It was an extremely great process from initially looking at the different homes and home sites available to the design process and then to the closing line. Kristen (Sales) , Shayne (Design) , Dan (Sales Mgr.) and Orlando (Construction Mgr.) all were super helpful through the entire process and made our purchase a real pleasurable experience. Highly recommend the Del Webb process and looking forward to our new experience in this community.

From the very beginning we fell in love with the Del Webb Bayview Community. We immediately felt the vibes and knew right then and there that this was our community and forever home. The staff, all the way from the initial Sales Consultant, Construction Manager, and Customer Care Representative were very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and always happy. We were a little disappointed in the selections we had to choose, from cabinets, hardware, tile etc. Many of the choices were very dated. And who knew if you chose the standard cabinets in the kitchen or bathrooms, they don't come with hardware! No drawer or door pulls and not even an indentation on top to open them. I will say, as in most new construction, there were things not done right, but at least Pulte was pretty responsive to correcting them. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication with everyone except our project manager. I do like my house but we have made many changes ...

We were so excited to take possession of our new home. We had a devil of a time, reaching Ian or anybody beforehand who could supply some basic details. We were excited to get the keys and very very happy however we walked over to the front desk and we weren’t even in the system, a terrible buzz kill for us. we went from ecstatic to despondent. Two months later, we are still not in the access system and we’re charged a late fee for our payment even though we mailed it in way ahead of time. This is not the way things should be working and we should be able to make a simple payment online. ...

AC was was a horrible design in attic. Sent from Air handler to one large box that fed the main room. Then the back of house and extra rooms were were fed off that main box. So, neither area gets proper air. They have been out 3 times. Just a bad design. And we found out installer did not put enough freon in system. Really just a bad design and bad effort all around

Our home is wonderfully designed, lots of options, and a quality build. The community is beautiful and well laid out offering ample amenities with a fabulous lifestyle director. This is our 3rd Del Webb community and this one had the least informative salesperson and by far the weakest customer service division.

From the initial sales contact with Gil, to the post-purchase walk-thru, follow-up, and contractor referrals with Chris, the process was seamless. Pulte has so many resources available to help with the actual purchase, which is very convenient for an out-of-town buyer. The community’s amenities and support personnel are top-notch! A very positive experience….I highly recommend.

Everything from the start was very difficult for. We wanted to give up but our need to be close to our daughter and family for their assistance in the future didn’t allow us to stay in our previous home. We believe we were misled throughout the purchasing process. Told we were not allowed certain styles, colors or additions. We were left with secondary choices and not what we really wanted. NOT THE WORST, BUT DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST. THEY SPEAK OF CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT BUT APPEAR TO HAVE LITLE INTEREST IN ADDRESSING LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER CONCERNS. THE OUTSIDE VENDORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS ARE RUNNING THE SHOW. THE WORKSITES ARE A PIGSTY AND GARBAGE IS LEFT ALL OVER TO END UP ON PEOPLES LAWNS AND IN THE PONDS. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN YOU ARE BASICALLY TOLD TOO BAD. THERE IS A COMPLETE DISCONNECT BETWEENTHE BUILDER AND THE HOA AND HOMEOWNERS ARE LEFT HOLDING THE BAG. IF YOU DO VENTURE INTO DW, KEEP A CLOSE EYE AND PRPARE FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DISAPPOINTMENT.

The low voltage vendor Securepro miss labeled the codes for wiring tv hook ups. Can't be corrected since Pulte's lack of consistent plans allowed plumber to run pipes where the backing was to go. The rush to complete and lack of thorough inspection missed several item that had to be corrected after purchase. PM didn't provide shower rood for second bathroom told us to buy our own, he probably took it for himself. There is little oversiight of vendors Pulte uses. Homeowners in this community are EXTREMELY nice which is a HUGE plus.
