There is little to inadequate supervision of the contractors during the build and if you are not here watching them or don't know construction you are at a huge disadvantage. Contractors are not held to any reasonable standard because they are inadequately supervised and poor or substandard workmanship is the standard they are held to. And for this we are charged excessive prices. I call the construction practices here the "Clown Act". Just hurry up and get it done. We'll fix it later IF someone catches the mistakes.... Do not expect to receive what you order. Pulte changes colors in major areas, in my case, the color of my roof. While most of the trades I have dealt with were eager to please and respectful, their tiling company is the worst in their industry. In my kitchen, they used 2 different dye lots. The tiles in the guest bathroom wall were not lined up and jutted out in some corners. They sent a man who was verbally abusive, aggressive and a bully. I had to tell him to leave and mot come back.
