Everything was great, I just think that they should probably offer a little nicer homes for money. I understand the community is great just feel like the quality of the products put in the home are substandard. I think they sacrifice quality for quality.

We recently purchased a new Del Webb home in Sun City Griffin. Like any hone build, there were certain parts of the build that did not go smoothly. The Del Webb team was very responsive to addressing the problems and we ended up closing on time.

This was a good experience, sales people was very experienced and helpful, very patient. Building contractor was very thorough and kept me well informed. Communication was a must and he was very upfront with any issues and solutions!

He is a great asset to Del Webb. His homes are beautiful.

Using Pulte for my mortgage provided me with incomparable discounts.

We love our new home in Del Webb at Chateau Elan! While the neighborhood is still under construction, every effort is taken to provide comfort and convenience for current homeowners while continuing to make new home buyers' dreams come true! The amenities here are spectacular and the staff here is the friendliest on the planet! We've met new friends and are learning new sporting activites, as well! Can't say enough good things about our experience. Would highly recommend!

It is a good experience...our saleslady missed giving us some of the available options, but overall we are very pleased with our new home. It is not a custom house..we understood that going in but able to fulfill our needs in most ways. Our builder manager did an excellent job and was easy to work with. Our only complaint was that there were some options we did NOT want, but not taking them was NOT an option. I find this strange as it costs them time, labor and material...we then took them out after we moved in...this is a lose-lose in my opinion. Love the layout, and everything about it. David, the builder, was very responsive to come & fix any problem I had. Love the community. The people are very friendly, kind, & helpful.

It was a very enjoyable experience dealing with everyone. They always kept us informed of progress and they stayed on time.

The entire process went smoothly for me from selecting a home & options within my budget all the way to getting my keys on closing day. I kept my expectations reasonable and they were exceeded. If you are truly wanting to simplify your life, down/right size, have an active wellness & social life this is the place for you. Make sure you can live with HOA covenants, which are not a problem for me at all, but some people just can't relax & they have problems adjusting. I love it here!

Great quality for a production build. Good choices for interior and exterior options. Very pleased with build process.
