Living in Florida and washed out by the hurricane we were stuck in rental houses. Unable to move due to circumstances of health for more than a year. We were able to purchase a home and via live video build our home. Very pleased.

The construction manager was very responsive, helpful and proactive. A major problem is a design issue. The way the gutters are installed over the front walk causes water to build up on the walkway causing an ice issue. The water from the leader to left of the garage causes erosion and a hole in the patch of grass at the bottom of the leader. Overall, is a well constructed house.

The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The mortgage process was long and tedious. The quality of the materials used in construction is excellent and we were kept in the loop throughout the construction process. Del Webb staff was responsive and helpful. After move in Del Webb staff has been helpful and responsive as well. Excellent overall experience.

Overall, the experience was very good. Lots of paperwork and signatures required. Went with a different lender. Had to forfeit an early credit that we were given due to a change in lenders. Had to travel 45 minutes away from DW community to close. Would have been more desirable to close at the club house on the property.

My Lincoln Prairie Experience

I was most impressed with the design center experience. There were so many options, all very systematically arranged. The quality of these varieties were tangible. Michelle A was extremely approachable, not making you feel judged by the level/pricing of any of your selections. She was also so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. Most of the construction management team was wonderful. They were friendly as well as informative. The frequent construction updates were exciting and welcoming to receive.

Other than Gina Zitella people did not answer phone calls and was very hard to get hold of them during construction of the home ,

The Sales sector: Felt we were pushed to make a decision that day itself. The Sales person told us we may not get the lot we wanted if we walk away from it that night. We deposited $10,000 that night when we signed the contract. Now that we are in LP home, I found out from others that they were given 7-10 days to think through for the decision. We now feel we did not select a model that works for us in a rush. I don't have anything good to say. Until now they have not fix my door and molding in my kitchen cabinet. They said it will only take them 3 wks to order and replace my patchy cabinet.My counter top has poor quality. I don't know why you guys deliver those low standard materials . We paid you right but how come you have a poor craftsmanship. My driveway and backyard still such a mess. The pulte mortgage have not yet returned my $720 deposit .They promised to return it if we pay cash, until now they keep passing the buck. I am very upset and disappointed . I am not happy at all. It was a bad experience from start to finish. Important reminder to anyone considering this process know you are dealing with SALES..their intention in a large community is about getting you signed and closed! That's it..no more no less. Read your documents VERY carefully! The closing documents will have zero in the sellers column...ALL costs are paid by buyer! Everything and I mean everything is an "option"...even mirrors in primary bathroom and believe it or not the garages are manual!!! If you want remotes...that's an expensive option as well!!
