I overwhelmingly made the right decision to buy in the Del Webb community in Winter Garden, Florida. Outstanding sales team that assisted getting me into my new home. Pulte’s Loan staff are the best to work with when obtaining financing! Del Webb’s Warranty Department is quick to get issues resolved. A great overall experience in every aspect.

The process of buying a home with Del Webb was pleasant and enjoyable. We made our decision the first time we met Alex, who was one of the best representatives of the Oasis team. She walked us through all the options that we really liked. The whole process was very smooth and easy to follow. Very good.

From the sales experience to closing was super easy. Once move in happened, warranty service for expected small items was completed in an expeditious fashion using high quality contractors. I couldn't be happier.

We really appreciated the whole experience from the initial sales center/model tour, design center selection and construction. The whole team was very professional, provided excellent explanations especially during construction and made us feel welcome to the community! Our construction manager was always available for questions and worked through any issues we had quickly and with a great deal of attention to the details. We were very please at every step of the process.

We had a wonderful experience start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, the Design Studio staff and our Construction Manager were all very professsional, genuinely friendly and easy to work with. Our interaction with the Title, Mortgage and Insurance staff was somewhat more limited but all were extermely helpful and responsive to our every (& frequent) inquires.

That the builder show was we have!!!

Build process was efficient and smooth, construction manager and sales rep were great on communication at every step. Closing was effortless. Overall a great experience.

Customer service experience was great starting from the sales person Sheryl to responsiveness of construction manager for taking care of minor punch list items before closing. Del Webb has a very well designed process making it very easy to be involved in all stages of the build. I am very happy with my new home.

Our new house is exactly what we wanted. Great workmanship and extremely responsive to questions.

My wife and I have built homes before and moved/relocated with work several times. So we are familiar with the whole process. We found the sales process to be fair, straight forward and easy. Our home actually got built ahead of schedule. We have only been in it a couple of weeks now, but have found it to be a solid and quiet home. Reflects quality construction. If we ever go through this process again, we would use Pulte. We will also recommend Pulte to friends.

My CM changed early in the process and Frank was wonderful. Extremely responsive and listened to me every step of the way.

He is super conscientious and the pride he takes in his homes is exemplary. We’re only a month in to home ownership at Sunbridge but thus far our experience has been wonderful.
