The buying experience from out of state was rough.I feel the date of sale should not be set until the building manager feels the home is ready for sale . I was brought down from out of state to approve a home that did not have floors in it yet. A waste of a flight and week off work. The home turned out great Jake and Kialey went the extra mile for me

My Construction Manager was exceptional communicating every week! He fueled our enthusiasm with his sent photos. He phoned with questions and was exceptional assisting us with the little things that made our build wonderful

This was so very exciting from the very beginning. Working with Pulte representatives Rachel and Cory was the best experience you could hope for. Working together picking out the options for the home was such a pleasure with these folks. They treat you like you are family and that there’s nothing more important than you are to them. Communications are exceptional. And then there’s the construction. Oh how exciting this is to see your dream home being built piece by piece week after week until it’s completion. Danny the site supervisor has just got to be one of the nicest guys on the planet. He addresses any concerns you have immediately and although I have now closed on my beautiful home he continues to check in. Wow where else can you get a relationship like that??!! Nice home .took a long time to get here.

- From the time of purchase to move-in day, I felt confident that I was going to live in a very good community in a very well done home. - The quality of the materials used in the construction of the house are top quality and the value is adjusted to our possibilities. - - Communication with the construction team was very fluid and friendly at all times, they corrected the details that were presented at the required time. - The quality of construction, the materials used, the technique applied is of very good quality, so I highly recommend this builder.

Very solidly built home at a fair price.

We spent quite a bit of time reviewing floor plans and options so were prepared when It was time to make decisions and order options. I highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a home from Del Wood invest the time to do this. It made everything go much more smoothly.

All my transaction was clear and precise

Although there were bumps along the way our overall experience was very good. From our Salesperson Lisa, to Construction Manager Shane, the people we dealt with were good at their jobs and went above our expectations. After closing we have been pleased with the warranty service team in taking care of our needs.

We love our new house and the entire experience was great. Our sales rep was terrific. She helped us understand what to expect and guided us through our choices. Everyone we dealt with was direct and honest with us, and other than some delays, which we pretty much expected from the start, it was a real pleasure working with this company.

Thanks to an outstanding team of professionals that Del Webb / Pulte have assembled at the Sunbridge, Florida community I have had an excellent experience from start to finish. I am very happy to now be moved into my new home in this very special community.

Quality of work and responsiveness

We are a satisfied customer.

The building site manager (David Joyce) kept us informed throughout the building of our house and ensured that all our options were installed as contracted. Furthermore, the warranty manager (Oliver) was very responsive to our service needs after we took ownership of the house.

Pulte and Del Webb have the process perfected. The sales staff was knowledgeable and able to help us navigate through our multitude of questions in the beginning. Our building site manager was well versed in the newest building codes and had his finger on all supplier issues. Communication was key during the building phase, and our manager was very responsive to all inquiries..... and communicated with us even more than we asked. Very much a plus. There are always minor workmanship discrepancies, and the owners warranty appears to be straightforward and easy to interface with.

Builders in other states (like Arizona retirement communities) require buyers to provide quarterly payments to builder while home is being built which is not the case with Del Webb Communities in Florida. A big plus.

All was wonderful. Tim was our site manager and he was fantastic! Evie was our sales lady and she was wonderful and made the entire experience enjoyable!!
