Don't trust when they say issues will be addressed. They are not, in addition they work to distract you and keep you from uncovering the issues.

No communication during construction and after

The details were I would receive weekly updates on the construction of my home. In the 1yr it took to build my home 52 weeks I received 9 updates. And i received 9 updates because it was me who contacted the project manager via text or e mail got an update. And know 2 months after closing I still have difficulty connecting with project managers or supervisors on specifics that need correction. Totally unacceptable

So many issues with this build it was a total overall terrible experience. Construction quality was way below our expectations for a Del web product. Familiar with Del Web construction in the northeast. No comparison. Their was problems with every aspect of the home from windows, cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, appliances, framing, the list goes on and on. Project management was terrible. The only thing that saved this house in the end was the arrival of new project managers Shan and Clay. They really had to clean up a mess. Thanks for their help. overall house is nice and an excellent floor plan. Quite disappointed in the LACK of craftsmanship and attention to details especially given the high price we paid for this home. Likewise, the warranty people have not been responsive to our calls and emails in a timely manner. The community is great, and people are very friendly. We feel welcome here.

We were able to close and move in on last closing date date give. Approximately 6 weeks before. Had several building issues but not major Most have been addressed in Tinley fashion. We enjoyed working with our construction manager and trusted his recommendations and judgement.

We started out with a very positive situation with our sales representative who through the whole process has been the only person to show any care towards us and our purchase. We have had numerous problems with getting service addressed. Emails and text messages from the builder go unanswered.

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our Pulte home. We have heard of problems with other builders. We did not experience any issues. Our pre-drywall and final inspections did not bring any major issues to light. During a time when it is difficult for builders to finish homes on time, Pulte came through for us. We had an excellent field manager who educated us on our new home and pushed to close on our home when anticipated.

House Construction Great BUT Painting POOR

The home construction is great and all the amenities we ordered were delivered and installed. The only complaint is the very poor workmanship of the painters. There are paint splatters and over runs all over the house. Many spots were over caulked or not caulked at all. A lot of painted areas were sloppy. This is definitely a black eye for Del Webb, a company that is known for quality.

The quality of work done by the tradesmen working on the homes in the Del Webb Sunbridge community are below average. It is difficult to get repairs or missed work completed after you close. I am not confident that I have a quality built home, I thought Pulte would be different but they have proven to be like all other mid-range builders; their multi-step build process did not add to the quality of the build. You can expect a punch list of things to work on after any build, but Pulte's after closing repair list is extensive and takes the joy of having bought a new home away from the ...

The sales team was great. Really sold me on the community and I loved the Mystique layout. After I bought the perfect lot on the lake it all went downhill. My field manager never kept me updated, there was issues getting water approved for the development phase, supply and labor shortages, we still don’t have cell phone reception outside of the house, my internet router had to be replaced and the breaker switch in my office was replaced and still keeps tripping. There’s drainage issues on one side of the yard and the runoff has washed away large areas of my lot. The workmanship quality was ...

This is the second home we built. Once we got past a few misunderstandings in the beginning of the sales process things went smoothly. The build process was awesome. Now that we are in the home the warranty people are NOTY GOOD. Things are taking forever to get fixed. The vendors are unreliable. They don't show up, and when they do they are unprepared to complete the job.

I was very excited to own a quality built Pulte home,but Pulte did not deliver. I would recommend getting an independent inspector before closing. The quality control was poor. The list of issues was given to the project manager one week before closing but did not get completed before closing. They have assured me they will fix all the problems when I return to Florida in the fall. I would like this to end up being a great experience.
