House was not properly cleaned before closing. Closing was postponed several times and we were not able to move in until about two weeks after closing. Painting required a lot of touch and redoing. Calking quality in bathrooms and other areas was poor and had to be redone. Trim was missing and front door would not propery close. Rear patio was below ground level and flooded. Our original sales lady, the construction manager and warranty manager have been helpful in getting most of the required work finished but there are still outstanding items and issues.

Your phone service is the worst. God forbid I need medical help because there is no service here if I need to send a message or talk to a client I need to get in my car and drive. Failed calls are the norm. While you might say it nothing you can do then you should advertise the fact that this is at this time off the grid living with no cable as well. Worst experience ever

From the beginning it has been nothing but issues and the issues continue. The only helpful person is Isaac the construction project manager who continues to help us because otherwise nothing gets done. The subcontractors are definitely the lowest bidders. Poor tile work, windows that don't work properly, garage door that keeps getting stuck, appliances that don't work properly. Every house has issues, nothing's perfect, but getting them to actually fix them has been horrible. Unresponsive and unreliable.

“Make sure they hire a home inspector as the quality of the workmanship was unprofessional.. I would ask to see the certifications of the trades. No supervision of the trades, poor workmanship and total lack of caring and work ethic. There is a sign that says a clean work site is a safe work site. The homesite constantly had trash all over, including pee bottles. If they had done what our inspector said during the 4 pre drywall inspections they would not have had to remove the flooring and level the floor for the final inspection. We are extremely disappointed either way our home . We have letters with statements from sales team and when we found out that the letter wasn’t true at all and explained to managers they refused to understand . Also many issues in the home need repair . We r working diligently to get warranty people out here

False advertising and poor customer service

First we were told we could have a tray ceiling and signed contract as such then told later it could not be done in our model. After foundation was poured we noticed the garage looked small. Learned it was almost 5 feet less wide in the 2 car garage side! That is significant! The paper documents with floorplans had the larger measurements as did the floor plans online! All were incorrect and we learned from a neighbor, they made Del Web aware of this 2 years ago! The experience has been horrible. Lied to by the sales office. No communication within the organization. The house is a mess with needed repairs and can’t nobody to fix anything. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE!!!

Most awful experience buying a Pulte home.

Buying a Pulte home, more than three-quarters of a million dollars, was and continues to be the worst experience we have had in purchasing a new home. The workmanship is absolutely sub-par and they have had to do many things multiple times over, like tile work, 3+ times now. We heard lots of excuses for the poor workmanship and still battling to get things fixed today. Promises of getting things fixed prior our closing were never done yet we were pressured into closing. That the only priority is turnover and not quality. I had an original and initial 52 item punch list that needed attention. It has been 6 weeks since I closed on this new home and there are still issues requiring correction before I move in. Vets beware.

This was the most exhausting and draining experience I have ever had buying a new home. The initial purchase process went very smooth with the sales person, the design center, the qualifying for the VA e loan and insurance process. Don't trust when they say issues will be addressed. They are not, in addition they work to distract you and keep you from uncovering the issues.

The lack of communication, the workmanship, the turmoil with the field & construction managers was inexcusable. We could not get firm answers on anything all the way til the closing. We had to hire our own home inspector because there were so many issues. Our inspector confirmed and found multiple discrepancies. A full report was submitted to the field & Construction Manager by our inspector. We had to have a Build Quality Celebration form with at least 15 items on it signed by Construction Manager on the day of closing although they promised to have these items repaired by closing date.
