High priced homes with low quality work.

Cost of options is way to high. If you can do without certain options wait and make the changes after closing. You will save a lot of dollars.

Very happy with the home buying process. Great staff that was responsive to our needs. Love our new home and feel that it was built with quality- exceeded our expectations!

A quality sturdy built home

Not particularly happy with Pulte mortgage experience.

extremely messy with paint, grout , 4 weeks with out irrigation or grass being cut, so far

Attention to detail, outstanding quality control and communication throughout the process, and immediate, thorough responsiveness to any questions or issues.

Although our field manager changed mid-build, we had good communication from both managers. Construction was delayed 10 weeks waiting for impact resistant windows--not the builder's fault. Upon closing, we had a small punch list, and our customer service rep/liaison has been outstanding in scheduling subcontractors to correct those minor items. A month after close, we are still waiting for the kitchen appliances we selected during design. One will arrive next week. Other residents have experienced the same, and current supply chain issues have not helped. Overall, we are pleased with our new home and very pleased with the neighbors and greater community. ... Very happy with the process from the initial meeting with sales person, then the design center and the construction manager during the building process. Our questions were always addressed and were happy with the closing as well. The house turned out beautiful thanks to all the phases of purchasing a home in Del Webb. It is a wonderful community with a lot to offer

Extremely detailed and great use of experienced and quality subcontractors throughout all phases of construction. Delivered the house on original schedjule.

This is our 2nd Del Webb home in 2 different communities…AZ and FL. We had no major issues and the minor ones were taken care of promptly.

I would suggest hiring private inspectors though out the process. They will ensure that everything is done right.

The entire experience working with Pulte Homes and Del Webb was very stress free... I also went with Pulte Homeowners Insurance, Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Title for a seamless experience...

The house was not ready for us to move into on our closing date on August 3. The floor tile was defective and the builder knew this 30 days before closing, the carpet was badly stained from muddy shoes and needed to be replaced. The kitchen vent shroud was installed poorly and totally unacceptable. We were told that we could not move into the house for 30 days after closing due to these construction defects. It is now 70 days after our closing and we are still waiting for the kitchen shroud to be installed and the correct dryer to be delivered. We are still waiting on payment for compensation for us to rent back the villa we were living in due to extending our closing for the second time. Selection of architectural and design options made so much easier by the experienced sales rep. Pulte has a solid, easily understood construction process they rigorously adhere to. Each week, the owner receives photos of construction progress. Pulte’s construction manager and post construction personnel have been great to work with in resolving any issues with the construction or ‘finishing’ of our home.

Bad communication after closing Paint on lanai And 4 pavers marked for replacement not done, trash drawer not installed correctly, one side not attached. Grouat issues in several places

Pulte at Del Webb. Is only about money. You did not like what I said before and I stand by my words. Entire experience has been disappointing especially since we settled. My yard is a mess and hazard to my health!!!!
