We are enjoying our new home. We have only had a couple of minor things that will be addressed soon. We loved our construction manager, David. He was amazing to work with. When we bought our new home we did not realize that most everything costs extra, including the land. We are enjoying our new neighbors that we have met so far, as our street is new and not many houses completed yet. But, will be soon. Everyone we have met is super nice. Steven our builder was very responsive to any and all concerns we had. I have experience in construction, and Steven was great to work with. Pulte has several builders I recommend if you are building in Del Webb Chateau Elan you ask for him by name.

Love this house, We were a little concerned about the total build time. I know materials were a big issue but the delay couldn't have come at a worse time due to interest rate increases.

We are pleased with the overall experience building our home. We love the home. Somethings we noticed the might helpful to new buyers: - landscaping around the homes is ok. Del Webb hires a company to perform this for the entire complex. Around the homes it would be great if more attention was made to help with weeds. - more attention to insect control prior to moving in would be nice. - two coats of paint inside and out would be preferred. More interior colors would be nice. - more attention to cleaning the home prior to moving in would be preferred. - the sales office was very helpful. Steven Locke was great. He explained everything fully knew what he was talking about. He helped get last minute details completed.

The landscaping of so many trees and blooming flowers makes me feel like I live in an enchanted forest.

With Pulte it's a one stop process. From the building phase through financing and even homeowners insurance it can all be done through Pulte and their costs and rates are reasonable and competitive in the market place. We have had several Pulte/Del Webb homes and found they build a great home in beautiful developments with great amenities.
