Overall, I'm satisfied with the home I bought. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the home, after closing on the house and entering it for the first time. I was expecting a WOW factor, but instead, I came into a not so clean house!!! I won't get into all of the issues, but there were a few other issues with the house, that is taking a lot longer than expected! I think the overall workmanship of the house is fine, but it's the cosmetics of the house that is frustrating. Hopefully they'll get things taken care of soon, finish up other properties around me, and get the community center up and running, and things well be looking better. The only other thing is, there's lots of construction going on, and there's trucks coming and going all the time, so noise could be a factor for a few years! Lots of homes going up! ... More

Not my first time buying. Very stressful. I understand supply chain issues, but it was a year building process. The salesman was very good and I had good communication with him. The project manager was not in touch with me unless I wrote him. I am surprised at the workmanship of some items (tiles, caulking). I have a list of issues to be addressed, closed a month ago.

Very impressed with the quality of our new home! Although we have a few minor items on our 'punch list', Pulte has been very responsive to address those issues (Thanks to Nicole and Max!). The community design is well planned and everyone is looking forward to the new amenity center coming soon!

Average builder, managers do not pay on details, poor communications from both.

I waited a year to close on my home in DW-LWR and it was worth the wait! Pulte was very attentive in addressing any construction or warranty issues. It's a beautiful setting with lots of activities to choose from and very pleasant neighbors to socialize with. I'm happy to have found my dream home!

The quality of workmanship is terrible. There are 100's of paint blemishes on the walls,Paint splatters on my hardwood floors that still have not beeen cleaned up by Pulte. Every window sill needs to be rechaulked. The floor moulding where installed crooked and there is exposed wood. The hall bathroon tile is off center and has gaps in the chaulking. Where the walls and ceilings meet there are paint lines.My hurricane shutters that were hung and approved by the county, some dont fit properly and I was missing hardware. Plus Pulte painted over the bolts in the walls around the windows for the hurricane shutters and I had to spend hours cleaning out the paint so I could unscrew them from the wall. My experience was good, disappointed that home is not “Senior” friendly.

Time frame of the build was long. Covid? Or all that was going on.

BEWARE. Pulte did not have our house completed and to our satisfaction at closing. They asked us to give them a good rating in spite of their inability to complete the house as contracted. They in fact asked us to state the house was completed even when it was not. The many, many items left undone are too many to name here. We’re now moved in and in a fight to get the simplest of things completed. Again BUYER BEWARE.

Several issues still not completed after two months passed after closing

I was promised alot when I bought this home in the area of "White glove" service. I never got anything close to that. Although the positive is I confident I have a very well built home, I was treating more like I was lucky to have it rather than Del Webb was lucky to have me buy it. My construction manager only called me once, and I am 3 months in and have yet to have anyone get back to me for 30 day inspection.

They did an awesome job building our home. They certainly exceeded our expectations!

Very anxious to sell property but have been over selling and unable to address issues in a timely manner. Feel they are using many unqualified people for labor. House was dirty at closing.

Huge thanks to Jim B for all his coordinating efforts and service with a smile! The design team was excellent, they made it almost effortless and we were long distance. The construction chief, Bret, built us a beautiful home and right on schedule.

I would not recommend Del Webb Bayview due to bad experiences with head of sales, field manager and lack of response to fix warranty items. While I know there are somethings out of control such as availability of supplies, but the lack of response and lack of accountability to complete tasks is infuriating. All the members of this community are frustrated. I wouldn't recommend building in this community. They are not organized and highly unresponsive.

Good quality build materials, finished quicker than expected, consciousness sales staff

Small home with LOTS of pre- & post-closing issues. Substitutions made without my input. Almost no response from field manager during build. I've turned in 15 issues with home builder & 2 with field manager. As usual, no response from field manager. Builder is coming this week to look at the others. Sales consultant was AWESOME! My saving grace was having a realtor in my corner!

Exceptional experience start to finish! Our salesman Trace and project manager Max were awesome. They both responded quickly to any questions we had along the way - great communication! We love our new home - would do it all over again!

Sales agent was super. Building site supervisor was responsive. But there were about two dozen issues regarding poor workmanship or carelessness of builders. Fortunately, customer care response to outstanding issues has been great. Builder did promote its mortgage company, which pushed unacceptable terms; we were able to find much better terms easily. Title & closing was a grease fire--completely disorganized. Builder could not produce a Certificate of Occupancy in time for the initial closing date, resulting in a delay and forcing us to waste vacation and travel time. On day of closing, title company was lax communicating with our lender, jeopardizing receipt of funds. Title officer was very tardy arriving to office (we had a three-hour drive; she was local). ... Initial planning experience went very smoothly. However material shortages, labor issues and often poor communication resulted in construction taking over 14 months for completion. Some issues are still not done after closing. Quality builder like Pulte should not have this many issues. Overall pleased with final product, yet still waiting for some problems to be corrected.

Both builder managers Jarad and Helder were very helpful. As I mentioned before, not seeing my new home until the pre-closing orientation, I appreciated all of their correspondence and patience with my questions and requests. I also appreciated the Pulte manager Jen's weekly photos that highlighted my days as I awaited the closing of my NJ home. She has also been extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. Very nice experience, Members of the Del Webb team were responsive and helpful. Very few wrinkles in the whole process.

Took way too long for completion.

Helder was great over the project. He returned calls and met my needs. Mike as well in sales. Having a bit of a problem with attitude of Kellianne at the clubhouse. She needs to have more empathy and help when needed. This is a new experience for all of us. Dealing with someone with an attitude makes things worse.

While we love this beautiful community full of excellent amenities, purchasing a home during the pandemic proved challenging due to supply chain issues and a shortage of skilled laborers. Our selection of choices during our extremely short time given with the interior designer was marginal at best and we found our inability to change our mind about anything once leaving that appointment distasteful. Our purchase and building experience was long distance so we had little choice but to rely on Del Webb communications to keep us informed of our progress. Thankfully both our sales representative and building manager were good communicators who worked together to keep us up to speed. All and all despite minor bumps here and there, we are generally quite happy with our new home and are looking forward to enjoying this wonderful community. ... More
