They build a great home and all the employees we've interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable.

From the very beginning of our journey, our experience with Del Webb was great. Our Salesperson Michelle was very patient with us and helpful in guiding us in all the decisions we had to make as this home was purchased and designed all on- line! Also our Field Manager Mason, went above and beyond in keeping us informed as things progressed… we absolutely love our new home and excited for great things to come :)

This is my fourth new home; my first from Del Webb (Pulte). I purchased from Del Webb (Pulte) because of their reputation. By far this was the most disappointing new home turnover I have experienced. In the past a builder would provide a buyer with a book containing all instruction, model numbers, and warranty cards for the new items in my home. We found inside one of the kitchen drawers ‘information for one appliance, not complete, nothing else. We also found the home was not cleaned very well. There were several marks on the tile floors in both bathrooms which did not come up when my wife washed the floor. The wood floors also did not look very good and the sliding glass doors were not cleaned well. The worst part however was what happened on the second day we were in the home. Early on a Saturday morning we discovered raw sewage coming out of the showers and toilets. We contacted the emergency number provided and it took six hours for someone to show up to check on the problem. We were told that the sewer line was clogged with paper towels, what the plumber described as several roles’ worth. Finally, several uncompleted items were pointed out to the project superintendent during the construction process, a few several times, and nothing was done to correct them. Now we are waiting for a crew to come and take down our sliding glass doors so that the outside wall which was not finished can be repaired. I feel all of this could have been avoided. All small issues were addressed and resolved

This house, according to our realtors was not completed by closing date. Many other homes were also rushed through to meet the 2021 deadline. Thus, many issues that need attentions and we are not happy.

Quality of workmanship. Reliability of staff.

Excellent System and Knowledgeable People

The process went well from the offer to purchase thru closing. The team we worked with always kept us informed and was good to work with.

High priced homes with low quality work.

Cost of options is way to high. If you can do without certain options wait and make the changes after closing. You will save a lot of dollars.

Very happy with the home buying process. Great staff that was responsive to our needs. Love our new home and feel that it was built with quality- exceeded our expectations!

A quality sturdy built home

Not particularly happy with Pulte mortgage experience.

extremely messy with paint, grout , 4 weeks with out irrigation or grass being cut, so far

Attention to detail, outstanding quality control and communication throughout the process, and immediate, thorough responsiveness to any questions or issues.

Although our field manager changed mid-build, we had good communication from both managers. Construction was delayed 10 weeks waiting for impact resistant windows--not the builder's fault. Upon closing, we had a small punch list, and our customer service rep/liaison has been outstanding in scheduling subcontractors to correct those minor items. A month after close, we are still waiting for the kitchen appliances we selected during design. One will arrive next week. Other residents have experienced the same, and current supply chain issues have not helped. Overall, we are pleased with our new home and very pleased with the neighbors and greater community. ... Loved the layout of the homes and the people were terrific ! The sales personnel were very helpful!

Very happy with the process from the initial meeting with sales person, then the design center and the construction manager during the building process. Our questions were always addressed and were happy with the closing as well. The house turned out beautiful thanks to all the phases of purchasing a home in Del Webb. It is a wonderful community with a lot to offer

Extremely detailed and great use of experienced and quality subcontractors throughout all phases of construction. Delivered the house on original schedjule.

This is our 2nd Del Webb home in 2 different communities…AZ and FL. We had no major issues and the minor ones were taken care of promptly.

I would suggest hiring private inspectors though out the process. They will ensure that everything is done right.

The entire experience working with Pulte Homes and Del Webb was very stress free... I also went with Pulte Homeowners Insurance, Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Title for a seamless experience...
