Kit in sales was excellent as always. We always appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Brice in construction was also great. Responsive to all our requests and promptly addressed all our concerns.

We are located out of state and travel was difficult during these times. We received weekly video updates on the status of our home and did the final walk through virtually. All issues identified were handled promptly and verified with video. The close process was completely online and quite simple. We were able to complete the purchase of our home remotely and will be moving in soon.

Buying a Del Webb home was a great experience. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. I always felt like I was in capable, trustworthy hands that truly wanted to build a great home for me.

This is our third home build and the first done remotely (living out of state). Although initially concerned, our Field Mgr. provided us with weekly progress updates and answered/addressed any questions/concerns we had. Our Sales person was also quick to reply to anything we asked as well. Those combined made us feel very comfortable with the process. Although its only been 2 months since closing, so far we have been extremely pleased with the quality of our home and the few minor things that have surfaced were handled in a timely manner. Dell Webb had a number of house styles to choose from and we found one that perfectly met our needs and budget with added upgrades. We've been in it for a month now and are really enjoying living here. Each house is built to order and the process was well organized from the initial contract to final handing over the keys. Everyone was well knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.

We absolutely love our Pinnacle home in Del Webb Bexley. This was the perfect size and floorplan for our downsize from our multi-story colonial in Virginia. Our sales agent was great to work with and then we were amazed at the build process and how fast they built our house. The fact that we aren't responsible for lawn and landscape maintenance was a big selling point for us and frees us up for other things. The Meridian amenities complex is beautiful and we are looking forward to making a lot of new friends.

Trust your building supervisor. He or she is in charge of scheduling each contractor involved with your build. They are controlling those contractors to the best of their ability. They will resolve any issues you may have with the build. Have Faith in their knowledge they have been doing this for quite awhile.

Their design center is outstanding, their field managers are knowledgeable, precise and professional.

Great gated community with great amenities.

So far my home seems very well constructed. I love it.

We visited several Del Webb Properties before buying at Bexley. Bexley is great but I’m disappointed with the entry way. Our fountain is nowhere near the others we saw. The entryway should set the “tone” for what’s inside.

The price listed online, doesn’t include the cost of the lot. Cost of options & lot, can nearly double the online price.

Moved in in a July. Great service from all at Del Webb. Meeting new neighbors daily.Can’t wait for the clubhouse to get completed.
