Not my first rodeo by far... Aaron made the entire sales process simple and easy. Couldn't ask for a better sales person. If you use the mortgage service highly recommend them ask for (Dalton / Bonnie) and the insurance (Rick). All great people solved any issues quickly, and the websites were easy to use .

Sellers were very knowledgable and always accessible by phone or text when questions arose

Sean the Project Mgr. & Mike the Warranty Mgr. were great & responsive in a timely manner.

My experience was good from the beginning until the house was ready. The builder pay attention to details on correct things that needed. I did not have any issues.

Our home buying experience with the Del Webb Oasis team members was exceptional, specifically the services received from Nate, Jonathan, Pablo & Jason. This is the 3rd new home we bought and Del Webb/Pulte is by far the best!!

My first home and I have to say it was a great home buying experience, even though it was remote! Now I'm fully retired in Florida in a beautiful community near my family (and Disney). Can't wait for the club house to be complete as I'm looking forward to taking full advantage of all the amenities!

The buying experience from out of state was rough.I feel the date of sale should not be set until the building manager feels the home is ready for sale . I was brought down from out of state to approve a home that did not have floors in it yet. A waste of a flight and week off work. The home turned out great Jake and Kialey went the extra mile for me

My Construction Manager was exceptional communicating every week! He fueled our enthusiasm with his sent photos. He phoned with questions and was exceptional assisting us with the little things that made our build wonderful

This was so very exciting from the very beginning. Working with Pulte representatives Rachel and Cory was the best experience you could hope for. Working together picking out the options for the home was such a pleasure with these folks. They treat you like you are family and that there’s nothing more important than you are to them. Communications are exceptional. And then there’s the construction. Oh how exciting this is to see your dream home being built piece by piece week after week until it’s completion. Danny the site supervisor has just got to be one of the nicest guys on the planet. He addresses any concerns you have immediately and although I have now closed on my beautiful home he continues to check in. Wow where else can you get a relationship like that??!! - From the time of purchase to move-in day, I felt confident that I was going to live in a very good community in a very well done home. - The quality of the materials used in the construction of the house are top quality and the value is adjusted to our possibilities. - - Communication with the construction team was very fluid and friendly at all times, they corrected the details that were presented at the required time. - The quality of construction, the materials used, the technique applied is of very good quality, so I highly recommend this builder.

Very solidly built home at a fair price.

We spent quite a bit of time reviewing floor plans and options so were prepared when It was time to make decisions and order options. I highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a home from Del Wood invest the time to do this. It made everything go much more smoothly.

All my transaction was clear and precise

Although there were bumps along the way our overall experience was very good. From our Salesperson Lisa, to Construction Manager Shane, the people we dealt with were good at their jobs and went above our expectations. After closing we have been pleased with the warranty service team in taking care of our needs.

We love our new house and the entire experience was great. Our sales rep was terrific. She helped us understand what to expect and guided us through our choices. Everyone we dealt with was direct and honest with us, and other than some delays, which we pretty much expected from the start, it was a real pleasure working with this company.

They kept me informed through the whole building process, and provide answer with any concerns I had in a timely manner.

We feel our home. Is built well. No serious problems and we move in June 10 2021
