We love the community and the home we chose - they definitely fit our life style. There were build quality issues such as interior paint on floors and light switches in every room, as well as exterior drainage and erosion issues. Overall, we are happy with the home, just wish there were fewer problems to deal with.

It would be desirable for a house costing more than $600 to have a water softener already included, and to choose built-in cabinets with higher quality than metal shelving. But most importantly, the doors would be completely sanded, so that all corners and edges feel smooth. When prices go up, you shouldn't simultaneously feel like the quality is going down. Don't Expect a Custom Home Build Experience

It started with a perfect floor plan for our needs and ended with a beautiful home we are proud to own. The finish options were sufficient and the design process was smooth overall. Our frustrations with the process revolved around locations for tray ceilings, ceiling lighting drops, ceiling speakers, TV wall mount locations and such. Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.

I had a very good experience with the Pulte construction group. Sam was very attentive to my needs, and what I wanted included with the home. Oliver as well has been extremely attentive and proactive. Both men are very good additions to your team. I would suggest the Del Webb homes to my friends.

I don't think my experience is any different from most buyers of semi custom, mass build communities. Terrific customer service from sales office and construction manager. Some parts of the home are done high grade, some done cheap. Pulte warranty is prompt to correct problems. Beware of Pulte Mortgage. They are the worst, and should be avoided if possible.

I expected better quality for the high price. Painter splattered paint all over everything (floors, outlets, outdoor pavers, etc.). Door hardward installed in the wrong place and much damage to the wood trim when trying to fix. Took 5 tries to get the correct refrigerator installed. Slab immediately cracked as did the stucco within one month. Kitchen cabinet doors scratched and two months later we are still trying to get this fixed. And more. Huge problem...Pulte gave me the wrong street address, so ALL my paperwork is wrong (deed, title insurance, cert of occupancy, insurances, drivers ...
