Overall satisfied with our new home, disappointed in the quality of interior paint and wood trim. Everyone at the sales of was professional and responsive.

The people and the process is excellent. For the price, the quality of materials and workmanship is average. Especially the paint and attention to cleaning details. Response to some after closing issues working but slow.

We love our new home. We enjoyed watching each step of it being built. Everything went pretty smoothly. Since being in our home we’ve had issues with our doors. I sent an email and still nothing. So a little frustrated with the lack of response. But all in all we’re very pleased with our new home.

Love the house and neighborhood but finishing work is a concern as is handling of incorrect grout color that was recolored versus removed and redone.

The buying process has very much improved, however, the overall quality of the workmanship is not comparable to the process or the price. After having the opportunity to now closely, physically view the finished product, I'm finding a disappointing lack of attention to detail. I concede that I'm confident the dwelling itself is structurally sound, but the devil is always in the details. It's the small things that count like thoroughly covering the newly installed floor while painting to avoid speckling, or having professional cleaners actually clean up the unavoidable settlement dirt of construction upon completion, or insuring the caulking of gaps and holes that allow bugs to enter--simple, but telling. That said, the saving grace is the community itself at large. The people are great and the grounds are beautifully managed to say nothing of the plethora of organized activities and events. 1. Home is cold, even with double panel windows you can still feel the cold air coming from the window. NOT energy efficient. 2. Complained early on regarding kitchen sink, builder refused to change. 3. Yard uneven and unsafe to walk, not leveled properly prior to sodding. 4. Home not cleaned, paint spackle on floors, faucets, etc. 5. Interior doors show uneven areas with dents, and not painted well. 6. Should paint garage without extra cost. Home floor plans are beautiful, but construction, home energy and landscaping are in need of better quality control.

Make sure you get he irrigation system put in, we were talked out of it by our guy that sold us our lot. Big mistake. You should also find out about the rates for bring vehicles into the state, we found out and were blown away by the costs. Knowing some of the up front costs, could make the move a lot easier. We LOVE our home...

We came here to look about 31/2 years ago.back then we looked at Sterling on the lake and crosswind along with del web. At that time we put del web aside since we thought they were more expensive but after 3 years we found out other 2 has gone up in price more than del web. Del webs hoa is little more expensive but I believe they keep you more busy... we were lucky enough to find the almost center lit in big cul de sac with lots of trees behind and streams running thru. It truly is healing place. Especially builder, putty, n project manager were great. Quality of the house is pretty good and price is good too. We came to Sun City Peachtree and immediately knew this is where we wanted to live. We worked through the detailed processes with sales and most everything went as planned. The few hiccups were easily and quickly rectified. Our build team were also excellent and easy to work with. Phil, our Del Web Construction Manager was beyond excellent. He stayed in continuous contact with us on everything. We are in and almost settled and so excited with the choices we made.

We were extremely please with the process of building a home at Del Webb in Griffin. We had looked at other 55+ communities, and they just didn’t have the feel of community as this Del Webb. It just seemed like the perfect fit for us.

Good Communication with Construction team

The Monotony law prohibited us from having the colors we originally picked for our house exterior, and caused us to repaint our house to a color we did not like. When the bushes were removed from the back of our house it revealed a retention pond with muddy water that was not visible when we purchased the lot. Features in model we selected were not available: lighting, chrome fixtures..

Haven't been here long enough to give a full review. Been here 3 weeks and they are coming back to tear out my shower pan "While I'm Living Here" and replacing it because it is installed wrong. Hopefully the rest of the house is ok. Time will tell.

The options list is very confusing. I missed a critical one because the language is too vague. ASK about every option you want. Have your sales rep point it out to you so you can recognize it on the printout you sign.

We found everyone we dealt with to be so nice and accommodating.

Pulte Mortgage did a great job with the people who were my contacts in Colorado (Jordon & Trisha). At closing we only had the attorney present. Wish we could of had a Rep. from sales and Del Webb Sun City HOA. Had some questions should be answered (Mail box key, Garbage can & pickup, Gate pass) Still don't have mail box & Key after one month, Must go to post office for mail. House is good. One thing to mention is the paint used in house is not of the same quality as the model homes. Talked with contact from paint MFG. they said it was a low grade that they used,

I recently purchased my house and I am very satisfied with the house. There are a few things that could be improved on....placing of the furnace in the attic isn't the best idea, (was used as a space saver idea but really having a 55+ person pulling the attic ladder down & climbing up the ladder to replace the filter in the furnace needs to be rethought out), also placing the attic ladder in the master bedroom closet was placed extremely close to the clothes rack so blouses,dresses, or pants can't be hung...you have to move them before pulling down the attic ladder, then there isn't any place to hang hand towels or wash cloths next to the sink in the master bathroom. We love the finished product and had good relations with all staff we worked with. However, we were very disappointed in the attention to detail and the level of cleanliness of the property at closing. There are paint spatters throughout the driveway, sidewalk, and front porch as well as stains on our screen porch floor. The garage has clumps of drywall throughout along with paint splatters.
