We had more punch list items with this new home than the previous ones we have purchased. I feel that their quality checks probably suffered from all the COVID delays, which caused them to try to rush things once opened back up. At the end of the day we love the home, but still have several issues that need to be resolved by multiple contractors.

Lack of sense of urgency on several issues.

Overall the home was well built. We didn’t have any choices since the house was already under construction when we purchased it. The selections made were very acceptable to us. However in their haste to complete some things were missed that should have been taken care of. Plaster globs on the floors, paint on window trim not cleaned up, stucco globs on the lanai. Despite all issues we love the house!

We had a great experience buying our home in Del Webb Cypress Falls in North Port FL. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The construction manager was excellent and kept us informed throughout the entire build process. We are very satisfied with our home purchase and highly recommend Del Webb as an active adult retirement community.

You would not even want me to review what I think of DelWebb right now!!!! And none of it is the construction manager’s fault!!!! Nick has been great but terrible plumbing for MB toilet that WORKS!!!! The service wait is 2 weeks!!! Unbelievable!!!!

The project mgr was very helpful and knowledgeable

The house is awesome. But, The ac went out 2 times. the 1st was on the 2nd day we moved in. I walk over to the trailer to ask for help. They got a tech out right a way and 1 hour later it was fix. The 2nd time was on 7/11/2021 @ 430. I made a call to warranty and they said they will get a company out to look at the unit. The tech on location for 2 hours and he stated they have order a mother board for the ac unit. That was on Sunday and no AC until Thursday around 12 noon. So far it working ok. The paint job was the worst paint job I to paid for out of my 5 house. With runs on all the wall and dry walls not done right. I call this in to warranty and they sent out a dry wall repair person. He stated this was the worst dry wall he has seen in the Del Webb homes. He was in the house for 2+ hours fixing bad paint and dry wall. The next day the painter came over and now all done. They have to replace the 1 rear glass door. The front door of the house before we moved in the door was kicked in and the frame broken. The bath tub has been repaired 3 times. Due to your personnel working over it and putting heavy scratches. I brought a new home from Del Webb not a used home. I had lights when we moved in and about a week later we lost the hallway lights. What an experience after living in same house 26 years glad to be in SWFL

Living in VA I was concerned that I wouldn't know the status of my home because I couldn't be there to monitor. I received bi-weekly pictures from my sales person and my field manager was very responsive to my questions regarding the home. When we met in person oh, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Overall my experience has been a pleasant one and I enjoy living in my new home.

Very informative in walking you through the buying process and explaining how the community functions.

We had a great purchasing experience with Kristin and building experience with our construction manager NIck. Both are an asset to your company.

The management team were very responsive to my needs.

Del Webb is great. Pulte Mortgage is really intensive as you must send in ALL back statements, which includes info on faith, contributions, organizations etc. This is for whole 6 month period as home is being built. In retrospect I should have gone to another mortgage company. ( you do lose some money).

Be very careful and document everything

Very easy process. Great people

We love the area and the comradery with our neighbors, that is a plus. We are not satisfied with Pulte and the whole process of getting to our home. It has nothing to do with the people we have had some great individuals along the way helping us, however, the corporation is a company and in my opinion, is not connected to their customers. Something as little as having a plumber come to the house a day before closing to unclog the pipes to the sewer. They don't do this and it causes all the construction residue on the pipes to return to the house and cause a big problem once you move in, that does not have to be that way. The fact that you have to have the same floor throughout the house, even though you may be willing to pay more. We got stuck with some appliances that we didn't want because the person was not clear and gave us price, not color, the fact that you have to decide on thousands of dollars of upgrades in 2 hours. The space isn't utilized for 55plus.

Poor quality materials and workmanship.

The quality of the build is not great. The paint used on the walls are sub par.

We love our home and community but were very stressed due to the salesman not returning calls. We would have to email him as many as five times and he still would not answer. It would have been smoother with someone who was willing to communicate with us

The appliances are not well-made. They have problems. The washer is defective, the plumbing is bad.

Quality. Well designed home. Punch list is minimal.

From the Sales Office, to the Design Center and the Project Manager, all were knowledgeable and great to work with. Pleasurable experience with everyone we interacted with.
