Our builder, David, was great. He was very responsive to our questions and returned calls within 24 hours. He addressed all our concerns promptly.

I would rate my overall experience as GOOD. The builder was responsive. Workmanship is good, materials not all good. Some materials installed that do not work properly. There were items that were not completed on my home and promised to have completed which were and still not completed.

I am so disappointed with Pulte. The salesman never advised me that there would be a rock drain installed on my property. I specifically told him i did not want to be near standing water due to mosquitoes. I closed with a promise that outstanding 10 issues would be corrected within 2 weeks. It is 2 months later and only 1 item has been completed. I have been shifted from person to person. Kitchen cabinet and drawers were installed on a slant.Just discovered that my living room window frame is also installed crooked. I truly wish I had not agreed to close with Bldg supervisor begging me to close and give him a perfect review. I would not suggest anyone close with this builder until ALL corrections have been made. And definitely ask what other items will be on your property. I was charged a higher fee for my property! ... More

Due to the quick sale of our home in NC, we were in need of a home quick ! Robert and the sales crew were very helpful and efficient, allowing us to move in to our new home in SCP within a month of of our sale.

Overall, the experience was very good. There were some quality problems with painting/caulking/grouting and splattering of paint on the hard wood floors. But the house is well constructed and closing process was very efficient.

Our builder David was always helpful to answer any questions or concerns we had and kept us informed on the building process

We are now happily living in our new home. Wish it hadn't taken over 6 months.

We love our floor plan and the community. After closing we discovered numerous problems that should have been identified and remediated at their inception. The warranty team was very responsive and all the problems were resolved to our satisfaction.

Really enjoyed our sales person. She was responsive and educated on the homes and neighborhood. Was extremely disappointed in the final product on so many levels - too many to write out here. Main issues - craftsmanship just so shoddy I would be embarrassed to present this to an owner as clean and new.

This was our first experience with a production home which was far different from a custom built one. Our project manager was respectful, communicated clearly, and was patient with our questions and concerns. However, he clearly was overworked with too many responsibilities.

Building a new home at the height of a global pandemic had its challenges. Our sales rep, Parisa and builder, Chris O kept the project moving forward and provided timely communication. In the end, it was worth the wait! Our new home is beautiful - everything we'd hoped for!

Homes are built very fast. Hopefully at no sacrifice to quality!

Our Builder / Project Manager kept us informed through the entire process. Harrison always made himself available and followed up with answers to our questions.

The building experience overall was great we were at the house every day. My only complaint was with the design center. There were many options that were not even mentioned and were not found out until too late. This was very disappointing. I would recommend that future buyers are given a check off list so they know what is standard and optional. Also at the sales office, a computer mock-up of the home In color would be very helpful so you know what you are buying. We did not know the actual color design until the home was completed. Overpriced home for what we got and the builder rushed to finish construction to meet the 12/30/21 closing date which resulted in numerous areas unfinished (paint; punch list items; "placeholder" appliances instead of what we purchased; etc). It's been 5 weeks and we're still waiting on some items to be completed AND we still don't have our gas range.

The quality & craftsmanship is on par with other builders I've worked with.

Our Field manage did an excellent job representing Pulte Homes. He was very responsive to our needs and questions. Our phones calls and text messages were returned very quickly. Our punch list items were fixed in a good timely fashion.

Pulte has cut back on quality of products offered. Example, I not satisfied with the cheap lighting fixtures, no globes in the garage offered and discontinuation of decorative doors. There are so many subtle short cuts. They offered more in the older homes and more style options. Although the build process was informative, I am not a fan of quality versus price!

Kitchen Sink and Laundry Sink were both installed at incorrect locations. Field Manager did not check on his sub contractors or this would not have happened. Closing walk thru we noticed no gutters on rear of house, had to tell Field Manager, when they installed the gutters they installed incorrect size had to re-install. Field Manager was a poor communicator only concern was to get home completed and move to next one. Paint and trim are very poor quality. Field Manager not concerned with quality.

Dave was hands on. He was always available and responded to inquiries in a timely fashion. He answered all questions and if he wasnt sure he got back to us. We hIghly recommend Dave.

Quality of house is good. Several Trades are messy and quality of workmanship could be improved.

Extreme lack of attention to details. This was my second Del Webb home here. I like the community...however, the quality and workmanship is very poor.
