Looking at models we found a new home ready to go. We said yes and in the home about a month later. Scott in sales kept our paperwork to a minimum and exchanging emails (I live out of state) took care of most items. The Field Manager Steven L. was exceptional in handling last minute items and fixes. After close we discovered the hanging lights in the kitchen were not installed correctly. Steven simply said "yes, it is wrong" and got it fixed in just a couple of days ... move of lights and paint and all with zero mess and no effort on my part. We were not present for any of the construction. David would send me photos every 2 weeks and after completion did a facetime walk thru.

We are now happily living in our new home. Wish it hadn't taken over 6 months.

Building a new home at the height of a global pandemic had its challenges. Our sales rep, Parisa and builder, Chris O kept the project moving forward and provided timely communication. In the end, it was worth the wait! Our new home is beautiful - everything we'd hoped for!

Answered all questions completely and timely

I was only able to visit one time to my house in progress. David kept me informed throughout the process, so there were no surprises. He is an excellent builder and very thoughtful of an absentee owner. I would ask for his help should I build again in Sun City Peachtree!

While I have yet to move in, I love my new home. I will retire next year, and had to make my purchase virtually. I was present for the closing and I am extremely happy with the final result. I closed on June 4th, and my home has already appreciated by 50K!!

Building a home is a major undertaking. It is important to establish relationships with all involved upfront and ensure effective, close loop communication with all involved. It is not an issue free process, but any issue can be resolved when everyone is working towards the same goal. I am pleased with my home and have established the necessary relationships to ensure issues that may arise after closing will be addressed. The entire team was very customer focused.

The process was smooth all the way through to the first 30 days in our home. All the Pulte people and others involved were very helpful, competent, and professional. We thank them all for a job well done.

We had such a great experience in the building and purchasing our new home. We lived 2000 miles away and still felt very connected to the building process. The communication with the sales agent and construction manager was outstanding ! We love our new home.

Everything was great, I just think that they should probably offer a little nicer homes for money. I understand the community is great just feel like the quality of the products put in the home are substandard. I think they sacrifice quality for quality.

We recently purchased a new Del Webb home in Sun City Griffin. Like any hone build, there were certain parts of the build that did not go smoothly. The Del Webb team was very responsive to addressing the problems and we ended up closing on time.

This was a good experience, sales people was very experienced and helpful, very patient. Building contractor was very thorough and kept me well informed. Communication was a must and he was very upfront with any issues and solutions!

He is a great asset to Del Webb. His homes are beautiful.
