Finished wood work done sloppy, cabinets finished poorly, even with one color paint the job wasn’t done well For the money paid nothing outstanding about the house

While we are really enjoying and loving the Del Webb community unfortunately the home building experience was less than desirable. Structurally we have a well built home but the quality of finishing materials and workmanship was so subpar that it made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. When you are paying top dollar pricing you expect to receive top quality and unfortunately that was not the case. The line “this is not a custom build home” was used way too much and frankly I suggest you all come up with an alternative reason for workmanship that is not in line with the price of ...

Love, love, love my new house! However, beware if you are buying a lot in a brand new phase of the neighborhood. It has been a NIGHTMARE trying to get deliveries to my house...no one can find it on GPS....there is another street in Del Webb with the same name, but different suffix . My street name was changed after move-in, which has been frustrating to have to change it with utilities. AT&T internet was not available until after I moved in. Still waiting on street lights....

We found fit and finish to be very poor. Especially paint and plumbing. They gave the impression they were protecting the wood flooring during construction, but it had a multitude of finish removing physical scars when we closed.

Homes sales agent did not give good info, did not return messages, gave preference to other purchases who bought after us. Design studio staff was great! New construction manager struggled. Had we not been onsite every few days the build would have been bad. Crafts are not supervised. Obvious the better craftsmen are working on the most expensive homes.

Niki was a great help. We’ve been here for two months now and the French Doors have never been installed. They arrived yesterday and were supposed to have been built in the house. The dishwasher was here but never installed. So many issues!

Pulte builds these homes as quickly as possible. They use multiple contractors with little supervision. The Pulte Representative is responsible for overseeing every element for approximately 30+ homes. An impossible task. In my case, the wrong fireplace was installed, the wrong countertops were installed, light fixtures in the wrong place, damaged dishwasher installed (and installed improperly), trim kit left off of oven, 200+ items on walk through punch list...

This builder doesn't take the greatest of care in building their homes. When I moved in the house had paint/caulk/drywall on the wood floors, backsplash, windows, etc. There are still cigarette butts in my backyard as well as other debris was left. This is obviously everything I can see. I'm hoping more care was taken behind the walls

Had 4 different building managers. 2 didn’t give weekly updates. Lack of supervision of subcontractors resulted in poor workmanship requiring redoing of work resulting in delays. Five weeks after closing home remains incomplete. I do like the lifestyle and neighborhood!
