Our contractor was great to work with. Response to issues has been quick. Unfortunately, we did have problems with the finished product. Seems like subcontractors hired by the builder should be vetted more thoroughly. Upon moving in we have had significant problems with the electrical and HVAC, and the painting was very sloppy.

Overall, we feel we got pretty good value and like the house. A lot of attention to detail in both workmanship but also areas where Pulte cheaped out, which kept it from being a fantastic experience and house

He was very helpful for us. I would let all mew homebuyers to make sure the contact spectrum cable to make sure the underground cable is run to the house.

The sales experience and design process were awesome. Allen and Nikki are the best! The house was completed on time as scheduled. We love the neighborhood, amenities, etc. All systems and maintenance were thoroughly explained to us (sprinklers, pest control , hot water heater, A/C, etc.). Warranty items are addressed sufficiently; some quicker than others, but they are very busy. The downside: we couldn’t believe how many doors bump walls when opened. Design flaw? Be prepared to apply bumper pads. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. Baseboards, walls, doors, shelves, everything had to be cleaned. Very sloppy tradesworkers. Dings, gouges, mismatched screws, dripped paint and grout, scratched glass, sprinklers covered by sod, just to name a few. Pulte would save a fortune in repair costs if they just hired crews that did the job right the first time. Chase was great at ensuring damaged items were repaired (or did it himself!). We really enjoy our new home. We’ve only been in for 6 weeks but so far everything has been great. A few things need to be fixed but they are chipping away at it.

We did not receive our house in clean condition. All other issues have been resolved or in the process of being taken care of.

The sales did not understand are needs. 3 things I did want not to be on a hill which you could not tell when bought. No room for pool was not told. Woods on otherwise of golf course were going to be tore down for homes.

Overall good experience. Crazy high price increases due to pandemic, but we had to buy. Del Webb and Pulte were great to work with, our Construction PM was excellent even with all the delays, all was communicated effectively.

The realtor that sold us our home was misleading. We were led to believe our edging and lawn mowing were included in the HOA fee and after we got there found out they were not. In talking to our neighbors, many of them said they were also misled about this issue.

Our construction manager, Jacob was fantastic. Although we were over one thousand miles away, he kept us updated through weekly emails (with pictures) and phone calls. It was as if we were right there! During our walk-through prior to closing, he helped us identify a few minor issues and then he ensured they were corrected before closing. He really cares about those of us who make his houses our homes. We were truly blessed to have Jacob as our construction manager.

The design center options are too limited and too restricted. I wanted a specific wall tile but I couldn’t pick it for my model which makes no sense since they have the tile. It would be great to add another 10 or 15 feet to provide a 1/2 bath and storage, The design center options are overpriced for the product. I just wish Pulte would give greater consideration to what buyers want and less on what Pulte has decided to offer. The construction manager kept me updated with photos and that was great. The amenities are wonderful and so are social options but more social activities needed for those who are still working. I would recommend Stone Creek but caution to ask more questions during the decision to pick a model, a lot more questions about the options along with full disclosure from Pulte on what is and is not included or is or is not a feature. It is frustrating when inexpensive features are omitted to save Pulte a little money but such features would have been appreciated for convenience or “more finished” look with kitchen cabinets or bullnose tile finishes. To Pulte provide more electrical outlets, without extra charge, and recognize that many cords today have the bulky end which really takes up the entire outlet. And finally, make the half bath standard no matter which model! ... More

You need to ask questions as to what you would like in your new home. Make a list of the items you prefer and ask if those items are included. If not, can Dell Webb/Pulte add them as options to the home? Some things are too costly to add after the home is completed.

Both our sales representative and project manager were very helpful and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. The home came out beautiful but did have several items that needed to be corrected after closing. All of which are being addressed with no hassle. Workmanship was very good and and finish was above average.

I would have given 5 stars all the way around if not for the new competitive blind bidding process that was implemented to purchase the lot. This replaced the old policy of purchasing the lots at a fixed price on a first come first serve basis. I was first in line for a spec home lot and was waiting for it’s release when Del Webb switched to this new policy. Due to this new policy I had to overpay for what the lots were originally valued at. I wanted into this community so I bid accordingly to win. This was obviously a response by Del Webb to the crazy economy and real estate market. As far as the buying and building of our home it was 5 stars all around. We were assigned a construction manager and he was fantastic, he provided updates once a week with photos and he was always available for questions. Even after closing he has been available to us for questions with regards to the operation of some of the home’s systems. The quality of the materials used in the construction is very good. My Field Manager was very good. During the building process he responded quickly to my questions and concerns. After I closed and moved into the house, he continued to follow up on tasks that still needed to be completed. The warranty people have also been quick to respond and correct flaws.

Our project kept us up-to-date on all phases of the build.

Tried to keep everything on track with suppliers and workers

We had a great experience with pulse home builders but the Pilates mortgage experience was horrible. After we had provided all paperwork several times we never got the ok to close till the day before

Other then the length of time to build the house the entire process was great. The quality is top notch and the value of my home should only increase with time. My relationship with the builder's team was very good throughout the whole process.

Needs better design in some areas.

Overall good experience. However, now a month and a half latter still have unresolved issues.

We were impressed with our sales representative, Darren McGuinness. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help even when it is not his job. We also were very satisfied with our construction manager, Jacob. He kept us up to date, answered all our questions. Did a good inspection of the finished house prior to closing.

Pulte plans had a lot to be desired, I would like to see they give choice to buyers without requiring them to pay for a package when they only wanted to pay extra for one item. This is not good customer service
