Had a great experience with the builder. He made the process so easy and exciting about building my house. He was very professional and was always returning my calls for any questions or concerns. I really appreciated his patience with me asking so many questions. I am so happy I had him as my builder!!!!

Our smooth-sailing sales experience built immediate trust, made it feel “meant to be” so that we made a 48-hour decision to build on a delightful lot. We moved from another out-of-state Del Webb community. Our builder patiently handled our many questions, and spent generous amounts of time with us all along the build cycle. By Closing date, he had the house fine-tuned to our requests. We are very pleased with our new home, and we are enjoying living within it.

We had a great experience with Del Webb from purchase through design, construction and closing. Scott was very helpful with lot selection and the home purchase. We enjoyed our appointment at the design center. Steven was fantastic throughout the construction process! He remained in close contact with us, and he took care to ensure that our home was a top quality build. Steven attended to all of the small details during our final walk-through. Our home was completed ahead of schedule in 4.5 months. We were even able to join the club and utilize the amenities during construction. That allowed us to meet many of our wonderful neighbors before we moved into our home. The purchase process that my wife and I experienced was excellent and has continued since we moved in to our new Sun City Peachtree home. All the members of the Pulte sales, builders, financial and legal team were exceptionally well informed professionals providing timely communication and support. My wife and I have purchased and sold a number of homes across the US. We both feel that our selection and purchase of a Del Webb Passport home designs is absolutely the best decision we could have made. My only regret is that we did not do this 10 years earlier. Overall experience was fine, but mortgage transactions were a bit exasperating at times.

Great experience from start to finish. However, placed several service requests with Pulte with no response.

Mark was our salesperson and was great to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and concerns. Ryan was our building site supervisor and was always quick and prompt to take care of our concerns. We were able to close in a very timely manner with Ryan’s ability to address these issues of concern.

The whole process from start to finish was a great experience.

We experienced excellent customer service and attentiveness from everyone on the team throughout the process. We had been in our old home over 26 years, so home buying, let alone home building, was a new experience for us. Del Webb and Pulte made that experience great.

From the realtor to the law firm who handled the closing, the experience was a good one. All aspects were satisfactory. The project coordinator was really SUPER! He kept on what was happening on a daily basis and gave me a personal, weekly report. I had no surprises. In today’s world, that’s huge!!

Our builder Austin was so extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! We had a few issues during the walk-through that were immediately taken care of before closing! The minimal issues we discovered post closing, Austin either took care of or directed me to the people that could help!

Our buying experience went well. From start to finish. Home was completed within the expected time. We were updated weekly with our building manager. Our building manager was excellent. He did everything he possibly could to make us feel confident that our home was being built correctly. He covered all our concerns real well. He was very professional and honest. The home is very nice and the company has a good warranty program. The warranty manager is very good also. He is very professional and does his very best to take care of our concerns. Very pleased with home. We are very very Blessed.

Looking at models we found a new home ready to go. We said yes and in the home about a month later. Scott in sales kept our paperwork to a minimum and exchanging emails (I live out of state) took care of most items. The Field Manager Steven L. was exceptional in handling last minute items and fixes. After close we discovered the hanging lights in the kitchen were not installed correctly. Steven simply said "yes, it is wrong" and got it fixed in just a couple of days ... move of lights and paint and all with zero mess and no effort on my part. We were not present for any of the construction. David would send me photos every 2 weeks and after completion did a facetime walk thru.

We are now happily living in our new home. Wish it hadn't taken over 6 months.

Building a new home at the height of a global pandemic had its challenges. Our sales rep, Parisa and builder, Chris O kept the project moving forward and provided timely communication. In the end, it was worth the wait! Our new home is beautiful - everything we'd hoped for!
