Great place to live a retired life. Lots of amenities.

Sales person was very helpful, but my confidence in the team decreased as time went on. Many issues with house that showed lack of attention to detail and hurried sloppy work. Warranty team hopefully remains responsive and is on it. For the price of the home I expected frankly a better product w/o the crooked switch plates, miswired garbage disposal and dishwasher. Gas service went out for two days. Slow workmen on doing repairs. Hopefully things will improve over time but got to say it has been a source of stress and disappointment.

While we're happy to have moved in and for the most part (the big things) the house is ok there are TONS of little things that need to be addressed. In addition, we've had to have numerous items fixed and then re-fixed because they weren't fixed correctly the first time. We're now 2 months in and still have numerous issues with no real end in sight since things keep getting delayed and incorrectly fixed. Overall we're rather disappointed and for what we paid, we expected much better quality and better response to issues.

I have encountered several issues that need to be corrected, so far they seem to be responsive to getting the issues fixed. Somewhat frustrating at times but right now my expectation is that all issues will be resolved in a reasonable amount of time but you do need to stay on top of them with any open issues.

there is no attention to detail, no pride of workmanship in home building these days. So many little things done wrong, incomplete, and just substandard. We were told we could not change our closing date even though the builder was clearly not ready to close. We have been in our home almost two months now and are still waiting on “repairs.”

We were especially pleased with our del webb sales person Dustin and with our final construction manager Matt.

Did not like having to blind bid on the land.. lot should have a price, take it or leave it.. bidding is just a giant money grab.. good for Pulte but bad for buyers.. another example of corporate greed

Building a new home is supposed to be a great experience, especially at the rate this places charges there should be attention to detail and much better quality materials and workmanship. We started right out with our home being built wrong with the lanai and garage on wrong ends which was huge and done for best view of the $75k pond lot we purchased, our home was also supposed to be completed in May and we finally got it Sept 12th! Which cost us $30k on old house sold because market drop and 1.5% on rate increase! The worse part was seeing homes completed around ours that were NOT even available when we bought ours. Now that were finally in and now 2 month's later we still have to have people in here, almost daily, to fix things, repair or replace bad workmanship or materials. Even our electrical box in garage was tagged wrong. They have lied, fabricated or deceived us throughout the entire experience right up till now. Like everyone says.. the amenities and clubhouse are nice but MANY we talk to say its ashame they charge what they do for such poor quality. From the beginning, our sales agent, Renee, was fabulous. No pressure, just straight forward info from her. She was helpful from beginning to end. Laurie was our mortgage processor. She was wonderful. Always called us back quickly. She was on top of everything. Alex was out construction manager. We enjoyed working with Alex. He was always prompt and courteous. He addressed any issues prior to closing and we have even spoken with him after closing.

The whole process took only 10 months, had one delay for a window but the rest went smoothly!

The sales team are terrific. When it comes to the building, the materials are nice quality but the workmanship is sadly sloppy. Trades came in and ruined materials already installed. The master shower head was completely clogged and the master drain was completely stuffed with chunks of debris and would not drain. The shower glass door was scratched. The bathtub in the 2nd bathroom was cracked and scratched. The sink in the second bath has a large amount of silicone dripping out. The tile floors have a large amount of paint, drywall, and grout all over them and look terrible. I've never seen such a sloppy job! None of the windows are straight, so hanging window treatments is difficult. We had to have the outlets leveled as most of them were installed askew. The stove had splashes of drywall or paint on the cooktop that has been impossible to get off. Almost all of the cabinet doors bump into something and have to be buffered. The kitchen sink had a dent in it. The kitchen counter was chipped. The patio door jam had come loose on the outside. After 30 days, many of the repairs are still outstanding. It took longer than expected but end product is excellent. Neighbors make the house a home. We are surrounded by good people. There are no cheap homes around anymore. So it may appear pricey but you get a good product. …..

Overall experience is been very good from the sales office to the contractor management. Only concern I have is the pricing .

The process of building the home was great, the attention to detail was great, my home was ready when we closed, and I love my new home. However, they embarrassed and humiliated me when I attempted to see the progress of construction after a 2 week absence - literally escorting me off the property without letting me see it. I understand they were enforcing a policy - but the policy is insensitive and so was the enforcement. There are better alternatives but they were completely unwilling to discuss them with me.

Overall a good experience. I feel that when it comes time for pre-closing walk through, there should be 2. One should be at least 2 weeks prior to closing. And the other 4 days before closing. This way all issues can be fixed in an appropriate time frame.

We are so happy that we moved into Del Webb Bexley. The amenities here are top of the line and the residents are very embracing. We love the quality of our home! The upgrades that Pulte gives you are so much more higher end than other homes that we had looked at to build. We got so much more for the money! I would definitely recommend our community over others for home purchase.

I have worked with a lot of new construction in my real estate career so I have some experience with the build process. When having our home built our salesperson Samantha and our Construction supervisor Steve both went above and beyond our expectations. They addressed any issues in a timely manner and were extremely cooperative with all of our independent inspectors.

The community amenities are great, the build of my home another issue, the trades Pulte has working for the company building these homes should be all fired , start new with people that are experienced in drywall, electrical, plumbing, laying tiles. Should be a no-brained, maybe when the home is completed there might not be a lot of problems wrong. I am not the only one complaining. The meridian club house is awesome, but that’s not where I live, I expected a better finish from Pulte homes.

Del Webb continues to have a great reputation that’s why I chose a home here. A few minor issues that warranty department is taking care of.

Seemless buying experience. The communication during construction process could have been better. Construction manager changed towards the end which helped. Overall still positive.

Home buying experience from selecting the lot was good, although I did not go for lot with bidding, choice of floor plans were limited, and same goes for upgrades and choices of material at design center were also limited. Construction from outside looks good. Final walk through was hurried and we noticing several issues including poor cleaning of tile floors, We hired professional home inspection service and they noted number of issues which we could not see. Process of getting them resolved is through warranty service which seems slow. We are told that Pulty will take care of all the issues for a year. I will be willing to discuss if necessary. ... More

House not built in the Garden home section but in 55+ section nearby. After corrections and short delay, we obtain our new construction. So far, no issues and we think it's a 4-star rating.

I feel this is a quality home but they closed too early there were a lot of things not finished or not cleaned properly

We were impressed throughout our build by the care and responsiveness of our construction manager (Alex), as well as by all the Pulte folks from sales to design to mortgage. House looks great, all punch lists attended to, warranties to back it up. We never felt out of touch or made to feel as if we were imposing... to the contrary, everyone has encouraged us to let them know what we felt we needed. The staff at the Meridian clubhouse is also very friendly and attentive, as well as professional.
