We are very pleased with the model we selected although we would have like some freedom to make modifications. We were a little disappointed that some things were not checked by the builder before our closing. Since that time, the company has been responsive in setting up repairs for those issues. We also felt that we were not given clear advice on the options regarding the pool and recreation area surrounding the pool.

Initial planning experience went very smoothly. However material shortages, labor issues and often poor communication resulted in construction taking over 14 months for completion. Some issues are still not done after closing. Quality builder like Pulte should not have this many issues. Overall pleased with final product, yet still waiting for some problems to be corrected.

While we love this beautiful community full of excellent amenities, purchasing a home during the pandemic proved challenging due to supply chain issues and a shortage of skilled laborers. Our selection of choices during our extremely short time given with the interior designer was marginal at best and we found our inability to change our mind about anything once leaving that appointment distasteful. Overall the home was well built. We didn’t have any choices since the house was already under construction when we purchased it. The selections made were very acceptable to us. However in their haste to complete some things were missed that should have been taken care of. Plaster globs on the floors, paint on window trim not cleaned up, stucco globs on the lanai. Despite all issues we love the house!

The house is awesome. But, The ac went out 2 times. the 1st was on the 2nd day we moved in. I walk over to the trailer to ask for help. They got a tech out right a way and 1 hour later it was fix. The 2nd time was on 7/11/2021 @ 430. I made a call to warranty and they said they will get a company out to look at the unit. The tech on location for 2 hours and he stated they have order a mother board for the ac unit. That was on Sunday and no AC until Thursday around 12 noon. So far it working ok. The paint job was the worst paint job I to paid for out of my 5 house. With runs on all the wall ...

No hot water in master shower for a month

The hot water issue could have been handled much faster by replacing the regulator instead of waiting for parts. The exhaust fan in the kitchen wasn’t connected to outside. Took about a week to correct. Still waiting for a door lever for our den. Been here nearly two months now.

Disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Workers didn’t tape when painting and sprayed all wires which makes it harder to install ceiling fans. Water lines were backwards for cold and hot. Garage door didn’t work properly.

Everything was good up to the final closing. The initial walk through had an unbelievable amount of issues. The second walk through was a joke. They didn’t finish most of the items on the list. Tape was still on areas that weren’t correct. Still waiting for items on the list. Promised a closing gift from the construction manager, never got it. Not my first time buying. Very stressful. I understand supply chain issues, but it was a year building process. The salesman was very good and I had good communication with him. The project manager was not in touch with me unless I wrote him. I am surprised at the workmanship of some items (tiles, caulking). I have a list of issues to be addressed, closed a month ago.

We felt good at first blush but not after moving into the house. As an aside, the house was overpriced as was the lot. Sign of the times!! General quality and fit and finish was disappointing. The house was dirty at move in and not move in ready at all. We had to call in cleaning teams to do interior and exterior cleaning to before we could completely move in. The quality control was far below our expectations. Apparently far too many houses are currently under construction for supervisors to adequately police the workers. The home was everything I expected overall, biggest complaint was lack of information. If I didn’t live close I don’t feel I would have known why my home was delayed in being completed. I had to make phone calls to try and get updates.

I hope that my experience was the exception, not the standard. We feel that our home build was rushed to meet year end numbers at the expense of quality finish work. The structural integrity and basic engineering aspects are very good, but what you see as interior finish work leaves a lot to be desired. The staff we have been working with throughout the build process have all been exceptional and eager to please. They have made the negatives bearable.

Jill jones—the sales person—was great and very responsive when I had questions or needed information. Max Thompson—construction manager—was also very good in keeping me updated. And overseeing build. Unfortunately that has mot been the case post-closing when warranty team has failed to address most of remaining punch list items. My advice to a new buyer is to delay closing until house is complete and all issues resolved!!

Sales coordinator Jill was awesome, workers showed little pride in quality of their work in several areas though construction project manager Jordan communicated well and was somewhat effective in getting problems addressed. Have had poor post close communication and no resolution efforts on any defective work after 45 days since close.

We do enjoy our new home. The lot, the view, the finishes, all meet our expectations. HOWEVER, requests for updates on the multitude of warranty issues that have been submitted remain either uncorrected, or completely ignored. NO NEWS IS NOT GOOD NEWS! We want what we paid for and although I know it takes time, I do not appreciate being ignored! Because of the current labor and supply chain environment, proactive communication should be THE top priority for your customer service / warranty department.
