Quality of work and responsiveness

We are a satisfied customer.

The building site manager (David Joyce) kept us informed throughout the building of our house and ensured that all our options were installed as contracted. Furthermore, the warranty manager (Oliver) was very responsive to our service needs after we took ownership of the house.

Pulte and Del Webb have the process perfected. The sales staff was knowledgeable and able to help us navigate through our multitude of questions in the beginning. Our building site manager was well versed in the newest building codes and had his finger on all supplier issues. Communication was key during the building phase, and our manager was very responsive to all inquiries..... and communicated with us even more than we asked. Very much a plus. There are always minor workmanship discrepancies, and the owners warranty appears to be straightforward and easy to interface with.

Builders in other states (like Arizona retirement communities) require buyers to provide quarterly payments to builder while home is being built which is not the case with Del Webb Communities in Florida. A big plus.

All was wonderful. Tim was our site manager and he was fantastic! Evie was our sales lady and she was wonderful and made the entire experience enjoyable!!

In our opinion the field manager is the one who defines the experience of building a home. We were fortunate to have a very professional and motivated field manager (Tom) and that made all the difference. All of our questions and concerns were addressed well before the closing and we are happy new residents.

How the house was built and finished. We love our new home

The whole experience was exceptional. Our salesperson, Rob, answered all of our questions until we met Tom, our Builder Supervisor. Tom has excellent communication skills and kept us apprised of potential delays or concerns. Even after we closed, he continued to help us with our home. It was a great experience throughout the process.

They know what they are doing. They say what they mean and do what they say.

We love our new home and have had a positive experience from start to finish.

The community and what it offers are exciting.

Overall experience including buying and the friendly staff was outstanding. The builders was very knowledgeable and helpful in every detail while the home was constructed. I would highly recommend this builder.

Overall, the whole process from visiting the model homes to actual moving in to our home was a very rewarding experience. We chose alot of upgrades to the house. The quality of the workmanship, details were excellent. The entire building team, inspectors were thorough at their job. We received weekly updates on our house throughout the entire process. There were minimal issues or problems and whatever issues there were , they were fixed efficiently. Our recommendations are : need to include niches in all showers. Need to improve the quality of the paving stones in front of the house. They should be packed down tighter. ... More

Del Webb sunbridge is a very special community to call home. From the initial visit the our sales consultant Racheal was fantastic. She guided us through the process and worked to ensure we were informed and happy each step of the way. Our superintendent Heath, was always available. Communicated well on the build process and weekly schedule. The finished house is a credit to his leadership and comstruction knowledge.
