Our 1st DelWebb home be built and our experience was awesome! Our Field Manager was the best! Our 2nd DelWebb home was an inventory house, we knew nothing could be changed and we were satisfied with 95% of the choices which had been made by the sales team. When considering an inventory home, pay special attention to all the outlets and plugs, some folks are not tech saavy. Always pay the extra for irrigation, well worth it! Be sure the sod is watered from the start or there will be many weeds to contend with. The 4 ft extension on the garage is also well worth the price! The pull out drawers in kitchen are well worth the price! Also under cabinet lighting is very helpful. We returned to DelWebb to be with folks our age and the amenities in place! We built this home while we lived out of state. We had challenges with the first building manager keeping in touch and felt frustrated and uninformed but Del Webb reassigned us and the experience completely changed. The second manager assigned was great, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. He took over right at the point our framing was completed, he spoke with us weekly, providing pictures and details on the next steps. We love the area, the floor plan and efficiency of our home. Our sales rep Chuck did a fabulous job working with us. When our home in Florida sold quickly, he helped us switch to a move-in ready home of the same model as the one we had contracted to build, making for a much smoother transition. Using Pulte Mortgage was a great experience as well. Overall, the house is well-built. Once our punch list items are completed, we can honestly say that Pulte and Del Webb do a fine job in delivering a quality house in a community that offers a tremendous lifestyle.

It's hard to give a meaningful rating of a new home. We've had some problems with our Lennox heat and A/C system, which they are working to resolve. Also had some serious scratching of the sink in our second bath which needed to be resolved. Beyond that, no major issues. In general, we are very pleased with the quality of the build. Hopefully we'll still feel the same after a few more years.

Surpasses our expectations of an Active Adult Community. If you can't find activities it is on you, there is just tons of things to do.

Wes was our contact person on construction. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the construction process and keeping us up to date. Sorry he not available for other future home buyers he has moved on to other Pulte projects.

The home selection process was very efficient and once the home was ordered, the construction execution was amazingly fast and efficient. Our home is awesome and we are thrilled!

He always kept me informed, caught any mistakes and made them right before I even knew about it. More than anything whatever was going on I praise his communication. That is usually most important to me and he continued to keep me always informed good or bad

Experience was really good, but too many restrictive HOA rules. Would not do again due to the restrictions.

People well informed and answered questions. They also returned calls. Over all good experience.

Representative responded to our requests sometimes the same day. Corrections were immediately made.

Due to the quick sale of our home in NC, we were in need of a home quick ! Robert and the sales crew were very helpful and efficient, allowing us to move in to our new home in SCP within a month of of our sale.

We love our floor plan and the community. After closing we discovered numerous problems that should have been identified and remediated at their inception. The warranty team was very responsive and all the problems were resolved to our satisfaction.

Our Field manage did an excellent job representing Pulte Homes. He was very responsive to our needs and questions. Our phones calls and text messages were returned very quickly. Our punch list items were fixed in a good timely fashion.

Very smooth process.. When ever we thought was not up tp par we addressed it with our field manager and it was taken care of right away. We are pleased with our new home. We chose a spec home and are pleased with the final results

The best home building experience we’ve ever had!

We liked our builder very much. He called weekly and was very responsive. We have been in the house only eight weeks and have 2 issues at this time. I have been told that I could call an electrician and pay for a change. The other issue I have not addressed yet.
