I was very pleased with my new home being built. The building supervisor kept me up to date of what’ was going on week by week, pictures included. I had a home inspection on house. I forwarded the information to my builder. At the walk through everything was taken care of what needed to be fixed. If I saw something later that needed to be fixed my builder would have the tradesman there the next day. I had 2 houses built. Ryan went above and beyond of what needed to be corrected. A Good Man!

I liked the house we picked and happy with a complete move in ready house. How ever that not what we got due to a mistak by the sales person.

Overall, I would give the home quality a B-. There were many items that should have been completed prior to closing and we are still having issues with some of these items. Rough 85% of the home is great... it's that 15% that was not completed correctly that is a bit frustrating. On the plus side, your warranty people have been very polite and professional... just takes a while to get things done.

From my sales professional on down to the folks building and completing my home everyone was fantastic. My site manager Ryan was always available and always went above and beyond. I am very happy with my new home.

There seems to be a total lack of professionalism when it comes to communicating what is being done with issues. We closed on the house and then there was total silence from the builder on open issues - that have still not been addressed.

Sam was super responsive and a great guy

Door had to be replaced which was done in a somewhat timely fashion. Had to make SEVERAL phone calls and 7 weeks later it remains unpainted. Closed without refrigerator which we were told was not included. Except that the contract said that there WAS to be a refrigerator. Took several weeks to get that.

Great Pulte sales team, however too many build detail issues

We started looking throughout Florida 3 years ago for our retirement home. When we toured Del Webb Bayview we knew we found our community. Thankfully Jill was our sales representative from the beginning and never gave up on us as it took us 2 years to finalize retirement and commit to build. Jill: sales representative, Susan: design consultant, Sam and Jake: construction managers, all were professional, excellent at their jobs, excellent with customer care. They definitely are dedicated to making Del Webb a successful builder.

Jordan made videos for me to review maintenance and upkeep procedures. Patient. Kind. Helpful.

Home was delivered when promised. Max is very responsive to all questions and problems during and after delivery.

We have had very good experience with Pulte Builders. The construction manager for our home, Ben, was fantastic. Our experience with the home warranty group has also been positive. Overall, we are pleased with Pulte and their attention to detail.

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person (Jill) and construction manager (Ben) are amazing. During the build Ben sent us weekly updates and was always there to answer questions. We really like our home and the Del Webb development.

Overall decent experience with our new home

I was disappointed when we closed that I could not keep Money back because we paid cash and the house was not complete at closing. Many things were not done from the walkthrough the week prior even though they tell you it will be. So you have no recourse except to be a squeaky wheel. Our kitchen backsplash and bathroom tile jobs had to be redone. Such a pain to move in and then have to work amongst the mess when they knew at least a few months prior that it was subpar and unacceptable. The warranty rep is very competent and helpful which is a plus. The construction manager was a joke. We had to tell the A/C guy the third time he came out for repair what was actually wrong with our unit and instructed him how to fix it after watching a YouTube video. Valen was an awesome Sales consultant that assisted me with my purchase. She was absolutely amazing with responsiveness and providing me with information I needed. Closing went very smooth with no delays. Frank was such a pleasure to work with as the Construction Manager. He helped me with numerous questions, and did it all with a smile. Anything I identified as an issue or concern was addressed. Very pleased with my purchase and happy to live in Del Webb BayView.

We made a wonderful decision!

All members of Delwebb team from beginning to end were very informative and helpful. They promptly addressed my concerns and kept me informed. I liked how they sent me weekly updates and photos of the progress. This was comforting being from out of state and not being able to see progress on my own. Very satisfied with the quality and value for my money!

Very happy with our new home and love everything in Del Webb Bayview.

We would rate the personnel as very professional and friendly with a desire to be helpful. Our home is beautiful and well constructed. There are generally small issues which have been repaired to our satisfaction. One major concern with our lot grading is very frustrating in that it is wrong. There is agreement, but no resolution or push to resolve the issue…
