I have a mixed review. First of all the Sales person was outstanding and they were very professional and met our every need. The Construction Manager was also very professional and was great with the entire building process and has continued to work with me to finish the list of things still to be done with the house. Where I have issues is with the final condition of the home at closing. It was not finished - Pulte had issues with their contractors not showing up or not having workers available to finish my home. Overall the buying experience was ok. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship of the home. The design is great but the quality of the work was very sloppy. Our Field Manager has been wonderful in responding to our concerns but there are so many issues that have not been addressed and are out of his control.

We spent quite a bit of time reviewing floor plans and options so were prepared when It was time to make decisions and order options. I highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a home from Del Wood invest the time to do this. It made everything go much more smoothly.

We love our home's floor plan, but the attention to detail really shows a lack of worker oversight when it comes to craftsmanship. We have lived in the home for about eight weeks and have a list of nearly forty issues. About seven of the issues have been corrected, and I corrected about half of them. Del Webb has been very slow to address issues and get them corrected. My advice would be for a new buyer to stand their ground and not to close escrow until the home is finished to their liking. I like many found that the home was not complete on closing. I struggled to even get sombody to respond. I was promissed all would be fixed. Nothing was fixed, infact after I moved in I found many more major faults. Master bedroom had no electrics for a week. They found dangerous wiring fault. No hot water, infact no water came out of hot faucet. No internet, they forgot to order it to be connected and then found out no underground conduit was installed to wire the system in. The buying experience, mortgage application, and closing went smoothly . However, at the preliminary walk through there were several things that were supposed to be resolved that were promised would be done at the final walk through that were not. Here it is 6 weeks since closing and only 2 items have been resolved and we are finding more including electrical issues. I feel as if Pulte was sold "factory seconds". We moved in two days before Hurricane Ian. Construction was great! No issues as a result of the storm. Attention to detail was lacking. They knew we were not moving in until 30 days after closing. We had requested - at least a month before closing - that the wire shelving in the master closet and the pantry be taken down in order to allow California Closets (CC) to do the installs. I wish the builders and contractors would take a little more time to do things right the first time. It’s very frustrating when the owners move in and they have to log several work issues because things were done in a rush. There also needs to be more communication with the buyers. Final inspections should be done before the new owners move in. My new home was left with dirty floors from the contractors.

This was supposed to be our forever home that we built from a distance. Huge mistake. The workmanship is shoddy and Del Webb only cares about throwing up houses as fast as possible. We have built homes with other builders and none ever came near to the disappointment and headache that is a Del Webb home.

Allowed to review work of trades prior to drywall to verify the solid joints of plumbing, electrical, vent, so if ever needed , you knew what’s behind the walls was good and firm and would not loosen up

Shane the Forman on our house - nice guy, doesn't demand quality workmanship. Hire a independent inspector. You cannot assume that contractor has your back. We have many warranty items. Don't close until home is perfect.

In general we are good with our home purchase. Several construction issues after closing have been solved in a relatively quickly manner. One important topic that drives our opinion's was the fact that one month after closing, the other homes in the community started to being discounted by the seller. This gave us an impression that the price was inflated before and the house does not have a strong value for the future.

Wrong closing date given, had to close a month later. Promised appliances were ether the wrong ones or not there at all. New sod was mostly dead when we closed and irrigation was not turned on. ALL initial issues were not addressed, had to continually check up on. Overall, house was delivered in a manner where they rushed the closing and not concerned in providing a quality delivered home

Buyer beware. Rushed into closing before house was ready. Taking forever to get issues addressed. Construction pushes off issues to warranty. Warranty team overloaded and unresponsive to certain problems.

Although there were bumps along the way our overall experience was very good. From our Salesperson Lisa, to Construction Manager Shane, the people we dealt with were good at their jobs and went above our expectations. After closing we have been pleased with the warranty service team in taking care of our needs.

The supervisors for Pulte homes did not handle the trades properly to insure the work was done properly. The home was barely ready for the closing date. We paid for an upgrade to the paint color anticipating it would be a better grade a paint, not true you can wipe it off the walls easily with a wet rag. Went to Sherwin Williams to get some touch up because of that and they would not sell us any because the painters use builders grade which is watered down paint (exact words from SW).
