This is the second Pulte home we have purchased. The first was Summerhour in Kennesaw Georgie which is why we actually purchased this house. The experience was great as I expected from Sales, to design and ultimately working with our construction manager, Trevor. He was simply exceptional - thoughtful, caring, compassionate, understanding and listened to any concerns we had. This makes a huge difference to the purchase and build experience. The one thing I would say is, I wish the pavers on the driveway and on the lanai were sealed. The sand created such a mess especially when the lanai is screened in. I believe buyers would appreciate this even if they had to pay for it. This would make the home delivery so much better. Also, why not offer the same pavers that is on lanai from model? Overall, the whole process from visiting the model homes to actual moving in to our home was a very rewarding experience. We chose alot of upgrades to the house. The quality of the workmanship, details were excellent. The entire building team, inspectors were thorough at their job. We received weekly updates on our house throughout the entire process. There were minimal issues or problems and whatever issues there were , they were fixed efficiently. Our recommendations are : need to include niches in all showers. Need to improve the quality of the paving stones in front of the house. They should be packed down tighter. ... More

Del Webb sunbridge is a very special community to call home. From the initial visit the our sales consultant Racheal was fantastic. She guided us through the process and worked to ensure we were informed and happy each step of the way. Our superintendent Heath, was always available. Communicated well on the build process and weekly schedule. The finished house is a credit to his leadership and comstruction knowledge. We fully enjoyed receiving weekly narrative and photos of progress made and what is expected next week.

we bought a mystique we added the extra room and bathroom. we love it they said it would take about 150 days we got our home in 132 days. there where some issues but they took care of them immediately. I did the lanai and outdoor kitchen on my own I did it for half the price. but overall our construction manager josh was great he would send us pics every week showing us the progress. we had been looking for a home for two years. and as far as builders go I think pulte is one of the best builders out there

We had an excellent overall home buying experience in Del Webb Minneola. The standouts were our sales representative and construction manager. Our sales rep was friendly, informative and helpful throughout the process. She clearly explained all the options and pricing for our home model and was never pushy. She was a great help in getting the lot we wanted. The Del Webb portal is a great tool for reviewing structural and design options. We spent a lot of time going through it before signing our contract and preparing for the design selection appointment. Our construction manager did a great job communicating progress during the home build. We appreciated his regular updates and photos. More importantly, he took the initiative to correct workmanship issues without prompting and addressed the minor items I identified during walk-throughs without any hassle. Bought one of the ready to move in properties, so it was pretty straight forward.

Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.

Everything was great, cost of the lot was very high but worth the great view

Obviously, building a new house can be a complex undertaking, with a lot of different people providing work through the process. It really can never be a perfect completion the first time. We are all human and there are mistakes that happen or quality issues that need addressed. I've always believed you can tell a real companies worth on how they react to fixing problems that are perceived issues. I can tell you this, Pulte has excelled in correcting any such issues with professionalism, timeliness and real concern on making it all perfect. We worked with Katie during the purchase of our new home. She was very helpful and made us feel that our expectations were met and she made us feel welcomed to the community. Prior to and after the purchase. Jose was extremely helpful with the walkthrough prior to and after closing on the home. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets in one of the bathrooms. We called warranty and to my surprise they sent a plumber out within a couple of days and the issue was resolved. Great service from the warranty department. We love our new home and the community.

The process was pretty seamless

The contractors who came just before we closed to fix items seemed to be a little careless with how they left the repaired items and footprints all over the hallway and kitchen.

Very attentive and cooperative. Had a great experience.

Kialey did an excellent job during the hole buying/selling process. She was always very helpful and supportive in her job.

I can only say positive things about the construction of my home.

The house has warranty on everything.

Did not receive proactive information regarding closing date and required activity except how to pay. Did not receive closing documents or even notification that closing had happened. Mail box keys didn’t arrive for several days. Since closing minor building related tasks remain incomplete.

Michael and Niklas were really helpful and responsive. Their knowledge about construction was very good. They were also so personable that it was a pleasure to work with them.

Everyone on the Pulte team was great. Extremely friendly and easy to work with.
