My new community at Del Webb Sunbridge Resort +55 has been the best decision of my life at 76 years old. After the loss of my husband last September, I was looking for a place that would provide peace, security, and companionship. When I discovered this project, I was amazed: here I have it all. The tranquility, the beauty of its spaces, the recreational activities, the opportunity to connect with other people at the same stage of life, and even areas designed for enjoying with my pet make this place a true paradise. It started with a perfect floor plan for our needs and ended with a beautiful home we are proud to own. The finish options were sufficient and the design process was smooth overall. Our frustrations with the process revolved around locations for tray ceilings, ceiling lighting drops, ceiling speakers, TV wall mount locations and such. There was precious little builder flexibility, but I will say our build manager Sean was able to accommodate our two most crucial change requests. I had a very good experience with the Pulte construction group. Sam was very attentive to my needs, and what I wanted included with the home. Oliver as well has been extremely attentive and proactive. Both men are very good additions to your team. I would suggest the Del Webb homes to my friends.

From purchase to closing, our experience was outstanding. We particularly appreciated the work done by Kialey, our sales associate, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in streamlining the experience for us.

We really enjoyed Alex in sales, she was great, but our builder, Josh, is a superstar.

I have been thru nine different new house built with various builders in VA but Pulte is the best IMO. The staff, from sales (Carolina) to construction (Christian and Anthony) has so much experience and patience to help me thru many steps. The quality of Pulte home construction is excellent and I very much enjoy the new house.

The entire experience has been excellent including warranty department after moving in.

We are so happy with our new home!! Working with Nate in the sales office and Jon our construction manager was a pleasure. They were able to take care of and answer any questions we had. I never want to move again,but if I had to I would definitely choose to build another Pulte/Del Webb home.

I overwhelmingly made the right decision to buy in the Del Webb community in Winter Garden, Florida. Outstanding sales team that assisted getting me into my new home. Pulte’s Loan staff are the best to work with when obtaining financing! Del Webb’s Warranty Department is quick to get issues resolved. A great overall experience in every aspect.

We bought an inventory home so all the selections were already made.

The process of buying a home with Del Webb was pleasant and enjoyable. We made our decision the first time we met Alex, who was one of the best representatives of the Oasis team. She walked us through all the options that we really liked. The whole process was very smooth and easy to follow. Very good.

From the sales experience to closing was super easy. Once move in happened, warranty service for expected small items was completed in an expeditious fashion using high quality contractors. I couldn't be happier.

We really appreciated the whole experience from the initial sales center/model tour, design center selection and construction. The whole team was very professional, provided excellent explanations especially during construction and made us feel welcome to the community! Our construction manager was always available for questions and worked through any issues we had quickly and with a great deal of attention to the details. We were very please at every step of the process.

We had a wonderful experience start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, the Design Studio staff and our Construction Manager were all very professsional, genuinely friendly and easy to work with. Our interaction with the Title, Mortgage and Insurance staff was somewhat more limited but all were extermely helpful and responsive to our every (& frequent) inquires.

That the builder show was we have!!!

Thank you for the excellent home buying experience. Isaac was very helpful in buying and building my new house. It made buying a preconstruction house very easy. I would also like to add the new modeling home team where you have to pick the items you want to install in my new house was also very helpful.
