Everyone we dealt with was Amazing! So Friendly, Knowledgeable and Efficient! The home is Beautiful and they constantly ask if there’s anything we need or any questions we have for them. So Not Use to that Royal Treatment!

Purchasing our home, we worked with a very knowledgeable team from sales agent to title company. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They were responsive to our needs and always available.

from the beginning I was pleasantly surprised. Bob was great to work with and kept me up to steam until Trevor took over. I'm not sure if I was just lucky with the people that handled my buy/ build but they were awesome. If you read this review and can request your people ,, there's your go to guys.

The garage door still does not function properly, yet I continue to receive notifications stating that the repair has been completed. This issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the window screens are extremely loose, allowing insects to enter the home. A bathroom floor tile was cut incorrectly and installed anyway, leaving an unfinished area with no tile behind the toilet. The master bathroom shower leaked water onto the floor, creating a serious slip-and-fall hazard. While this issue has been mostly repaired, it should never have occurred in a new home. The drywall workmanship throughout the home is unacceptable. Once the walls were painted, the seams and joints became highly visible, indicating poor finishing and quality control. There are also several floor tiles that are uneven and raised. To further add to the frustration, I have been unable to synchronize the garage door opener with either the installed opener or my vehicle. A work order has been open for more than two weeks without resolution. The flange at the bottom of the dishwasher is incorretly installed and makes a horrible sound with opening/closing the dishwasher. Not repaired yet! It's a simple repair - just not done. There were other issues too many to list. Overall, the quality of construction, attention to detail, and responsiveness to warranty concerns have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another home from this company and cannot recommend them to others. ... More

The experience with the construction manager Mel was excellent every step of the way. James resolved all the issues we had after we moved in.

We purchased a Stardom model and love the house, but the build process was a bit underwhelming. Minimal options available and unless. you were lucky to have a building manager that would stretch things (like adding an outlet somewhere), you received no as an answer. We even had an issue with where the EV charger plug was placed. Description said it came with 60' of cable for customer installation yet it was installed right under the breaker box in an unusable location, even after asking where to place it before it was installed. We need an electrician now to come in and move it to where we can actually use it. Everything else seems good, quality is good except for some ceiling wallboard seams (can see spackle humps at seams in three places - this will be a warranty item request). We made a life-changing decision to buy a Pulte home at Del Webb Minneola, and they made it as least stressful as possible. Kialey was our sales agent and she was amazing, and Perry was our site manager, who was also excellent. We did have a few snagging issues but I am sure these are common, and Pulte did work through them efficiently. We are now looking forward to enjoying our beautiful new home!

The overall experience was not positive. The dues increased 22% from contract to closing. We specifically asked about dues and were told there was no pending increase. The grounds look bad…like HUD housing bad. Dead grass everywhere. Dead trees remain. Asked to cancel multiple times and were ghosted. Horrible experience- lots of regret.

Closing process was great, and the house was exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price

This is my 14th newly built home, and it has by far been the best home in all aspects. I have owned Toll Brothers, Miller & Smith, Beazer, Ryan, NVR, to name a few and Pulte's craftsmanship, customer service, quality, pricing and willingness to work with the homeowner has been nothing but superior - far out pacing their competitors! If you are look for the best quality, service, loyalty and all around great experience, purchase a Pulte home - you will not be disappointed!

The overall quality o the home is good, but the final delivery was no clean, had paint spots, glue spots, etc., in every room.For the price of the home, I would have expected the home to be immaculate when we moved in and it was not and is not. We are still finding glue, paint spots, smeared substances on floors, showers and doors, scratched shower windows, etc. This should not have been left unnoticed and uncorrected by the contractors or the builder.

Builder/Contractor was very responsive to our questions and needs. Overall a very good experience!

We are so happy in this community. The buying process was easy and straightforward and any issues we had were resolved quickly. Love our new home and friendly neighborhood.

I am extremely happy about my new build villa in Del Webb Oasis (DWO)! Every Pulte team member with whom I worked with was/is very nice, customer-conscious and dedicated to helping me have the best possible experience throughout each step! The Pulte mortgage/loan process was the most challenging component, as I wasn’t the common or typical buyer, so the financial team members worked diligently on a solution that allowed me to purchase my new build with only a slight delay in the closing date (to allow the loan process to complete). Being in DWO has is just fantastic! The neighbors are very nice and helpful without being intrusive; the HOA team and Pulte Warranty team the same - earnestly striving and delivering excellent customer service. Definitely recommend DWO especially if you love Disney, that spirit permeates throughout the community! ... More

mortgage process horrible, agent not truthful quality of home good not customer friendly

The entire Pulte team from sales, mortgage group, closing, construction manager, ALL worked together to get us “home”.

The structural components of the house seem very sound. However, there is a lack of detail on the finishing touches. Paint and grout are all over my tile and it is difficult to get out. I can’t get into my portal from the title company to get any of my closing documents despite several attempts in reaching out. If Del Webb has nothing to do with this, then I’m sorry but this experience is in this community.

Our initial interaction and subsequent ones with Nate, our salesperson, was very informative and that was instrumental in us moving forward. This is the fifth home we built and we definitely got good value for our money. As far as the builder’s team, they were responsive but I feel they could do better. Some things initially fell through the cracks but luckily they got resolved later. Our Customer Care rep Jimmy, is responsive and stays on top of things. We closed on Jan. 22, 2026 and some minor things are still being taken care of. Potential home buyers should know that this builder is highly reputable. They deliver in a timely manner and are very accommodating. It’s important to have a builder that does their best to work with you. Overall we’re very pleased. ... More

We love the community. However, the price charged for the lot we feel was a bit excessive for what we got. The upgrades we got are great looking and we like them but once again they are overpriced and most should have been included in the base price of the house. The appliances look good but we have been here for over a month and the dishwasher is still broken and cannot be used. The repair person was scheduled to show up yesterday and was a NO SHOW for the appliance repair. The refrigerator water line had to be rerouted because the supply line got pinched when it was installed. So the plumber had to come back and open up the wall to reroute the plumbing, The drywall guys had to come back and patch the drywall and the appliance service company had to come out to find that the line was pinched. Had to get the wall repainted. Now we have to get the appliance service company to come back out to relevel the fridge and adjust the fridge doors. As of the date of this review, we are still waiting for the dishwasher and the refrigerator to be repaired properly. ... More

Would definitely build another home with them

Don't fall for markering. Problems that were solved not by the HOA were made if is something that the HOA has to be envolved Jimmy and his team will sole but wen HOA is required you won't have a imediatly response, I' m not even starting to move but problems are starting to grow

This is the second Pulte home we have purchased. The first was Summerhour in Kennesaw Georgie which is why we actually purchased this house. The experience was great as I expected from Sales, to design and ultimately working with our construction manager, Trevor. He was simply exceptional - thoughtful, caring, compassionate, understanding and listened to any concerns we had. This makes a huge difference to the purchase and build experience. The one thing I would say is, I wish the pavers on the driveway and on the lanai were sealed. The sand created such a mess especially when the lanai is screened in. I believe buyers would appreciate this even if they had to pay for it. This would make the home delivery so much better. Also, why not offer the same pavers that is on lanai from model? UNLESS YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT MESS ON HOMES BEING BUILT NEXT TO YOU NO ONE CARES, YOU NEED TO COMPLAIN AND GET UPSET FOR THEM TO HAVE RESPECT FOR HOMEOWNERS THAT MOVED IN AND HOMES NEXT TO THEM BEING BUILT, MESSY AND DIRTY AND IT DEFINITELY SHOULD BE A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!
