This all started with a visit to Del Webb Heartwood we were greeted by Victoria who welcomed us and made us feel right at home she was very pleasant and professional took her time answering all of our questions and concerns gave us detailed information about the community and the surrounding areas we could tell that this was the place for us to be. Once we made the decision to go ahead with purchasing our home we met with our construction manager Aaron who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his craft and was always available for any concerns his communication skills were excellent we were provided weekly updates on the construction process he was always available for any questions or concerns responding quickly and addressing them in a timely manner. The quality of the building process and materials was very high. We’ve been in our home for about 6 weeks now there have been some minor issues that have been resolved in a timely fashion customer service has been very helpful and always follow up with the work being done and to our satisfaction. We were kept informed to all major events & happening to our house build.

From start to finish, we have had a very good experience with Del Webb. Our foreman Mike Rogers was in charge of the crew who built our new home and was attentive to every detail. I could not have asked for a better foreman or a nicer home. I believe our home was built with very good quality. Even after we closed on our home, they are always here to help with any issues that may arise. We made a good choice to go with Del Webb. We are very pleased and happy.

Of course there were some issues to be addressed along the way in the building process. We are happy with our selections and quality of flooring and tile. Now there are a lot more backsplashes to pick from which is why we did our own. There’s an easier way now to pick out exterior color. Glad Pulte makes improvements. We wish there was an option to have the trash container outdoor storage area built with the house. A pain to do it now really. Overall experience is great and Heartwood Savannah location is amazing.

We’ve own a number of homes over the years. This will be our forever home. We look forward to getting know the neighborhood and the neighbors.

From beginning to end our build process was really a pleasure. Our only complaint was, we wish there were more selections with the finishes and weren’t so rushed to make decisions. Our construction manager Mike was outstanding and made this experience enjoyable. We had no worries with Mike overseeing everything. He was extremely meticulous and really cared about things getting done right.

The sales and construction staff are excellent! I had a few problems after closing that were resolved promptly. I was overwhelmed with all apps required and warranty registration, while trying to unpack moving boxes. However, I’m old and not a tech guru and a single person. I wish there was a resource to help with the tech stuff. I also expected that gutters were included in the cost of house and not an added cost at the design meeting. But I’m very happy with my new home!! Marjorie C

My praise will go to the assigned Realestate agent and my construction manager. I was not disappointed in either. The agent handled all my question and responded in a timely manner. The construction manager Aaron stayed on top of every phase of construction. He did a fine job. My complaint has to do with the sorry Concrete work and using 2x4 for trusses in the attic. Everyone in the neighborhood complains about the amount of cracks in the foundation, porch and garages. My house was no exception. Way too many cracks. In the attic, we replaced or repaired 8 supports that were completely cracked. That’s is what happens when you use poor lumber and 2x4 where 2x6’s should be used. ... More
