Problem with the transfer wire last day, nobody informed me that I had to do by myself

For the closing date there were many things for correction in drywall, paint, change toilet top, pavers, cleaning of lanai with water pressure machine, landscaping pending for trees, etc. The construction manager Brian told me to finish all the list in the next days, but I am still waiting since may 12.. He didn’t answer the phone calls and messages left. I travel back to PR during June, I’ll be back in July.

We are one of the very first homes to complete in this community. As such we are dealing with some issues as the bugs are worked out of the build process. While Pulte/Del Webb build 100's of homes a year, and this community is experiencing great sales, it was disappointing that processes in place have not been followed to merit higher ratings. If you are a smart shopper, you'll pay only to upgrade items in the design center that are too expensive to remove and replace after moving in. Good process but the finish good falls short of expectations. Would score higher if your quality manager was better trained in fixing issues before new homeowners move in. Must cost you a lot in rework and fixing after sale.

20 years ago I bought a 3000 sq. ft. Pulte Home in Las Vegas. I was in New York at the time and had the construction manager send pictures of the progress. That house was built and when I moved in I was extremely impressed and was happy to see there were very little touch up and repairs. Now 20 years later I bought a 2000 sq. ft. Pulte home in Florida. I was very disappointed with the fit and finish. It feels like they tried to get it done as fast as possible with no consideration to quality or workmanship. There were many surprises in the process. Overall, I am surprised by the craftmanship and the lack of efficiency. The costs of the inefficiency must be mind blowing. Lights and air left on with doors open; sprinkler head breaks so they turn off the water killing grass and plants instead of fixing $5.00 item. But Jason in warranty has been a lifesaver. Jason has made everything right. He needs to be recognized.

Overall the buying experience was ok. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship of the home. The design is great but the quality of the work was very sloppy. Our Field Manager has been wonderful in responding to our concerns but there are so many issues that have not been addressed and are out of his control.

initially we had warm fuzzys, but as the process continued we felt that we were just another sale. We approached this home buying experience as our last forever home. There were issues on our final walk through, that were camouflaged. Personally I hate Pulte so I can’t recommend them, first step they didn’t allow me to inspect the house prior to sheetrock so I don’t know anything about the material used, initially they told us a HOA price, at closing was changed to 504.00 yet all the HOA services are not completed & it seems they have not rush to complete them it is cost effective. Don’t close escrow until all things in your home are up to standard. Once you close, they seem to forget about you. They keep building new houses, but don’t come correct/fix things in homes already completed.

The buying experience, mortgage application, and closing went smoothly . However, at the preliminary walk through there were several things that were supposed to be resolved that were promised would be done at the final walk through that were not. Here it is 6 weeks since closing and only 2 items have been resolved and we are finding more including electrical issues. I feel as if Pulte was sold "factory seconds". Make sure you hire a private inspection company . The company I hired brought out issues that I wouldn’t have known . They were corrected . Also, it’s been a nightmare to get issues fixed after you close . Very difficult to get assistance.

The overall quality and craftsmanship is not there for the value that we paid. Terrible responsiveness to issues throughout the build and after we moved in. Still have not been reached out to regarding numerous warranty issues that I sent in and we closed on Jan. 26, 2024.

DelWebb is a great community. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the build. There were so many major issues found after closing 1 month in and not complete. We've been told they are minor. (Not acceptable when we have dust and debris in our home.)Pulte dropped the ball when hiring sub par contractors or whoever they hire. Lesson learned.

I like many found that the home was not complete on closing. I struggled to even get sombody to respond. I was promissed all would be fixed. Nothing was fixed, infact after I moved in I found many more major faults. Master bedroom had no electrics for a week. They found dangerous wiring fault. No hot water, infact no water came out of hot faucet. No internet, they forgot to order it to be connected and then found out no underground conduit was installed to wire the system in. The building experience was great, they constructed on time and kept us well informed at every stage. We've had 4 houses built in the past and this was by far the best build quality. However, post closing, the Pulte selected HOA management "Castle Group" has been a disappointment. They don't always respond to emails or voicemails and are generally disinterested in helping resolve issues. We're hoping that service quality improves as no escalation path has been provided for us. If we had a better HOA management team, our overall experience would be excellent.

Overall, we like our new home. However, there are still some issues unresolved over a month after closing. We moved into our home, expecting several issues to be repaired/resolved. Thankfully, many of those issues have been repaired/resolved quickly, but there are a few major issues still remaining and without a defined plan for completion or our satisfaction. If these are resolved over the next few weeks, I will raise my review. For now, we are not yet satisfied customers.
