We were very please as to how many times we were included with inspections and any questions that we would have at that time. We were very happy that our Project Mgr would email us on Fri to tell us how much has been done to our new home. if we saw a problem it was corrected on a timely manner. We felt that our new home was built with pride of workmanship. We are very please with Del Webb and the people behind the name. Great job everyone.

From the beginning of the process to the closing everyone we dealt with was outstanding

We weren’t thrilled with the sales process, but the construction and lending teams more than made up for it. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. Very pleased!

Construction Manager Del Webb First I would like to say that Rafael and I did not see eye to eye on several issues, however, he did what he said he would do and that is communicate to me weekly on the progress of my home. His weekly status reports were very precise and at times included pictures of my homes progress. He also, made sure that the Sub Contractors used by Del Webb kept my home relatively clean inside after each task completed by them was finished. Rafael told me from the beginning that he would deliver to me a home that would not be cosmetically perfect but that I should trust him in doing his job to deliver a quality product. I brought to Rafael’s attention that this is my second Del Webb Home and that my first in Stone Creek Ocala had less than 5 problems in the first year of me living there. I truly believe that Rafael is an asset to Pulte Del Webb because of his experience in construction. This experience can be used to mentor new inexperienced Construction Managers in the building process to look for specific problems thus eliminating customer frustration. Sales staff, site construction manager and clubhouse staff - the experience was unique and well orchestrated. Construction materials and build by Pulte is excellent as well as the follow-on services support they provide.

Del Webb is a reputable construction company maintaining excellent quality. But the after-sales service cannot cooperate. Details were missing in many construction works and remedial arrangements were not perfected in time. For example, the central air-conditioning system in our house is missing a filter. The response when we made a complaint was: go buy one yourself. Ha ha. . . . . .

We love our Pulte home in DWB. There were minor issues along the way but our sales rep and construction manager both corrected them very promptly. Would def buy another Pulte Home.

Josh was a great construction manager.

We have had an overall excellent experience during the construction process. We were not able to visit the site during the build, but William kept us up to date, sent photos regularly and answered all of our concerns expeditiously. Since moving in, William has been very attentive to the issues addressed by our inspector and the issues we had during walk through. The warranty team has been very responsive to issues that have arisen.

The entire staff at Del Webb Bexley was very accommodating and helpful. From the sales office to the building management group, the acquisition of our new home was stress-free. Kudos to all those involved at Del Webb.

Overall we love our new home. Steve the construction manager was exemplary! He contacted us weekly, or more, about the building process. Change errors and omissions occured in another department but he addressed them quickly. After the closing things on the punch list are being addressed.

Overall experience is been very good from the sales office to the contractor management. Only concern I have is the pricing .

Overall a good experience. I feel that when it comes time for pre-closing walk through, there should be 2. One should be at least 2 weeks prior to closing. And the other 4 days before closing. This way all issues can be fixed in an appropriate time frame.

I have worked with a lot of new construction in my real estate career so I have some experience with the build process. When having our home built our salesperson Samantha and our Construction supervisor Steve both went above and beyond our expectations. They addressed any issues in a timely manner and were extremely cooperative with all of our independent inspectors.

Seemless buying experience. The communication during construction process could have been better. Construction manager changed towards the end which helped. Overall still positive.

We were impressed throughout our build by the care and responsiveness of our construction manager (Alex), as well as by all the Pulte folks from sales to design to mortgage. House looks great, all punch lists attended to, warranties to back it up. We never felt out of touch or made to feel as if we were imposing... to the contrary, everyone has encouraged us to let them know what we felt we needed. The staff at the Meridian clubhouse is also very friendly and attentive, as well as professional.

The superintendant, project manager (whatever the term) - CHRIS was communicative and responsive before and after close.

We thought the quality of the Home we got through Pulte at Del Webb Bexley was Very good and the value of the home was excellent for the price that was paid. We have really enjoyed being in this community, and know that other homebuyers will enjoy it as well !

The Del Webb team made building a home easy. We worked with Kit, our Sales Rep, who helped us understand the different models, available upgrades, lots and the overall build process. He spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the community, our selections and the overall process. Once we purchased, Kit helped us document all of our upgrades so we were prepared to meet with Kristen, our design specialist. Kristen listened closely to what we were looking for in our new home. She asked good questions and made great suggestions when it came to colors, materials and functionality. The end result was a cohesive, beautifully designed and functional home. We loved having our own personal designer who was focused on our lifestyle. Once all of our upgrades were selected, we started the build process. Our build process took longer than anyone expected. Due to Covid, supply chain issues and staffing issues, it took just over 10 months from purchase to closing. Our first field manager kept us informed and sent regular updates. We were at the house every day and we’re able to catch any errors or concerns early. We were assigned a second field manager, Jake, part way through the build. Jake was amazing! He stayed on top of all the subs, knew all of our upgrades and worked through a detailed project plan to try and keep things moving. It was a tough year for builders because of COVID but we knew that Jake was doing everything in his power to get our home completed. Jake was a great partner throughout the build. He took time to answer questions and paid attention to all the small details. We knew we would have a high quality home because of him. We did hire an independent inspector and Jake made the recommended fixes. We expected some pushback but didn’t get any. They treated our inspector like a partner to make sure we were getting a quality home. We used Pulte Mortgage for our loan. They made the process easy. Luis and Max walked us through the process, gathered all the information and made the closing easy. We’ve been in our home for a month now and have brought a few warranty items to Amanda, our warranty rep. It’s been small things like a scratched window and the wrong toilet bowl handle. Amanda is quickly getting them resolved. My one suggestion is to make sure you’re checking on your home during the build. You will know it best and it’s easier to get things corrected if they’re caught early. It was a long process but the Del Webb team made it easy. We would definitely recommend building with them! ... Great communication. Very resistant to change, even small things.

Renee was AMAZING! We were 1200 miles away and she kept us informed answered all of questions. She returned calls and answered emails immediately. Even now after moving in she is the one that answers questions and is our advocate. She is truly the BEST! I credit her for such a positive experience.
