Overpriced homes with poor quality workmanship. In addition, the builder is very poor in responding to and correcting issues.

If del webb wants happy home owners, start with the final touches and make sure the house is at least clean before telling them to close. Regardless of all the things not being completed, that was the most important to me, especially after being told it was done. The plant beds are horrible, almost dead when I closed. I've been watering them. One plant is dead and the grass is dying. I pull my own weeds. I was told I didnt have to do anything in the yard, but I dont want it to die. I still don't know if my sprinkler system is working because I have never seen it come on. The windows are ...

The most disorganized company I have ever experienced and worked with! Pulte advertises “Quality” associated with their homes and what you get is far from that! Cheaply built homes! Their trades (sub contractors) are unskilled labor. The trades will tell you that - they show up, make $600 a day, no training required! I paid thousands of dollars in upgrades only to get products that are sub par, damaged with an attempt to be covered up hoping it goes unseen. My experience with Pulte Del Webb has been horrible. The Construction Manager, Sam has not made any of the repairs that he promised to make. The problems are numerous and the repair team has been unattentive.

Do not purchase a Pulte Del Webb Bayview home. The service is awful and they are dishonest.

Home took forever to complete, but homes next to me went up faster, paint/grout stains all over wrong color tile installed. Couldn't not close the back door to secure home, toilets back up due to cracked clean out pipes. Handle fell off door causing me to slip and fall injuring myself, $21,000 in ER costs. Regret this purchase, trying to make the best of it, if the joke of a warranty departments comes to fix the issues.

The house was not ready for us to move into on our closing date on August 3. The floor tile was defective and the builder knew this 30 days before closing, the carpet was badly stained from muddy shoes and needed to be replaced. The kitchen vent shroud was installed poorly and totally unacceptable. We were told that we could not move into the house for 30 days after closing due to these construction defects. It is now 70 days after our closing and we are still waiting for the kitchen shroud to be installed and the correct dryer to be delivered. We are still waiting on payment for ...

Pulte at Del Webb. Is only about money. You did not like what I said before and I stand by my words. Entire experience has been disappointing especially since we settled. My yard is a mess and hazard to my health!!!!

we have been in the house for apprx, six weeks and the punch list at walk thru before closing still have not been addressed, the paint job on new trim makes trim look like its thirty years old, full of caulk, paint drips etc.doors are rough{painted with a roller}? On June 1, 2020 I received an email from your customer care manager stating July 2nd. between 8 and 4 my punch list items would be addressed. I waited ALL DAY for two people to come. One sprayed the track in the 2nd. bedroom window to make it easier to use and one aligned my laundry room doors. ALL DAY to have insignificant items addressed while the important items were not. I'm STILL WAITING. My closing was March 30, 2020. It is rude, unkind and very unsettling to feel totally ignored. Stop blaming COVID for your unprofessionalism.
