If you are looking for a personal touch …this is not a custom builder. They have several properties being built at the same time so you are one of many waiting in line to have issues resolved

No communication during construction and after

The details were I would receive weekly updates on the construction of my home. In the 1yr it took to build my home 52 weeks I received 9 updates. And i received 9 updates because it was me who contacted the project manager via text or e mail got an update. And know 2 months after closing I still have difficulty connecting with project managers or supervisors on specifics that need correction. Totally unacceptable

overall house is nice and an excellent floor plan. Quite disappointed in the LACK of craftsmanship and attention to details especially given the high price we paid for this home. Likewise, the warranty people have not been responsive to our calls and emails in a timely manner. The community is great, and people are very friendly. We feel welcome here.

The buying experience was mixed. There were definitely some great points, but unfortunately some not so great points as well. The salesperson, Aaron was great! However, the build quality left a little to be desired. This is our second home we built with this company within a year and half time. While the majority of the work is good, we were led to believe everything would be fixed before we moved in. That wasn't the case - we still have outstanding issues that haven't been resolved. Sales was wonderful - Design Center was great, however they are unaware the products that get ordered do not work with the home. Work was being completed as we were closing and beyond closing. Title company was fair at best and the warranty department is unresponsive in the sense of getting things done. Still working on major issues from day 1 and now we are at day 60. Recommended someone to purchase within the same community at the beginning of the process, but not sure I would do it again. Very disappointed more with the unresponsiveness and messy workmanship than with the product.

Lots of surprise cost that are NOT included and NOT disclosed until you are in home. Once you close you will never hear from anyone. Warranty issues left for months...still waiting! Wrong info and no one will take responsibility. Original Sales Gal was great and then moved.....

Quality control definitely needs to be improved. I became the defacto project manager inspecting the house and identifying all of the issues needed to be corrected. I closed on the house even though the refrigerator needed to be replaced, the sink was defective, and the rear lawn was partially dead. Multiple instances of paint were left all over the floor (that were addressed prior to close). However, the kitchen shelves were not cleaned nor were the top of the windows. After previously building four homes, it was obvious to me that the entire construction staff rushes to get the job ...

Items from the final walk around are not completed after closing a month ago. Still waiting for screens - window and sliding door, grab bar in shower, towel racks, toilet paper holders, tiling finishing. Disappointing when I spent a lot of $.

I feel the quality of the finished product is less than the ideal presented in the sales office. Lots of little issues left to be taken care of. I believe this is due to the number of homes the construction manager, who did his best, has to handle. Also, very few union people on the job which is reflected in the issues. All that being said, we are in the house and enjoying it and the neighborhood. IMO many of the issues that arose during construction could have been avoided if the construction manager had fewer homes to manage.

I wish the builders and contractors would take a little more time to do things right the first time. It’s very frustrating when the owners move in and they have to log several work issues because things were done in a rush. There also needs to be more communication with the buyers. Final inspections should be done before the new owners move in. My new home was left with dirty floors from the contractors.

The supervisors for Pulte homes did not handle the trades properly to insure the work was done properly. The home was barely ready for the closing date. We paid for an upgrade to the paint color anticipating it would be a better grade a paint, not true you can wipe it off the walls easily with a wet rag. Went to Sherwin Williams to get some touch up because of that and they would not sell us any because the painters use builders grade which is watered down paint (exact words from SW). Found out no insulation was placed in the attic and that had to be re-done. The house was not really ...

The sales team was great. Really sold me on the community and I loved the Mystique layout. After I bought the perfect lot on the lake it all went downhill. My field manager never kept me updated, there was issues getting water approved for the development phase, supply and labor shortages, we still don’t have cell phone reception outside of the house, my internet router had to be replaced and the breaker switch in my office was replaced and still keeps tripping. Great with sales, but the contractor and follow up was a bit difficult. Had lots of questions that were down played! Lots of cheep construction and issues that were done NOT in line with the plan, but because of laziness and really not professional Had bathroom that could not be used , had a dryer that could not be used ? Had a shower that flooded the bathroom and bedroom had a stove that was put in out of plum and original had plants placed down the middle of the yard ,, NOT a great experience

We have a nice house. However, there are still unresolved punch list items 7 weeks later. The process was nothing like it was communicated to us. Disregard the nice friendly sales literature. Communication was poor. The inspections never happened, the design meeting was poorly run and although we agreed to and expected certain items (and upgrades);the builder just changed some products without our consent or agreement.
