We were impressed throughout our build by the care and responsiveness of our construction manager (Alex), as well as by all the Pulte folks from sales to design to mortgage. House looks great, all punch lists attended to, warranties to back it up. We never felt out of touch or made to feel as if we were imposing... to the contrary, everyone has encouraged us to let them know what we felt we needed. The staff at the Meridian clubhouse is also very friendly and attentive, as well as professional.

The superintendant, project manager (whatever the term) - CHRIS was communicative and responsive before and after close.

The Del Webb team made building a home easy. We worked with Kit, our Sales Rep, who helped us understand the different models, available upgrades, lots and the overall build process. He spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the community, our selections and the overall process. Once we purchased, Kit helped us document all of our upgrades so we were prepared to meet with Kristen, our design specialist. Kristen listened closely to what we were looking for in our new home. She asked good questions and made great suggestions when it came to colors, materials and functionality. The end result was a cohesive, beautifully designed and functional home. We loved having our own personal designer who was focused on our lifestyle. Once all of our upgrades were selected, we started the build process. Our build process took longer than anyone expected. Due to Covid, supply chain issues and staffing issues, it took just over 10 months from purchase to closing. Our first field manager kept us informed and sent regular updates. We were at the house every day and we’re able to catch any errors or concerns early. We were assigned a second field manager, Jake, part way through the build. Jake was amazing! He stayed on top of all the subs, knew all of our upgrades and worked through a detailed project plan to try and keep things moving. It was a tough year for builders because of COVID but we knew that Jake was doing everything in his power to get our home completed. Jake was a great partner throughout the build. He took time to answer questions and paid attention to all the small details. We knew we would have a high quality home because of him. We did hire an independent inspector and Jake made the recommended fixes. We expected some pushback but didn’t get any. They treated our inspector like a partner to make sure we were getting a quality home. We used Pulte Mortgage for our loan. They made the process easy. Luis and Max walked us through the process, gathered all the information and made the closing easy. We’ve been in our home for a month now and have brought a few warranty items to Amanda, our warranty rep. It’s been small things like a scratched window and the wrong toilet bowl handle. Amanda is quickly getting them resolved. My one suggestion is to make sure you’re checking on your home during the build. You will know it best and it’s easier to get things corrected if they’re caught early. It was a long process but the Del Webb team made it easy. We would definitely recommend building with them! ... Very nice people to Deal with

We absolutely love the Del Webb Bexley community. Overall, the build experience was great, Pulte mortgage process was terrible and the after close warranty process has been mediocre.

Great home, some delay in addressing some issues, particularly resolving some openings at the bottom of the sliding door. Allowing bugs and other small insects to enter the home. Other were address quickly and successfully. Beautiful home, Well laid out, and easy to make our own.

The buying process was easy from start through close. Everyone was very professional and responsive throughout.

Overall marks are high. Warranty issues such as shower tile, leaky sliders and sticking stove knob will be taken care of. Paint splatters everywhere.

Just some minor issues to be taken care of after settlement. Nothing major. All and All this appears to be a well built house.

Beautiful homes

Timelines are usually met. Quality of subcontractors may vary. Problems are usually solved. Lot sizes may be narrow.

We have had an overall excellent experience during the construction process. We were not able to visit the site during the build, but William kept us up to date, sent photos regularly and answered all of our concerns expeditiously. Since moving in, William has been very attentive to the issues addressed by our inspector and the issues we had during walk through. The warranty team has been very responsive to issues that have arisen.

Great communication. Very resistant to change, even small things.

The communication and responsiveness during the sales and the build process were superb. Never any issue with reaching someone to answer a question. We know we have a really good house. Our only issues were around the design center where staff was not well informed of our options and colors shown to use on paper in no way accurately reflected the actuals. Strongly recommend going directly to Sherwin Williams to see the paint chips.

Overall a good experience. I feel that when it comes time for pre-closing walk through, there should be 2. One should be at least 2 weeks prior to closing. And the other 4 days before closing. This way all issues can be fixed in an appropriate time frame.

Renee was AMAZING! We were 1200 miles away and she kept us informed answered all of questions. She returned calls and answered emails immediately. Even now after moving in she is the one that answers questions and is our advocate. She is truly the BEST! I credit her for such a positive experience.

Overall nice home but the craftsmanship was terrible many do overs.....multiple times on same items.....still not remedy on paint and drywall issues.....we do understand we have time to get remedy but tile concerns electrical concerns plumbing issues....would not recommend this builder though supervisors and sales people were great, selection of upgrades and explanations were not a good experience due to lack of explanations

I love my house! The floor plan is great. The design process was rushed and I was disappointed in the quality of the finishes supplied with a $500,000+ home. There have been issues that have been resolved and done issues still rock on 6 weeks post closing. Don't get me wrong, the neighborhood is great. I just think the houses are overpriced even in this market.

These homes have nice design factors.

Our closing date was pushed back 3 times. Poor communication with requests and issues. Overall the house is fine, about 18 items still need to be addressed.

Poor quality from tile, walls, outside drainage, sprinklers, electrical. Vendors do poor work and nothing is corrected until the last week & they want you to close & promise what's not fixed will be taken care of,then when you find issues they say that wasn't there during the walk through.

The community amenities are great, the build of my home another issue, the trades Pulte has working for the company building these homes should be all fired , start new with people that are experienced in drywall, electrical, plumbing, laying tiles. Should be a no-brained, maybe when the home is completed there might not be a lot of problems wrong. I am not the only one complaining. The meridian club house is awesome, but that’s not where I live, I expected a better finish from Pulte homes.
