Love our home. Took longer to build than expected, but once in everything is fine.

I can’t say enough good things about our field manager. Building from 1500 miles away was stressful but Max kept in touch weekly with texts and pictures of progress. Always patiently answered our questions putting our minds at ease. The end product was amazing!

I purchased a home under construction while living out of state. Dan and Helder not only made the process painless, my home is beautiful and there were absolutely no problems. The experience could not have been better.

We are impressed by the Quality of the construction of home. Vincent & Mike kept up us up to date on building process in these 10 months & completion came in on time. For the small details not completed Ashleigh has done a great job with tracking down tradesmen to complete. Very happy with new home. Although the price was higher than we anticipated we recognize that this is the Florida market at this point.

Project manager Trent was great to work with. He goes above and beyond.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the brand and the model we chose to build. She was able to help us in selection of options. We were given an estimated close date of 2/15/22, with a wider window of January to March. We closed on 2/10/22. The few items that we noted after moving in that needed attention were addressed in a very timely manner.

They build a great home and all the employees we've interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very happy with the process from the initial meeting with sales person, then the design center and the construction manager during the building process. Our questions were always addressed and were happy with the closing as well. The house turned out beautiful thanks to all the phases of purchasing a home in Del Webb. It is a wonderful community with a lot to offer

This is our 2nd Del Webb home in 2 different communities…AZ and FL. We had no major issues and the minor ones were taken care of promptly.

We had a great experience buying our home in Del Webb Cypress Falls in North Port FL. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The construction manager was excellent and kept us informed throughout the entire build process. We are very satisfied with our home purchase and highly recommend Del Webb as an active adult retirement community.

From the start everyone we dealt with at Del Webb and Pulte were very helpful and professional. This home is the 6th house I have built over my lifetime. Without question the best home building experience we have ever had. Now that our house is built we love it. We had a couple small problems that were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and this company.

They communicated well and were ahead of schedule; very responsive and professional.

Having looked at many communities across Florida, we chose to buy into the Del Webb community in Lakewood Ranch for a few reasons. The community itself offered an incredible array of activities and amenities among the best we had seen, secondly, the plan designs appealed very much to what we were looking for in our dream home, thirdly, the build quality of the homes themselves is top notch, with redundant features designed to keep the home safe and secure. Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding communities also appealed very much to us for its vibrancy, activities and quality of life we experienced when we visited. Amenity center is great. Homes are well designed.

Everything went smoothly.

The sales team was helpful in offering alternatives in lot selections as well house upgrades. They were not afraid to provide insight on any questions we may have had. We had our house inspected prior to closing and nothing mechanical or structural was found. Cosmetically there were thing that we identified and are expecting to talk to the supervisor that takes care of after sale issues next week.

As we prepared to relocate to Lakewood Ranch and Del Webb, we had the assistance of our great sales consultant, Jen D. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive to our questions and plans, and made the buying process so easy once we were ready to move forward. She had incentives ready in a timely fashion that helped streamline our decision-making process. Once into the build, our project manager, David B. was an extension of the responsiveness that Jen had already laid down. David was a real pleasure to work with, and always had an answer for us when we emailed him anything; it probably helped that we were local while our house was being built, but that didn't affect his communication. When all was said and done, everything came together smoothly, and what we inspected at our Celebration, and the minor fixes that David committed to complete in the week running up to closing and move-in, was excellent. Very happy with my house. I had a few very minor issues that were taken care of within a week of calling them in. I want to stress that these were very minor. I'm very happy with Pulte and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality built house.

Pulte customer service is 110%!!! Pulte sub contractors and quality of workmanship is 75%. I feel like they hire the cheapest subcontractors which include people who have zero experience and no supervision so therefore some things are built extremely well and others are not. Have already had issues with our AC, hot water and major issues with landscape company that pulte hired. Overall I like the home itself and amazing customer service thru the buying process but Pultes above average reputation is no where near what it was 30 years ago. I'm disappointed by that because I went with a "name brand" builder and paid $100k more for a Pulte home over other cheaper options in the same area. ... More

The quality of a Pulte home is higher than other Florida homebuilders. Even though my home wasn't "perfect" on move-in, the quick responsiveness of both my construction manager, Ben, and the warranty representative, Jodi, has been amazing. I'm loving it here at Del Webb!

Valen was a great sales person who assisted us through the buying process. So far we have not had many issues and the minor ones we had were fixed in a timely manner. Selecting options was probably the only part of the process that we did not like. Not many options and answers to nearly all of our questions was a no.
