Fit and finish is sub par. Non responsive to handling issues. Don’t close if everything isn’t done.

Extremely Disappointed and very dissatisfied!

The builder Pulte did a horrible job building this brand new home. I have a list of repairs and a basement leaking water. I hope to work with them on repairs but if. not, I definitely would never recommend this builder!

Lack of information with sales agent and poor workmanship in construction

I am so disappointed with Pulte. The salesman never advised me that there would be a rock drain installed on my property. I specifically told him i did not want to be near standing water due to mosquitoes. I closed with a promise that outstanding 10 issues would be corrected within 2 weeks. It is 2 months later and only 1 item has been completed. I have been shifted from person to person. Kitchen cabinet and drawers were installed on a slant.Just discovered that my living room window frame is also installed crooked. Poor communication with Field Manager

Kitchen Sink and Laundry Sink were both installed at incorrect locations. Field Manager did not check on his sub contractors or this would not have happened. Closing walk thru we noticed no gutters on rear of house, had to tell Field Manager, when they installed the gutters they installed incorrect size had to re-install. Field Manager was a poor communicator only concern was to get home completed and move to next one. Paint and trim are very poor quality. Field Manager not concerned with quality.

Lack of follow up for move in issues

A number of items needed to be addressed after move in. We have had 2 Builders (superintendents) transferred out of this project. The lack of finish quality is a real disappointment. I am hoping the Del Webb (Pulte) follows up and corrects the problems. So far they have not become engaged.

My less than stellar home

This is a model home, which to me classifies as a new home. However, when I submit a request for service, Pulte people I deal with constantly remind of what do I expect, this home was built in 2014. Customer service is definitely lacking. If I had known this home has so many issues, I never would have purchased it. The painters took absolutely no care in their work. If it didn't move they painted over it. Paint on doorbell casing and paint over most switch and electrical outlets. Complete disrespect for the homeowner. They painted over nails and loose dry wall tape. Why could they not ...

David hired the worst crew to work on my home. He always complains that he has so many homes that he can't oversee every little detail

what I would like new home buyers to know is that the workmanship is horrible. It seems that Pulte allows the builders to hire the most UNEXPERIENECED tradesmen there is. Subpar would be a understatement. Everyday I find something new that was either not done or done incorrectly, from the poor paint job to mismatched cabinet doors. Thing not working as they should, broken items that were poorly place back to seem to be correct until you touch them. All together, if I could get refund I would, I will NEVER recommend Pulte or Sun City, I am your cautionary tale.

You must hire your own Home Inspector because there are serious mistakes being made by builder in this subdivision that is serious. Pultegroup needs to make some big changes in construction quality as it is poor

Del Webb community it great - Pulte builders are terrible.

Pulte as a construction group are a corporate profit only driven company. They cut corners at every turn and hire contractors and sub contractors at the lowest bid to save a buck. Their construction process and contractors do not care about quality workmanship (nor does Pulte). I used to work in home construction as a builder and contractor, so I know good and bad practices and workmanship when I see it. If it were not for the Del Webb community activities, there is no way we (my wife and I) would do business with or buy a home from Pulte.
