I work with Mark in the sales office. He was always courteous and helpful during the buying process. Once the building started I work Zach and left the company. I was assigned a new buildings mgr, Russ. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I was going through the buying and building process again, I would love to work with Mark and Russ. They were outstanding!

We came here to look about 31/2 years ago.back then we looked at Sterling on the lake and crosswind along with del web. At that time we put del web aside since we thought they were more expensive but after 3 years we found out other 2 has gone up in price more than del web. Del webs hoa is little more expensive but I believe they keep you more busy... we were lucky enough to find the almost center lit in big cul de sac with lots of trees behind and streams running thru. It truly is healing place. Especially builder, putty, n project manager were great. Quality of the house is pretty good and price is good too. Brad our contractor did a GREAT JOB, We were in Arizona the whole time our house was built and Brad gave us weekly reports. He also did a great job explaining everything during our walk thru.

Del Webb homes for the money per square foot is a good deal for a brand new home. The communities they build in are moderate size and not over crowded. The amenities are abundant. You will be proud to bring family and friends into the subdivision. It's great for the active senior as well for the working 55 year old looking for a safe, comfortable and peaceful community.

We came to Sun City Peachtree and immediately knew this is where we wanted to live. We worked through the detailed processes with sales and most everything went as planned. The few hiccups were easily and quickly rectified. Our build team were also excellent and easy to work with. Phil, our Del Web Construction Manager was beyond excellent. He stayed in continuous contact with us on everything. We are in and almost settled and so excited with the choices we made.

The Del Webb/Pulte homes are not built for people over 55 years of age. We were never told that our house would barely fit on our lot, thereby making our back yard very small and our driveway very short. The attic stairs are very steep, unstable and have a leap from the top stair to the attic landing. In addition, there is nothing to hold onto in order to pull yourself up. Because the stairs are in a tight space, there isn’t enough room to pull the stairs down safely. You have to be tall to pull the stairs down and we are short. Why you would place the a/c handling unit in the attic is a mystery. We are unable to access the attic to change the a/c filter. When I told the Del Webb building supervisor that something was wrong with the trash drawer pullout, I was repeatedly told it was a “dirt in the track” issue. Upon further inspection, it was due to a bent rail. The floors are not level. We were told that due to damage, our driveway would be re-poured. Instead, it was “resurfaced” and 1 week later it was peeling. The cheapest wire shelves were used in all of the closets. We have a few roof shingles that are not nailed down, but I was told the summer heat would fix the issue. So far, the shingles are still sticking up. The upgrades were way overpriced and our LVP floors appear to have marks in them. We were told that the marks were part of the floors, but I’ve never seen those marks on any other floors. We don’t like being treated like we’re stupid, nor do we like being lied to about mistakes made by the builder. ... More

Terrible communication throughout the process. One issue after another with a new construction home.

I am really surprised after watching a Pulte video saying how much quality goes into building these homes. The reality is that a lot of real shotty work goes on. A home that costs this much should not have so many issues. I realize that they do try to fix things that are addressed but it is a real shame that the work is not done right the first time!

I found this property out of luck and I am so glad that I was led here by God. Everyone that I came into contact with was very professional and did what they said they were going to do. My home is everything that I imagined it would be. From the salesman, to the builder, to the closing…it all were effortless.

THE NEW HOME EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.

I was so excited to purchase a Dell Webb home because your organization has a reputation for quality and expertise. I have been in my new build and have had a number of issues from day one. I have been so underwhelmed. This is not my first new build and I expected so much more from a Dell Webb/Pulte build. I am so frustrated by the number of things that have had to be "patched" or dismissed in my brand-new home instead of replaced or resolved. If I wanted a remodeled or renovated home, I would have purchased one and not a new build for the price at which I purchased this home. Thank GOD things are under warranty although I have had to take so many days off or adjust my work schedule to be home to allow for contractors to fix thing that were done incorrectly during the build. It is quite disappointing. I could go on and on, but I want to stay professional. Again your subcontractors are diluting your standard and diminishing the quality of your name and your standard. ... Overall quality pretty good, some features upscale. Finish details leave a lot to be desired.

Overall, my experience purchasing my Del Webb home was a gifting adventure. I had previously been through an arduous home building/purchase attempt with a local builder that left me disenchanted and financially poorer. I’m happy to say, my experience with the Pulte Group and Del Webb have been a Blessing in waiting. Assurances and get it done attitude persisted to allow a quick and easy Closing.

Long process, but worth it in the end.

Pulte as a construction group are a corporate profit only driven company. They cut corners at every turn and hire contractors and sub contractors at the lowest bid to save a buck. Their construction process and contractors do not care about quality workmanship (nor does Pulte). I used to work in home construction as a builder and contractor, so I know good and bad practices and workmanship when I see it. If it were not for the Del Webb community activities, there is no way we (my wife and I) would do business with or buy a home from Pulte.

Overall very pleased with experience and the weekly updates provided by my builder Ronnie. Very happy in home. My only negative comment was length of time from signing contract to closing, process took 8 months which seemed much to long.

This is a lovely development. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The floor plans are excellent for downsizing. Pulte puts a lot of emphasis on energy efficiency.
