Our new house is exactly what we wanted. Great workmanship and extremely responsive to questions.

20 years ago I bought a 3000 sq. ft. Pulte Home in Las Vegas. I was in New York at the time and had the construction manager send pictures of the progress. That house was built and when I moved in I was extremely impressed and was happy to see there were very little touch up and repairs. Now 20 years later I bought a 2000 sq. ft. Pulte home in Florida. I was very disappointed with the fit and finish. It feels like they tried to get it done as fast as possible with no consideration to quality or workmanship. The title company, amazing staff EXCELLENT The loan process NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE Finished in the house ( we expect more from Pulte.

The overall quality and craftsmanship is not there for the value that we paid. Terrible responsiveness to issues throughout the build and after we moved in. Still have not been reached out to regarding numerous warranty issues that I sent in and we closed on Jan. 26, 2024.

The sales staff at Del Webb Oasis were completely professional but very personable with my wife and I, as we were going through the purchase of our new home. In addition, the Del Webb Oasis - Pulte construction manager continues to go out of his way to ensure our home readiness and move-in was a seamless as possible. No new home is perfect but the construction manager strived for perfection, as he listened and noted our observed deficiencies in the new home and came up with viable and mutually-agreeable solutions to make things right with my wife and me. Thanks!

Working with Alex was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on all the progress. As far as the building experience, having just built another home 2 years ago I noticed a big difference. I am not happy with how the home was finished. It involves a lot of laziness on the part of the trades. I would recommend that there should be someone who goes through the house after the build. For example, cupboards that are damaged handles that are not straight, the wrong color grout, bad painting, outdoor stones that are damaged, sloppy finishing all the way around. My wife and I have built homes before and moved/relocated with work several times. So we are familiar with the whole process. We found the sales process to be fair, straight forward and easy. Our home actually got built ahead of schedule. We have only been in it a couple of weeks now, but have found it to be a solid and quiet home. Reflects quality construction. If we ever go through this process again, we would use Pulte. We will also recommend Pulte to friends.

I already let several friends and a neighbor at the apartment complex we left and they expressed interest.

My CM changed early in the process and Frank was wonderful. Extremely responsive and listened to me every step of the way.

Our home buying experience was truly outstanding. Andrea was so responsive and awesome to work with. Kyle our construction manager was also fantastic. He is super conscientious and the pride he takes in his homes is exemplary. We’re only a month in to home ownership at Sunbridge but thus far our experience has been wonderful.

Overall standards for pulte homes have gone down.

Everything was rushed to get us to close on Pulte's timeline. The workmanship was not good and the follow-up/warranty process is the same. Unfortunately there is no one to speak to who has the ultimate power to help us with the issues we are having

Many of the items in the home were not luxury items. Low end appliances. The model showed what you could get but during the sale it was stated everything was already bought. You could not change unless you paid more. After moving in there were many details that needed to be repaired/replaced. One month later still waiting for repairs.

The CM Kyle and his manager Patrick were very responsive and responsible to get issues corrected prior to closing.

People are all great and fairly responsive. The problem is we had to deal with 10-12 different people. Del Webb should have 1 or 2 point people that customers can deal with. Also, HOA restrictions not disclosed until AFTER closing. Should ask for rules ahead of closing. Some of the subcontractors did not do a good job, bowed walls poor painting, dented appliances, etc. The Quality Control team did not disclose any of there or fix them.

If the construction team worked as hard at insuring a quality build as they did in pumping up their evaluation survey things would be much better. We are here over a month and still do not have the ability to utilize the entire home, garage is full of items that are pending move in as well as storage here in Orlando and south Florida. Neighboring construction seems to be disastrous with work being done second and third times and no signs of construction managers. Outhouses line the streets, trash regularly thrown around and the street is packed with mud. Its seems unusual to install cabinets in homes that are wide open and there is no real sign of order or management, just guys that show up and work then leave with messes tossed about the site and bottles with urine tossed in the back conservation area. Disgusting! Pulte really needs to get the field managers out of the nice model home they are offices in and actually out on the job site. Our neighbor was apologized to by one construction manager about the excess port-a-potties with doors that swing open and smell, indicating he thought they were picked up two weeks ago. There were many surprises in the process. Overall, I am surprised by the craftmanship and the lack of efficiency. The costs of the inefficiency must be mind blowing. Lights and air left on with doors open; sprinkler head breaks so they turn off the water killing grass and plants instead of fixing $5.00 item. But Jason in warranty has been a lifesaver. Jason has made everything right. He needs to be recognized.

As an out of state buyer, we wanted constant updates on the construction timeline. Gustavo kept us apprised every step of the way. Gustavo answered any and all questions and concerns in a very timely manner. We came into town twice and both times he met us at the site and walked us through our home. He was extremely thorough. We love our new home! Thank you.

Not my first rodeo by far... Aaron made the entire sales process simple and easy. Couldn't ask for a better sales person. If you use the mortgage service highly recommend them ask for (Dalton / Bonnie) and the insurance (Rick). All great people solved any issues quickly, and the websites were easy to use .

Sellers were very knowledgable and always accessible by phone or text when questions arose

We feel the home is poorly built. The tray ceiling has marks on it, the tile floor is cracked going into the main bedroom, kitchen drawers are off the track, there is blue “stuff” on the hall bathroom shower tile as if some one, not us, took a shower

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BUILT 4 HOMES IN OUR LIFETIME AND ALL WERE 2 TO 3 TIMES LARGER THAN THIS LAST AND FINAL ONE FOR US. WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES AND THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE DIRTY MESS LEFT FOR US WAS TREMENDOUS!! WE NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE WARRENTY COMPANY AND PEOPLE COMING BACK FOR SOME REPAIRS AND TELLING US OTHER THINGS NOT DONE WELL ARE ACCEPTIBLE TO PULTE HOMES. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US AND SO MANY OTHERS. SOME HAD TO BE BRIBED TO BUY THEIR HOMES BY THROWING IN A GOLF CART. WE JUST ASKED FOR THINGS TO BE DONE RIGHT. WE PAID FULL CASH FOR OUR HOME AND WANTED TO PULL OUT OF THE DEAL ALL TOGETHER TWO DAYS BEFORE CLOSING. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR REPAIRS AND VERY STESSED OVER THE WHOLE PROCESS. The process was beyond frustrating. The walkthrough was scheduled before the property was even remotely ready to be shown. Many items were identified that needed to be addressed. To date all items have not been corrected. The home was dirty - foot prints on counters, windows not washed, floors not swept or washed… it is unbelievable the way the property was turned over. There are still issues with damaged walls, bulging tiles and painting needing to be done. I would not recommend anyone to purchase here. There was not enough attention paid to detail. The sales-rep (Alex), Construction Manager(Ryan) and warrantee manager(Jason) have all been exceptional. All get top marks. It's odd that Del Webb keeps saying "Congratulations" when they should be saying "Thank you". The purchase process is almost deliberately confusing and is not client-focused. I asked the online team one question and the response was non-sensical so I did not communicate with them again.
