We had a great experience from start to finish!

Finish work could be better. Trades get in too much of a hurry to move on to the next house. Field manager could be more responsive.

Lack of response for warranty issues submitted on line or called in. We have to follow up 3 or 4 times just to get a response, then we have to wait for the trades to "hopefully" show up.

Jill, our salesperson, was fantastic. She explained the whole process to us and was available anytime to answer any questions. Our Field Manager Jarod kept us up to date with start times and completion dates throughout all of the building process. After our on time closing Pulte warranty has taken care of a few minor issues in an extremely timely manner. I would definitely build with Pulte again.

My new home is great. Perfect senior community with loads of activities and new friends.

Very satisfied with the final product. The Construction Manager was diligent as issues occurred during construction and with follow-up on the final punch list. The Interior Designer was outstanding.

We have purchased four homes, with two of those being new builds. Despite high demand, rising interest rates, and labor and supply chain concerns related to both the tail end of COVID and Hurricane Ian, this was THE BEST home buying experience we've had. Emmett, our construction manager, went out of his way to communicate with us and delivered a very well-built home. The few MINOR finish issues that we found prior to closing and during our first month in the home have been quickly addressed. We were immediately impressed with Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL. Our salesperson, Valen, was trustworthy, informative and professional. Not only did she make our home selection process easier, she also assisted us with several home design choices after our sale was complete. Our field manager, Jared, was responsive and meticulous. Jared involved us in the build process and kept us informed and comfortable, answering all our questions. Issues were mostly minor and typical of those you’d experience during a new build. Most important, all were all handled quickly and with no pushback. We are very happy with both the quality of our new home and the quality of the community amenities. Everyone at Pulte we dealt with during our home build was courteous and professional. While we don’t expect to move, we wouldn’t hesitate to build with Del Webb and Pulte in the future. Only reason for a four star rating on value is related to the overall craziness of the real estate market over the past few years, nothing specific to Pulte or Del Webb. They were priced fairly in relation to the market and were one of the only communities allowing us to select interior finishes and other upgrades in March of 2022, while most others were auctioning off homes with predetermined finishes. It’s a house built by humans. Problems and issues always come up; stay on top of your project and have good conversations with your field manager and the final house will be beautiful. We are happy with the house, location and nothing beats the amenities.

Working with max was a pleasure. Very professional and understanding to my concerns.

Look at everything in your house. From the placement of the light switches to the water pressure in your shower. Don't assume that smudges on your floor can be easily wiped up. Do not close on the house until all of your issues have been addressed. It is a very difficult and lengthy process to get problems fixed once you have closed.

We have gone through the experience of building a new home multiple times in our lives and I would put Pulte in the lower half. Lennar with whom we have had build two of our homes was much more streamlined. Follow up from them was about the same. I would say workmanship, quality from Lennar was superior to Pulte. Granted, a lot of the build of the Pulte home occurred before, during, and after a significant hurricane, but quality was less than desirable and it appears Pulte cut a lot of corners to help their bottom line. The materials and included extras were also far less optimal than Lennar. If this home was not in the community that it is, and was here in Colorado where our Lennar home is, we probably would not have purchased it. ... More

While the home seems to be well built, its has many things that need to be finished. Once the house is closed on, any outstanding issues the builder will take months to fix if they do. Seems as if they are hoping you forget about the items. I would not do this again.

Everyone was great to work with from the Sales Office through Field Manager. They followed their process as laid out upfront. Home was beautiful and delivered right on time. Would build with them anytime!

Not worth the money, horrible workmanship

Home took forever to complete, but homes next to me went up faster, paint/grout stains all over wrong color tile installed. Couldn't not close the back door to secure home, toilets back up due to cracked clean out pipes. Handle fell off door causing me to slip and fall injuring myself, $21,000 in ER costs. Regret this purchase, trying to make the best of it, if the joke of a warranty departments comes to fix the issues.

House quality seems good but the craftsmanship quality of finishes is poor

Jill (sales) guided us through the process and stayed in touch. She was always willing to get us answers even if it didn’t pertain to her job. Absolutely awesome! Susan (design center) knows her job extremely well. Very professional yet a lot of fun to work with! I can’t say enough about the entire team. They are the best in every way!

I really liked the houses I saw here. They were comparable or better than other communities I looked at, and so I took the plunge. The area's amenities, shopping, entertainment, etc were already established and in place so while my street is a construction zone, the area is not. Because we are at the end of the build out, I had no choices in finishes, flooring, colors, cabinets, etc. So it was like when I bought my first home which was a resale. It took longer than expected to complete, but everyone was responsive to my concerns and still is as we work together to adjust the few things that were not done perfectly or need adjusting (the closet doors that came in late, needed painting and hanging for example). This is a beautiful new community. The builder did a great job on our home. We had lots of options to choose from to make it our own. The job was done in a timely manner & we are now settled in and ready to meet new friends and enjoy this special community

We had a wonderful experience with our sales person, Mike. He was very honest, supportive, and provided considerable information throughout to us. Following this, we were equally lucky to have an outstanding construction manager, ANDREW. He was an excellent communicator, he provided us with periodic photographs, as did our sales person. He explained each aspect of the construction. throughout the construction. He was with us for the entire day we moved in to make sure everything worked well. Unfortunately, the one area that has been lacking thus far is follow up and attendance to a number of minor items. Oven door – lower door – was not installed correctly, and we have not use the oven as a consequence since we moved in almost 45 days ago. The cleaners, who came in on the date we moved in, did considerable marking and scuffing of our walls and boards. This has not been attended to, although it is not a priority in terms of time. I am assuming that the warranty area is understaffed based upon the amount of homes that closed in such a small period of time. Trent kept us inform the entire way he explained the process well at closing and final inspection. The quality is great.

My second and last Pulte Home, at least in Florida. Issues from the get go and still while residing in the home. Too many issues to list here. Major concern is level of construction knowledge, laying floor tile in the dark, major flooding due to loose plumbing fittings and on and on.
