Our sales associate Nate was really easy to work with "long distance" and helped us in many areas that were not his department... Ryan, our construction superintendent was so easy to work with, informing us, sending us information and pictures to keep us apprised and on schedule!

Home was delivered on time and met my expectations. There were no surprises and all options were completed per plan.

I already let several friends and a neighbor at the apartment complex we left and they expressed interest.

Be patient. There are always going to be issues with new construction. The Pulte people and the trades are very responsive.

Our long distance building process was very good. Our construction manager and sales associate answered our questions and updated us on progress throughout. They were quick to address any issues and responsive to our concerns. We are happy with our build experience and the quality of materials used.

I like the after care that is provided, the extra warranty on appliances is great, The quality of workmanship in the home is great. A great place to live and call home.

Professional, quick responses to our needs and questions. Helpful with the step by step process. The floor plans are well designed and options to upgrade are the best. We looked at all the completion and DelWebb/Pulte is the best!

The buying process ran smoothly. The interaction with Pulte’s personnel was pretty good from the sales person to the last builder. Some minor issues are still pending, but they are working on them. We are very satisfied with the house in general.

Clay was a great property manager to work with. He has been responsive, pleasant, and professional.

Salesman was awesome. Enjoyed the experience. Very helpful. Always available to address my questions. Once I closed and moved in, I have found only a few issues in the build related to quality of installations. However, I am working with PulteDelWebb warranty manager to quickly get these issues resolved.

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our Pulte home. We have heard of problems with other builders. We did not experience any issues. Our pre-drywall and final inspections did not bring any major issues to light. During a time when it is difficult for builders to finish homes on time, Pulte came through for us. We had an excellent field manager who educated us on our new home and pushed to close on our home when anticipated.

This is the 4th home I've built over the years and probably the best process of them all. I was kept updated on any issues that came up and my questions were answered promptly. Workmanship above average.

Completion of my house was within 1 month of original projection. Found no material defects in construction of home. Very pleases with my decision.

The contractors who came just before we closed to fix items seemed to be a little careless with how they left the repaired items and footprints all over the hallway and kitchen.

Everyone on the Pulte team was great. Extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Well the issues I have had are 1. Drywall finishes you can see a lot of the seams in mostly the walls we had them fix a few but now that we had the house painted you can see a lot more, as for the trim finishes they skipped a lot of sanding before painting, and now after living in the house for a month the stucco on the side of the house has cracks In a few places, and the craftsmanship of the stucco is not so good, they also never painted the outside windowsills of the upper windows, in my opinion after watching the houses being built around me I think a lot of it may be because of the rushing to get it done they are running around like it's a contest, I don't know if they get by the hour or house, if they would slow down a little you would probably get a better quality build, like the model homes the finishes are what all the homes should look like ... The whole experience went smoothly, received assistance in closing electronically. The builder inspector and the warranty and customer care person were very efficient in the performance of their jobs. Overall, very positive experience.

Both Jake and Oliver have been attentive to the concerns to complete the finishes in my home to the Pulte building standards. I'm very glad I picked Del Webb Sunbridge for my home.

First and foremost I commend Kailey she is the sales representative who assisted me the 2nd and 3rd time I visited delwebb sunbridge. Her service/care very exceptional. She is approachable, friendly, dedicated, sincere and a very kind heart helping clients. She guided and assisted me from the very start of the buying process until the closing date. She gives me updates, I can text her anytime even at night and on weekends she is always available to attend my needs and she tried her very best to attend and answer all my questions and took actions in all my requests. I can't thank her enough how grateful I am that she is one of the people who helped me to fulfill my wish/dream to buy and own a house. She encouraged me how to get resources which i almost gave up my goal to buy a house but because of her i was determined to fulfill my dream to be a homeowner. Thank you so much Kailey. Sales and design teams were excellent and kept us up to date on progress of the build and access / options for supply issues due to Covid. Timeline was not changed. No delays.

Buying was fantastic with Alex and she helped me all along the way. The closing Dept. was a nightmare. They need to be better trained. Johnathan was very pleasant to work with and kept in touch as to what was happening as I lived else where. Overall the experience was quite good.
