From the sales team always the ways thru to the final inspection it was as a great experience. The construction team proved to be knowledgeable and experienced and in the end delivered us a fabulous home.

We were very hands off on this build and everything turned out just fine. Any minor issues are being addressed timely and appropriately. We are very pleased.

We really appreciated the work Tim (Salesman) did for us. Daniel at the Design Studio did a phenomenal job helping us pick out interior options. Trent our Construction Mgr did an incredible job overseeing the construction. Our home is our dream come true!

The end to end home buying process with Del Webb was a positive experience for my wife and I. The Del Webb Sale Manager (Michelle) was courteous and extremely helpful in selecting our property and driving through the bidding process. The builders we had (Brian and Sam) were both meticulous and diligent throughout the process, keeping us updated on a weekly basis and ultimately delivering a high quality home with only minor adjustments to be made prior to and after closing which is to be expected. Overall great experience and I would recommend Del Webb to any prospective buyers.

Jill, our salesperson, was fantastic. She explained the whole process to us and was available anytime to answer any questions. Our Field Manager Jarod kept us up to date with start times and completion dates throughout all of the building process. After our on time closing Pulte warranty has taken care of a few minor issues in an extremely timely manner. I would definitely build with Pulte again.

Despite high demand, rising interest rates, and labor and supply chain concerns related to both the tail end of COVID and Hurricane Ian, this was THE BEST home buying experience we've had. Emmett, our construction manager, went out of his way to communicate with us and delivered a very well-built home. The few MINOR finish issues that we found prior to closing and during our first month in the home have been quickly addressed. Jill (sales) guided us through the process and stayed in touch. She was always willing to get us answers even if it didn’t pertain to her job. Absolutely awesome! Susan (design center) knows her job extremely well. Very professional yet a lot of fun to work with! I can’t say enough about the entire team. They are the best in every way!

Trent kept us inform the entire way he explained the process well at closing and final inspection. The quality is great.

I waited a year to close on my home in DW-LWR and it was worth the wait! Pulte was very attentive in addressing any construction or warranty issues. It's a beautiful setting with lots of activities to choose from and very pleasant neighbors to socialize with. I'm happy to have found my dream home!

Helder was great over the project. He returned calls and met my needs. Mike as well in sales. Having a bit of a problem with attitude of Kellianne at the clubhouse. She needs to have more empathy and help when needed. This is a new experience for all of us. Dealing with someone with an attitude makes things worse.

Despite severe supply chain problems, Pulte was able to keep construction of our new home close to schedule. Field Manager kept us informed and did everything he could to get us closed and moved in before our lease expired. Walkthrough was thorough and honest. We felt that Pulte was committed to delivering a quality product. Since closing, Pulte Warranty supervisor has stayed in constant touch, helped to characterize issues needing attention and scheduled corrective actions.
