Our salesperson promised all sorts of after the sales support but then got transferred to a different development and pretty much ghosted us. Our project manager seemed pretty good at the beginning, then started neglecting more and more as we got closer to our move in date. there were still a handful of things that should have been easy enough for him to take care of shortly before or soon after our move in that just didn't get done before he stopped answering our calls or responding to our texts. I was very excited to own a quality built Pulte home,but Pulte did not deliver. I would recommend getting an independent inspector before closing. The quality control was poor. The list of issues was given to the project manager one week before closing but did not get completed before closing. They have assured me they will fix all the problems when I return to Florida in the fall. I would like this to end up being a great experience.

Tried to build too many homes at the same time and quality, especially fit and finish, suffered, causing lots of post close issues that we are still dealing with. I would look for a development that is slow rolling their build process to help ensure a good product is produced.

Our home was a Contour model. We were scheduled to move in on late September but due to someone in the Pulte Land group we were delayed six weeks and had to stay in three separate Airbnb's at our expense. No one in Pulte would take any responsibility and offer us an compensation. When we finally moved in we noticed that there were large numbers of paint drips throughout the home that had to be scraped off the floor. Plus the base boards needed paint touch ups in every room. Buying this home is as stressful. You have to make lifetime decisions quickly without the ability to make any changes to your home after you sign. Once you go to the design center some things make more sense. Your sales consultant doesn’t know everything. Nor does the design team know what you are an actually buying as well. The details were I would receive weekly updates on the construction of my home. In the 1yr it took to build my home 52 weeks I received 9 updates. And i received 9 updates because it was me who contacted the project manager via text or e mail got an update. And know 2 months after closing I still have difficulty connecting with project managers or supervisors on specifics that need correction. Totally unacceptable

overall house is nice and an excellent floor plan. Quite disappointed in the LACK of craftsmanship and attention to details especially given the high price we paid for this home. Likewise, the warranty people have not been responsive to our calls and emails in a timely manner. The community is great, and people are very friendly. We feel welcome here.

The buying experience was mixed. There were definitely some great points, but unfortunately some not so great points as well. The salesperson, Aaron was great! However, the build quality left a little to be desired. This is our second home we built with this company within a year and half time. While the majority of the work is good, we were led to believe everything would be fixed before we moved in. That wasn't the case - we still have outstanding issues that haven't been resolved. Sales was wonderful - Design Center was great, however they are unaware the products that get ordered do not work with the home. Work was being completed as we were closing and beyond closing. Title company was fair at best and the warranty department is unresponsive in the sense of getting things done. Still working on major issues from day 1 and now we are at day 60. Recommended someone to purchase within the same community at the beginning of the process, but not sure I would do it again. Very disappointed more with the unresponsiveness and messy workmanship than with the product.

Lots of surprise cost that are NOT included and NOT disclosed until you are in home. Once you close you will never hear from anyone. Warranty issues left for months...still waiting! Wrong info and no one will take responsibility. Original Sales Gal was great and then moved.....

Quality control definitely needs to be improved. I became the defacto project manager inspecting the house and identifying all of the issues needed to be corrected. I closed on the house even though the refrigerator needed to be replaced, the sink was defective, and the rear lawn was partially dead. Multiple instances of paint were left all over the floor (that were addressed prior to close). However, the kitchen shelves were not cleaned nor were the top of the windows. I feel the quality of the finished product is less than the ideal presented in the sales office. Lots of little issues left to be taken care of. I believe this is due to the number of homes the construction manager, who did his best, has to handle. Also, very few union people on the job which is reflected in the issues. All that being said, we are in the house and enjoying it and the neighborhood. IMO many of the issues that arose during construction could have been avoided if the construction manager had fewer homes to manage.

I wish the builders and contractors would take a little more time to do things right the first time. It’s very frustrating when the owners move in and they have to log several work issues because things were done in a rush. There also needs to be more communication with the buyers. Final inspections should be done before the new owners move in. My new home was left with dirty floors from the contractors.
