The house was not ready for us to move into on our closing date on August 3. The floor tile was defective and the builder knew this 30 days before closing, the carpet was badly stained from muddy shoes and needed to be replaced. The kitchen vent shroud was installed poorly and totally unacceptable. We were told that we could not move into the house for 30 days after closing due to these construction defects. It is now 70 days after our closing and we are still waiting for the kitchen shroud to be installed and the correct dryer to be delivered. We are still waiting on payment for ...

Pulte at Del Webb. Is only about money. You did not like what I said before and I stand by my words. Entire experience has been disappointing especially since we settled. My yard is a mess and hazard to my health!!!!

we have been in the house for apprx, six weeks and the punch list at walk thru before closing still have not been addressed, the paint job on new trim makes trim look like its thirty years old, full of caulk, paint drips etc.doors are rough{painted with a roller}? I can not express the diapointment, and most neighbors agree

On June 1, 2020 I received an email from your customer care manager stating July 2nd. between 8 and 4 my punch list items would be addressed. I waited ALL DAY for two people to come. One sprayed the track in the 2nd. bedroom window to make it easier to use and one aligned my laundry room doors. ALL DAY to have insignificant items addressed while the important items were not. I'm STILL WAITING. My closing was March 30, 2020. It is rude, unkind and very unsettling to feel totally ignored. Stop blaming COVID for your unprofessionalism.
