We were very pleased with our builder team, especially our project manager Daniel. He kept us informed throughout the process and responded immediately to our questions/requests. More importantly he was honest and trustworthy.

I knew that Pulte used some less expensive materials and equipment in order to reduce the cost of their homes, but I was disappointed to find out that the workmanship was far below the standards that I experienced in other homes that I had purchased. This was compounded by inadequarte quality control and supervision.

everyone we dealt with in the process of building at DWLO was responsive, cooperative and easy to work with. The experience from contract to move in was quick and seamless.

Great experience, sales team and builder were knowledgeable and professional. Our home was completed on time and closing was easy. Builder was great in taking care of after move in issues. We love our new home.

He was very detailed and went above and beyond at every step of the home building process He kept us informed weekly and dealt promptly with any issues we noticed. Experiences with employees of Pulte and Del Webb were outstanding. For the prices Pulte charges we could have built a quality custom home elsewhere, with quality finishing touches, and the ability of being able to choose a number of custom features. The manner in which the lawn and soil are prepared for sod is horrible as is the installation process. Options are too expensive and too limited. We chose Del Webb since we wanted a senior only community and one that offered a large number of activities and two pools. I think the home is well built but the finishing work leaves much to be desired. The finishing work complaints seem to be ones also echoed in other Del Webb communities. Also, is no reason why cement cracks should appear within three weeks after cement is poured. Perhaps the company pouring the cement should use a good strong quality concrete, use the right amount of water in the mix, use an experienced team than can work with a stiffer dryer concrete mix. Yes, it will cost a bit more but you can pass the costs on to the purchasers. You will have less frustrated customers because at this point I have heard people wonder if the concrete in the slab under their homes has also started to crack. I guess Del Webb does not care about such complaints, since nothing has been done here or in other Del Webb communities where friends reside. Fortunately the Pulte staff and Del Webb staff are remarkable to work with before and after the move in. It was strange buying something as intense as a house on line but the people here at Del Webb Lake Oconee were amazing. All concerns were immediately addressed and resolved and they sent weekly pictures of each phase of construction. Did I mention how wonderful all the people in this community are?

Moving into a Del Webb community is one of the best choices I have made. The physicality is wonderful and the people are very friendly. The sidewalks make walking around easy and fun! The only negative thing I can say is that the house was not cleaned as well as I would have liked(drywall dust) and my back porch could have been pressure washed better (orange spots and dried drywall on the concrete) it was acceptable but I expected a higher standard. I would still highly recommend and give a five star rating to the company.

My husband and I had a brand new experience with building a new house. Jenna made the process for us seamless. She was always there with a smile and was prompt in answering all of our questions. Pulte has been amazing. Garrett and Harrison are so professional and attentive to the issues we had and have. We have never dealt with builders who truly care about the homeowners. We love living here. Thank you for everything.

I think the workmanship is poor quality. Response to items of concern is non existent. Cheapest possible products used.

I waited almost a year and I’m glad I’m finally here.

It was down to the wire that my house was ready but it did close on time. The people I worked with were great and it was an easy experience. I have not been impressed with the quality of products used to build the house. I don’t think they are quality that the price of the house should warrant. I have had a horrible experience with my side yard. There is a drainage problem and it stays wet on that side and my side is totally wrecked due to the mowers going through it which has created huge ruts. I have been promised it will be corrected and I hope that it is corrected properly. I also have not been pleased with the landscaping. Plants are not buried deep enough and the red clay shows. Weed control has not been good. There are a lot of very unattractive poles and other items sticking out of the ground. And was told they would be removed. I know this sounds negative and I am serious about the complaints; however, I love my house and am happy here. People are very nice and friendly. ... More

From purchase to closing, we hit a lot of bumps a long the way making this the most stressful home purchase by far. Super rush to close and now after living in the home for 30 days, we see so many workmanship and material flaws and scars. When we start a list, we put it down as some of it is overwhelming. We'll see if Pulte follows through when it is submitted. On another note, how can they not "landscape" around the electrical and cable boxes at the front side lawn - they are an eye sore. We'll just leave it that way. Not on our dime. Also, wires hanging out of them since before closing and nothing is being done about after many requests. If you build with them, you must be there EVERYDAY to observe materials used and work being done - we were not because of distance. ... More

Everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful. HIgh marks for all.

Light switches don't make sense. Plumbing issues requiring seven holes in wall needing drywall repair upon plumbing issue resolved.

Had 4 different building managers. 2 didn’t give weekly updates. Lack of supervision of subcontractors resulted in poor workmanship requiring redoing of work resulting in delays. Five weeks after closing home remains incomplete. I do like the lifestyle and neighborhood!

We bought a spec, so we weren't on board with the entire process, but from when we initially purchased to final move-in, it went well. A couple times, my spouse wondered how Garrett and team would get it done, but they did and on time. The quality and value of our new home is a "heap sight" better than many homes we have lived in. What matters to us both is what happens after the keys were delivered to us. The warranty guy David steps up strong and gets things taken care of. There is always going to be a little something here or there that is not 100% perfect -- built by humans after all, but David gets it taken care of and follows through to make sure fixes are done right. Our experience with the builder’s team was great. They did what they promised and more. Every time, Garrett responded to us in a timely manner. He was quick to respond. Appreciated his non-hurried, careful, and helpful approach during the walk through before closing. What can I say . . . Garrett worked extremely hard to deliver a complete home in the short time allotted to him. When he had questions, he quickly asked what we wanted. He was respectful and polite and we quickly ascertained that delivering excellence is what drives him to make sure the client was happy. Above all, you can trust Garrett. The entire process went pretty smooth, there was a couple bumps but they were taken care of. Glad to be in our new home.

Overall I am really pleased with my house. However, there were many ups and downs during the buying and building process which I am sure are true with all homes. My lesson learned is to really stay engaged and on top of everything and be your own advocate throughout the building process.

This builder doesn't take the greatest of care in building their homes. When I moved in the house had paint/caulk/drywall on the wood floors, backsplash, windows, etc. There are still cigarette butts in my backyard as well as other debris was left. This is obviously everything I can see. I'm hoping more care was taken behind the walls
