Good experience, people are wonderful

The security and lighting in the community is excellent. The personnel at the clubhouse working in restaurant/bar area are very personable. Alot of great activities.

It was a great experience dealing with Del Webb in the whole process of purchasing my new home. Time frame to finish it was as expected, and all came out with all updates we requested.

Excellent construction manager,Brian,and Warranty Manager,Jason. Minor issues in home,taken care of promptly. Couple of issues on block,response slow,but promise was given to rectify in reasonable time. Lived in home for one month. I will follow up in time.

De; Webb has helped some of my neighbors by lending them appliances when the homeowner could not get the ones they purchased outside of Del Webb

All of the people that we worked with during the process of building our home - the sales staff, the design center staff, the field manager - were extremely helpful in assisting us to create the perfect house for us!

Bought one of the ready to move in properties, so it was pretty straight forward.

Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.

Everything was great, cost of the lot was very high but worth the great view

Obviously, building a new house can be a complex undertaking, with a lot of different people providing work through the process. It really can never be a perfect completion the first time. We are all human and there are mistakes that happen or quality issues that need addressed. I've always believed you can tell a real companies worth on how they react to fixing problems that are perceived issues. I can tell you this, Pulte has excelled in correcting any such issues with professionalism, timeliness and real concern on making it all perfect. Very attentive and cooperative. Had a great experience.

Kialey did an excellent job during the hole buying/selling process. She was always very helpful and supportive in her job.

Did not receive proactive information regarding closing date and required activity except how to pay. Did not receive closing documents or even notification that closing had happened. Mail box keys didn’t arrive for several days. Since closing minor building related tasks remain incomplete.

Make sure that the house has been cleaned thoroughly before you move in.

Pulte's team is helpful, responsive, collaborative... The vendors that they have on site are hit or miss. You sometimes get a great team who are experienced and thorough, and other times you get workers who miss the mark. The vendors' quality control is hit or miss, they aren't always concerned with excellence, but rather, get the job done. Regardless, Pulte's team hears your concerns and does all they can to make you happy in the end. I feel that the Pulte team addresses issues that you bring to their attention and pulls in the vendors to ensure that you get a quality home in the end. The building process was stressful. Hire your own independent inspector and make sure that you inspect pre-dry wall and pre-closing. Have an independent realtor who is familiar with new home construction. We learned so much through our realtor and felt as though she protected our best interests by helping us to be informed buyers.
