the quality of workmanship was not up to par in my opinion. some of the rooms did not have ceiling lights when I moved into the house. the landscaping around the house is not good

Harrison was extremely helpful explaining everything to us about the house. He was quick to respond to anything we found wrong or had a question about. It was a pleasure working with him.

Our builder was excellent. He got things done as we requested. The things of concern were not the builder it was with the quality that’s put in your homes which is NOT the builders fault. Paint is poor quality, flooring poor quality. Fixtures poor quality and guest bath looks cheap. Looks like bath fitters grade. When you pay 400,000, 00 for a home it should look that way. Garage comes unfinished, which is ridiculous! Insulation over the garage wasn’t included, the garage door when opens sounds like a bomb went off. We had the installers come and the reason we were told was the painters painted where they weren’t suppose to and the door is sticking that’s why the sound is awful. He gave us some spray to help but so far it does the same. This has all been very disappointing to me. I’m sure I could go on and on but that’s the way the working world is now. Up prices for poor quality and someone makes lots of money off seniors. We have to hire private people to come in and fix these issues. It’s sad how seniors are taken advantage of , all for greed. The staff here have been wonderful and again our builder was great. They are only doing their job the best they can and they can’t help the quality situation. That comes from the top executives… My comments aren’t meant to hurt, only to help. Other home owners think the same way but some choose to stay silent. nice house, good workmanship, responsive to any problems we had.

I was only able to visit one time to my house in progress. David kept me informed throughout the process, so there were no surprises. He is an excellent builder and very thoughtful of an absentee owner. I would ask for his help should I build again in Sun City Peachtree!

We are pleased with the overall experience building our home. We love the home. Somethings we noticed the might helpful to new buyers: - landscaping around the homes is ok. Del Webb hires a company to perform this for the entire complex. Around the homes it would be great if more attention was made to help with weeds. - more attention to insect control prior to moving in would be nice. - two coats of paint inside and out would be preferred. More interior colors would be nice. - more attention to cleaning the home prior to moving in would be preferred. - the sales office was very helpful. My builder Pete Walker and the Del Webb staff Chuck and Mary all made it possible to build while still living in another state.

Steven Locke was great. He explained everything fully knew what he was talking about. He helped get last minute details completed.

During the build the site was a mess. Garbage everywhere. No attempt made to keep sheet rock dust and building dirt contained. No primer on painted surfaces. Door frames poorly installed and poorly painted. Floors scratches everywhere. Paint splatter on floors. Pulte/project managers stressed quality build but that doesn't seem to be where the emphasis is.

The buying process has very much improved, however, the overall quality of the workmanship is not comparable to the process or the price. After having the opportunity to now closely, physically view the finished product, I'm finding a disappointing lack of attention to detail. I concede that I'm confident the dwelling itself is structurally sound, but the devil is always in the details. It's the small things that count like thoroughly covering the newly installed floor while painting to avoid speckling, or having professional cleaners actually clean up the unavoidable settlement dirt of construction upon completion, or insuring the caulking of gaps and holes that allow bugs to enter--simple, but telling. That said, the saving grace is the community itself at large. The people are great and the grounds are beautifully managed to say nothing of the plethora of organized activities and events. Pulte could do more to ensure quality workmanship. I’ve had issues with screws in switch plates not securing because the drywall is uneven, electrical issues, poorly placed outlets, gaps in grout in shower, horrible quality builder paint, cheap toilet paper holders that don’t even work with a standard roll of paper. These “little” things add up and tarnish the experience of having a brand new home.

The landscaping of so many trees and blooming flowers makes me feel like I live in an enchanted forest.

This was overall a great home purchase

The initial experience was pleasant however things quickly deteriorated right before closing. Issues with Pulte Mortgage, items not fixed that was noted during final walkthrough. We had an issue with the electrical outlets not working in the island and it took many follow up and escalated calls to get it resolved. Broken promises made by Pulte customer service manager and sales manager was no where to be found. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to be the one chasing. Several neighbors provided similar experiences.

We had the best project manager supervising the contractors in our home. Most responsive service we’ve ever received.

While I have yet to move in, I love my new home. I will retire next year, and had to make my purchase virtually. I was present for the closing and I am extremely happy with the final result. I closed on June 4th, and my home has already appreciated by 50K!!
