For the most part, the quality of supplies and materials have been good. But we have been here in the house about 6 weeks and are having problems with the windows. I did get a response to the service ticket but not a repair. The folks I would be most careful with are the design group and the salespeople that go over the house design exterior. I might have missed some of the information I was supposed to have made as I had to do all virtual selections were made as I had to do all virtual choices. It wasn't until I moved in to see some of the choices I could have made. With the interior design it was a similar situation. Anything I wanted to change, and pay for, was outside their cookie cutter mold and considered custom. I should have told them to do nothing a then brought in my own people after closing.. Our builder Austin was so extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! We had a few issues during the walk-through that were immediately taken care of before closing! The minimal issues we discovered post closing, Austin either took care of or directed me to the people that could help!

These guys have been reliable, knowledgeable and professional! Big shoutout to David, Ryan & Tim. You have made my job so much easier!

This is our second home we've had built and it just not like it was with our other builder. Granted our last builder was local and very accommodating. I would chose Del Webb again simply because we love the neighborhood. We didn't move here for the house. It's 1/2 the size for the same price. It's amenities and lifestyle that drew us to the neighborhood. I believe that is what Del Webb is known for and so far I totally agree. Lots of great people. Good house but we've had several things we've had to fix to date. Also we noticed our neighbors houses already need new paint in parts. They just don't make them like they used to. ... More

I would have liked to have more input as the build progressed.

Our building manager was courteous and responsive. The workmanship / attention to details were lacking in the construction of my home.

Somewhat disappointed with the lack of craftmanship / workmanship in our new home. From the general lack of cleanliness upon receipt to sloppy paint / drywall finishing and trim work, the level of quality did not match our expectations. Both the pre-walk review & the pre-closing review were too short in duration to adequately identify and address all issues. Quality needs to be built-in, by the individuals performing the task, not inspected in / reworked after the fact. It is clear that not all the Pulte vendors take ownership for the quality of their work.

Seamless buying experience with customer education regarding warranties, utility hookup and companies to access!

Pulte builds a quality home but doesn’t finish it off with quality. Finish paint, door operation, caulking leaves something to be desired. Warranty response is slow and incomplete, leaving owner doubtful that problems will get resolved.

I think that the builder can do better.

Sales office was a great experience. Design center is after contract signed. Standard options are limited. Upgrades cost a lot and really add up. Tile work and painting in DWCE is not great. Plan to have done again within 2 years, especially outside. Have a beautiful premium lot but builder did not plant on green space at back of lot that is covered with very tall weeds. Unsightly and disappointed in that. Builder Manager Austin was great to work with. Communication at least weekly during build was impressive. Punch list not too long.

Overall okay but quality is lacking in several areas

The experience from the beginning to the end was a seamless process. From the application there were professionals along the way to ensure decisions were being made about what to do next from the loan process to homeowners' insurance. At the end the builder ensured that I had all information needed to contract utilities etc. He also ensured I knew how the home warranty worked.

The quality of materials is not acceptable for price of home. I purchased a Spec Home, so no upgrades, but thought the basic level would be good quality. The Pulte sales agent was confused at times and did not have answers. The mortgage process with Pulte seemed to have communication issues between hand-offs/departments. The landscaping looks good until you actually check how trees/bushes were planted and discover uneven ground under grass/turf. When you do a walk-thru, take your time and inspect every inch of home. Some items, you don't see until you actually move in and then you have to deal with Pulte customer care (which is very short staffed and overworked due to number of issues from homeowners). Purchasing experience excellent process done professionally. However, VERY,VERY dissapointed with completion of home several unfinished areas in spite of same addressed before & after closing. Follow-up as per policy with telephone calls and email to date NO response.

Our builder Zack was helpful and informative. However our shower glass didn’t arrive before closing. We’ve already had a leaking window due to rain. I am not impressed with the overall quality, fit and finish of the house.

Our buying experience went well. From start to finish. Home was completed within the expected time. We were updated weekly with our building manager. Our building manager was excellent. He did everything he possibly could to make us feel confident that our home was being built correctly. He covered all our concerns real well. He was very professional and honest. The home is very nice and the company has a good warranty program. The warranty manager is very good also. He is very professional and does his very best to take care of our concerns. Very pleased with home. We are very very Blessed.

As my lead construction manager, he was extremely thoughtful, professional, efficient and timely throughout my entire build. Kudos to David and his team

Looking at models we found a new home ready to go. We said yes and in the home about a month later. Scott in sales kept our paperwork to a minimum and exchanging emails (I live out of state) took care of most items. The Field Manager Steven L. was exceptional in handling last minute items and fixes. After close we discovered the hanging lights in the kitchen were not installed correctly. Steven simply said "yes, it is wrong" and got it fixed in just a couple of days ... move of lights and paint and all with zero mess and no effort on my part. Good Communication with Construction team

Quality is mediocre at best. Shoddy workmanship and cleanliness. If the construction supervisor had not been changed, the finished home would never have been acceptable. Painting is bad. There is still paint on the kitchen door window and poor coverage on the exterior. Somehow, despite not yet occupying the house, the first water bill showed 14,000 gallons usage. I hope to check for leaks tomorrow. My normal usage is 3100 gallons per month. The drywall work in the garage sucks. I Just had it painted and had to do quite a bit of repair. The windows are dirty. The garage door opener exterior keypad does not work. We specified brushed nickel fixtures, but the bathroom lighting fixtures and faucets do not match. The price would be sort of okay for a gated community with private streets but it's not okay for public access. The location and construction schedule and Lennox HVAC are great and the only reasons I can live with this purchase. ... More

We were not present for any of the construction. David would send me photos every 2 weeks and after completion did a facetime walk thru.

Poor attention to details. Sloppy finishes. House was delivered dirty. Our issues were ignored.

Good experience with the one stop shopping for a home.

The quality of the workmanship is satisfactory only! I had to initiate calls and was told by my initial builder that he was about to call me. This happened several times throughout the process. During the last month, we were assigned a new builder who worked well with us to complete our home.
