Let me start off by saying that Nella and Susan are terrific and a are humongous help!!! I couldn't have done anything without their patience, guidance and expertise. They made a difficult process much easier. My only thoughts is that the process for requesting with ARC is difficult. If you need to add additional information it would be easier if you could add all information at once. The additional information area only allows a person to add 1 photo & 1 document at a time Nella and Susan are terrific and a big help

Our first home was pre-owned, and we lived in it for 40-years. We searched both coasts in Florida for a retirement home and came across the Pulte Del Webb Bayview community in Parrish. We hadn't considered new construction, but we are glad we did and are now getting settled in a beautiful new home. Pulte made the purchase process easy. Not only did they build and sell us a house, but they also provided one-stop shopping for us as we used their mortgage, title, and insurance companies as well. Advance communications on a closing date could have been a little better but in all we are happy with the quality of our house and the way everything turned out. ... More

The quality of the homes that Pulte builds is very disappointing. The construction managers assigned to the homes are worthless and the contractors do the minimum just to get paid. Very poor warranty response also. Overall, very disappointing!

I would recommend then to others without hesitation

Great experience from 1st encounter with sales team to the construction manager for quality workmanship through the construction and the all supporting team members upto the final walk through before the closing. I would highly recommend Del Webb home to anyone looking to build a new home.

The building process was great, our field manager Jake nwas awesome. He contacted us weekly with photos and progress as we lived out of state. Move in process was fast and easy. Jessica as the warranty department has been a great help. After move in the minor issues were handled very fast as she set up contractors to come and address the issue. So far we are enjoying our new home and enjoyed the process. Thank you pulte for the nice move in gift as well

We should have been more insistent on items being finished prior to closing. We’re in the house two months and the communication on the items that need repair has been non-existent. I’ve instigated each email and call besides my sales person who just wrote back to me. Tile person was to start repairs twice and we set the schedule both times and the person never showed. Cabinets don’t have trim, pool bath door doesn’t open correctly, damage to windows and cabinets and many more.

Pre closing walk through with project mgr identified several issues he disclosed were to be addressed by closing (1 week). I was prodded to give a very positive review as mgrs performance would be addressed by corporate based on my review. After closing, repairs were not completed. Prior to closing I was treated like royalty. After closing, I didn't exist and 2 months later, I am still waiting for repairs to be taken care of. Buyer beware.

This was our third new build construction home, and sadly it's the worst as far as quality. The attention to detail and overall craftsmanship is lacking throughout. Unfortunately, it's the sign of the times given the labor pool. The folks building homes today simply do not care about the work they do. They get paid by the job regardless of how poor their work is and it shows. Ironically, Del Webb BayView is part of Pulte's "flagship" line of homes, but you wouldn't know it. As bad as the homes are in Bayview, there are far worse builders/homes out there. Buyer beware is all we can say ... good luck! ... More

We had a great experience with Pulte homes. From contract signing to final delivery, it was a great experience and they finished on time! Our punch list was minimal. Andrew, our construction manager, was great and communicated well. Angelique, our quality control person, found every minute detail prior to closing.

If I had to summarize our home buying experience in one word, it would be outstanding. Our sales representative was a pleasure to work with, and even though we were out of the area, as the home was being built, our supervisor kept us informed. The representative in the design center was a true professional. First, she listened to our objectives and tastes, then she offered a number of suggestions, many of which we adopted. The quality of construction is top-notch. After the move-in, the customer care department could not have been more helpful. There is a process in place, and it is important that new homeowners familiarize themselves with how it works. If you do, you will not have a problem. My only caveat would be not to get carried away with adding too many extras. The cost of the home can increase rapidly if you don’t keep your wits about you. Stick to the things you really need and treat yourself to a few of the things that you want (but don’t really need). We have already recommended Bayview to a number of our friends. make the move! There are way too many issues and problems that we experienced with Pulte in our home buying experience for me to include here. Some important ones: A huge lack of information and tons of contradictory and incorrect information from Pulte throughout, mistakes with the building of the home that I had to catch (the most obvious of which was two doors being installed wrong - "backwards"), the HVAC system not operating properly (and so obviously not started-up and checked properly) so that it's operation caused terrible temperature conditions and used a ridiculously high amount of electrical energy (that we are stuck with the bill for!!!) until the improper operation of the system was corrected (not until more than a week after we moved in), etc. etc. Last example - this review came to us as "Del Webb DW BayView Echelon 65's", but that's not the correct name of the community (just one more bit of incorrect information - that had to come from Pulte - that shows a clear lack of attention to detail, which we experienced throughout the home buying process). I expect better from my 3rd grade granddaughter. ... More

We have been run the home a couple of weeks. Still getting settled. So far very satisfied and loving our home!

Very poor performance by Coast to Coast Pools

Project built during COVID so construction was delayed. Communication was very good and the team was very proactive with the owners interests in mind. A good project during a difficult time.

Overall, a very reasonable process.

Lesser quality than expected also much less follow up.

There seems to be a GREAT emphasis on surveys even more than true customer satisfaction. I was asked to complete a survey before I knew who my customer satisfaction rep is. My project manager Ben was very responsive and respectful. He’s stopped by since closing, a few times to check on things. My sales person Valen has been less than useful. In order to get to her I had to go through corporate. She is programed to say NO without even checking. Close to a dozen phone calls to change my paint color. Her suggestion was for me to repaint it once I moved in. That’s frankly moronic and insulting. There wasn’t even drywall when I first asked. Only when I explained I would discuss with my project manager did she even check. Two phone calls to him and it was resolved. I relocated from 1000 miles away and wanted to order appliances while I was in town. I called Del Webb to ask for locations of a Home Depot or Lowes. Again, via text , I was referred back to her. When she finally responded, I was told “I have no idea“. I worked in a culture of “we strive for 5” on surveys. I’m in healthcare. I found the emphasis placed on it paramount to administration even, at times, above outcomes. Take great care of your customers and positive feedback will follow. There are too many options in the area and your potential customers are more savvy than you give them credit for. Still waiting for multiple chips in tile to be fixed. I’d welcome someone to put the effort into that and asking me for follow up. I guess we will see. ... More

Overall it was a great experience from time of purchase to closing. Everyone was extremely helpful on making the process go smoothly

Salesman was easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Construction supervisor was fantastic and very responsive. Mortgage loan officer was knowledgeable and forthright.Overall a very pleasant experience and we are thrilled with our new home.
