The supervisors for Pulte homes did not handle the trades properly to insure the work was done properly. The home was barely ready for the closing date. We paid for an upgrade to the paint color anticipating it would be a better grade a paint, not true you can wipe it off the walls easily with a wet rag. Went to Sherwin Williams to get some touch up because of that and they would not sell us any because the painters use builders grade which is watered down paint (exact words from SW). Would not go to settlement without items being completed, very poor, actually no follow on open items. Would not recommend Putle Homes to anyone based on our experience- would hope items be address before having to seek outside help.

The sales team was great. Really sold me on the community and I loved the Mystique layout. After I bought the perfect lot on the lake it all went downhill. My field manager never kept me updated, there was issues getting water approved for the development phase, supply and labor shortages, we still don’t have cell phone reception outside of the house, my internet router had to be replaced and the breaker switch in my office was replaced and still keeps tripping. Great with sales, but the contractor and follow up was a bit difficult. Had lots of questions that were down played! Lots of cheep construction and issues that were done NOT in line with the plan, but because of laziness and really not professional Had bathroom that could not be used , had a dryer that could not be used ? Had a shower that flooded the bathroom and bedroom had a stove that was put in out of plum and original had plants placed down the middle of the yard ,, NOT a great experience

We have a nice house. However, there are still unresolved punch list items 7 weeks later. The process was nothing like it was communicated to us. Disregard the nice friendly sales literature. Communication was poor. The inspections never happened, the design meeting was poorly run and although we agreed to and expected certain items (and upgrades);the builder just changed some products without our consent or agreement. We started out with a very positive situation with our sales representative who through the whole process has been the only person to show any care towards us and our purchase. We have had numerous problems with getting service addressed. Emails and text messages from the builder go unanswered.

Pick this builder base on my son recommendation of CEO. Second reason Disney proximity. But construction is shoddy with multiple issues wrong with dwelling. Still waiting on multiple repairs to be done. They’re backlog due to other homes needing repair so I’ve been told by warranty repair. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

Many of the items in the home were not luxury items. Low end appliances. The model showed what you could get but during the sale it was stated everything was already bought. You could not change unless you paid more. After moving in there were many details that needed to be repaired/replaced. One month later still waiting for repairs.

Cookie cutter homes. Don’t have the ability to make any change after contract is signed. Poor communication between Pulte and my mortgage company during mortgage approval time.

We had a truly awful experience. Too much to detail here. Interior work in house was deplorable; we refused to close and then got taken seriously. House was finally fixed up reasonably well after complaints to Del Webb corporate management. Had five closing dates over a 10-week period; finally closed on the fifth one. Were lied to over and over and had endless aggravation. Kudos to the crew that fixed up all the problems so we could close.

For the price of a Pulte home, and the current building quality does not match the price. The poor tiling, painting, and installation workmanship is not acceptable. The missing kitchen parts, appliances, incorrect tiling, etc that was not fixed before we were forced to close at year end does not reflect a superior builder. The current open items that do do have closure dates is totally unacceptable.

So many problems. Closing set then postponed indefinitely without informing us. Appliances not hooked up. Final walkthrough never done. Promised cleanup never done. Garage door has been worked on but still awaiting part to complete repair. Sprinklers set incorrectly resulting in a $900+ water bill for a two week period. Driveway crumbling. At least the roof doesn’t leak. Yet.

The people I delt with were all professional and responsive. The sales incentives were clear as mud and could have been easily made simple if sales wanted it that way. The quality (finishes/features/craftmanship etc.) of my 500K house is NOT what I would espect for 500K. It looks more like a 200K house.

The building process was not what I expected. The timeline for moving in was different than what I was told and reassured it would be. The house was very dirty! Subs did not clean up and were very sloppy. Had to replace all the carpet from stains. Sub contractors lied about repairs being made on the shingles, when in fact, the repairs had not been done. I had a 3rd party inspector come 3 separate times and paid $1200.00 for this service because the same existing issues had not been fixed on multiple things! ALL initial issues were not addressed, had to continually check up on. Overall, house was delivered in a manner where they rushed the closing and not concerned in providing a quality delivered home

Sad to report that we were very disappointed with our build experience with Pulte/Del Webb. There is a huge disconnect between what the sales team presents and what the construction team delivers. The quality of the home we purchased does not live up tp our expectation. We had major issues that were not resolved to our satisfaction. We were just given a bunch of excuses and nobody want to be accountable for anything. They had not even completed construction by our closing date. It was a terribly stressful situation and for what we paid the quality we expected was not delivered.

We feel the home is poorly built. The tray ceiling has marks on it, the tile floor is cracked going into the main bedroom, kitchen drawers are off the track, there is blue “stuff” on the hall bathroom shower tile as if some one, not us, took a shower

Beautiful neighborhood and clubhouse, but build quality of homes is sub par. I still have hopes that the more significant issues will be resolved (eventually), but responsiveness has been poor and follow-through even poorer. Everything from painting to flooring to electrical to carpentry looks like it was done by amateurs with little concern for the quality of their work.
