spite of the chaos in the labor and materials markets. The people of Del Webb Stone Creek were always forthright, respectful, cheerfully reassuring, and as it turns out--completely trustworthy. That was important to us because we were unable to supervise or even visit our project the entire time it was being built.

This is the second home I’ve bought in the community & the value and quality have been up to my expectations. I would highly recommend Del Webb communities.

Sales team is very good. Had no problems with purchase. HOWEVER, the house was not in closing condition. Its been 9 weeks and we are still waiting for punch list items to be completed. Half of our floors were damaged. Only half of those were replaced, second half is due to be replaced in December. Our bath tub needs to be resurfaced and cascading sliding doors will be replaced (too many scratches to fix) but we do not have a date when those will be done. In addition, the quality of the craftsmanship is very poor. Paint droppings on floors, fixtures, toilets, etc., bad cuts on molding, sloppy caulking. We have spent hours and hours fixing many of these things ourselves. It is not enjoyable living in a house with so much work to be done. It disrupts our lives having to be available for all the repairs and it takes away from the fun of buying new furniture and decorating etc. We just keep waiting and waiting for things to be complete, We have just begun the warranty process and the person we are dealing with is very organized and we believe all the warranty issues will be resolved in a timely manner unlike the punch list items that have taken far, far too long to resolve. Everyone has been courteous and we think they are doing their best. We don’t think the builder is giving them the resources to get the job done. Our house was not ready for closing. Now that we paid for the house shouldn’t we be on high priority to get the punch list items completed? We are very disappointed. ... More
