Responsiveness to issues. Not everything went flawlessly but wherever there was a hiccup they did everything they could to make it right. Our build manager Trent was awesome!

They were still working on our home the day of closing. Numerous items where not completed correctly. Flooring had two colors of grout thru out the house as though they ran out and just picked a close enough color to finish the job. The flooring was not cleaned, there was sticky stuff all on the floor along with paint and silicon. Tile in bathroom doesn't even flow with the wall where they connect. Out door patio pavers are covered in paint and the screen patio was installed incorrectly with holes in the screening and support beams not leveled. Even the house number is on the house at an angle and not painted where you can see where they try to remove it and redo the installation of the numbers. We have plumbing, paint, electrical and flooring issues since we purchased this home. I will give them a high mark for responsiveness before we purchased. Trent F. Build was completed in the expected timeframe.

some workmanship and materials were subpar and are still not corrected, but i still have trust in the builder to fix the problems in the next few weeks.

Everyone from that the Del web organization has been exceptional. This includes the sales department, the builder, the warranty department, and the customer service department. (This includes Barbara, Eric, and Trent)

This was our third build in Lakewood Ranch and in many ways the easiest. Very limited options, but we were able to fill things in after we closed. Only problem was the pool builder Coast to Coast who was unresponsive and we had to cancel and do the pool after closing

they fumbled the ball when customer rep did not follow up. constuction manager could have at a minimun made a phone call to insure my needs where being adressed. we moved in on march 9th and after me calling pulte have an appointment on june14th.

On time. Followed up right away to questions our construction lead trent was great looking out for us. When he saw anything wrong was fixed right away- this was good since we were not local so felt he was “our guy” looking out for us

we have been in the house for apprx, six weeks and the punch list at walk thru before closing still have not been addressed, the paint job on new trim makes trim look like its thirty years old, full of caulk, paint drips etc.doors are rough{painted with a roller}? I can not express the diapointment, and most neighbors agree

Easy to do business with.

From the start everyone we dealt with at Del Webb and Pulte were very helpful and professional. This home is the 6th house I have built over my lifetime. Without question the best home building experience we have ever had. Now that our house is built we love it. We had a couple small problems that were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and this company.

Home was built too quickly. Workman ship is very low quality. No hot water in master shower since Dec 23 Finally repaired on Feb 9. Settlement was Dec 23. Poor quality assurance. Someone should have checked for hot water.

The people we worked with really care about getting this done right the first time.

Don't buy a Pulte home - poor workmanship, lots of issues with poor or no response.. Only good experience was with the mortgage company.

I purchased my house move-in ready. What I didn't realize is how they cut corners on homes. Every house they build should have hurricane windows. Hurricane windows should be mandatory in new construction. The lawn/sod they use is horrible. I have holes that you can't see until I keep twisting my ankle when walking on it. They keep telling me it will fill in. Every finished house should be cleaned prior to the new owners moving in. The lack of better craftsmanship has held me up on having my grout sealed in the house. I could go on but I feel like a broken record.

Fine product delivered in a timely manner.

Be aware that the builder does not work well with lenders or customers when it comes to scheduling the closing.

They communicated well and were ahead of schedule; very responsive and professional.

Be careful.......follow through with certain things are just not there and at the beginning we just waited for the next disaster/issue. We have a punch list of fixes that can choke a horse.
