the communications from our sales rep and building supervisor has been excellent. Likewise, the follow-up on any "problematic issues" we've encountered so far has been quite good!

Our experience going through Pulte was very satisfying. From the design team to the construction managing team to the sales team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. We are now enjoying our beautiful home. I would highly recommend Pulte build your dream retirement home.

From the very start our Sales Agent, Valen was incredible. She helped us with our lot selection, answered our many questions, checked in to ensure we were happy and was very customer focused. Our Field Manager, Frank, was very professional, listened to any concerns we surfaced and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. He followed up after our settlement to ensure we were happy and even came over after our closing to fix a minor item himself. The reason we gave a 4 instead of 5 under "quality of workmanship & materials" is some products had to be substituted due to the industry's supply chain issues (i.e., aluminum windows vs. vinyl). The majority of my contact has been with four individuals (Michelle, Susan, Max and Deborah) every last one of them were outstanding: competent, friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my needs and desires. Communication was always timely and thorough even though I was an out of state buyer. I’m in the post closing stages now, and they are responsive about addressing an issues that were bound to happen in an endeavor such as this. I had just a few disappointments in what options they offered and some of their stuff doesn’t seem current to todays trends: no sealer in the grout, no photo sensitive coach lights or motion sensitive outside security lights…. But, in the grand scheme of things, these items can be worked around. Timing-wise, they missed backend of my initial 3-month closing window by a month, but a hurricane did roll thru and there were supplier and contractor labor issues that I imagine most builders are encountering. Both builder managers Jarad and Helder were very helpful. As I mentioned before, not seeing my new home until the pre-closing orientation, I appreciated all of their correspondence and patience with my questions and requests. I also appreciated the Pulte manager Jen's weekly photos that highlighted my days as I awaited the closing of my NJ home. She has also been extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. The experience was great. Frank, our site manager, always had time to walk the house and show us the progress and explain things to us. My only complaint, besides too much paperwork, was that I don’t think the house had a final cleaning before we moved in. We did have an issue on closing day but Pulte worked very hard to fix it quickly and that may account for the cleanliness of the house. We are enjoying our new house and are looking forward to living here for many years.

We recently moved into our new villa in Del Webb Bayview and love our new home! The home building experience was exciting and our field manager Max did a great job keeping us updated and informed of the progress! Our sales person Michelle also stayed involved and helped along the way! There are always a few issues that need to be addressed after move-in and so far Natalie and Joey have been very helpful in getting these things done! Everyone we’ve been in contact with at Pulte has been attentive and friendly, and they truly strive to keep us happy in our new home!

I can’t say enough good things about our field manager. Building from 1500 miles away was stressful but Max kept in touch weekly with texts and pictures of progress. Always patiently answered our questions putting our minds at ease. The end product was amazing!

I purchased a home under construction while living out of state. Dan and Helder not only made the process painless, my home is beautiful and there were absolutely no problems. The experience could not have been better.

Our sales manager Mike was fantastic from the beginning and made us feel very welcome, our field manager communicated with us almost weekly every step of the way and because we were seven hours away, we were unable to see the process unfold, it was nice having the communication from start to finish, an extraordinary experience!

We are impressed by the Quality of the construction of home. Vincent & Mike kept up us up to date on building process in these 10 months & completion came in on time. For the small details not completed Ashleigh has done a great job with tracking down tradesmen to complete. Very happy with new home. Although the price was higher than we anticipated we recognize that this is the Florida market at this point.

Project manager Trent was great to work with. He goes above and beyond.

Buying was a good experience. Pulte mortgage was just ok. Love love the house. Response to 30 day punch list is excellent. Great people work fir Del Webb.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the brand and the model we chose to build. She was able to help us in selection of options. We were given an estimated close date of 2/15/22, with a wider window of January to March. We closed on 2/10/22. The few items that we noted after moving in that needed attention were addressed in a very timely manner.
