Shingles have fallen off our roof twice. Landscaper company planted a dead tree in our front yard and no one responds to our inquiries about it. We have yet to understand whom to contact when we have such problems. When we e-mail Pulte Customer Service, we receive an automated reply saying someone will contact us in 24 hours. NO ONE contacts us. The only person who is responsive to us is Trent our field manager/construction supervisor. He's been great.

Pulte was not up front about the lot I was building on. I ended up with a driveway that is way too steep for a handicapped person or any older person to navigate safely.

Jeremy watched over our project from start to finish. Since Marnie left he was our primary contact. Always responsive and corrections were made in a tinely manner. Julie has also been a great resourse for our questions about Britton Falls. Missed having our salesperson available but Jeremy and Julie filled in fine.

We were very excited to get our Del Webb home. Upon moving in, we noticed numerous flaws in drywall and painting. It will take us a long time to correct them all. Our driveway has already cracked. Our hardwood floor is cracking and is chipped along the edges. Paint splatter even on the hardwood floors. Our shower door can only open one way because the walls are not straight. Many chips and imperfections also exist in the kitchen cabinets. There really appears to be a lack if attention to detail on the finish work.

Attention to detail is impressive as is communication and responsiveness during construction. Upgrades and options are pricey but worth the expense if they meet your needs. Quality of bathroom fixtures disappointing.

We were not included in their “Celebration Walk-Through”. This is a walk-through prior to closing that should occur. In our case, just the construction supervisor and the warranty company rep performed the walk-through. So, there have been “punch-list” items that are becoming apparent as we live in the home. (We have been in our home now for 36 days.) The Pulte Warranty folks have been hesitant to have these issues fixed. Have tried many times to get answers. Upon moving in i discovered 20 plus chips out of a section of concrete, no response on this. Ive asked bout our yard. But seems pulte cares only bout the new closings and getting their yards in. We have standing water often, but i guess its not important. There is couple other items but its prolly a non issue.

The house is well built, but has one design flaw. The furnace room and the laundry room should be reversed. That way hot water would flow quicker to the master bath room and to the kitchen area. Right now it takes a full 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the master bath sinks ( complaint from other homeowners also) After the hot water has been shut off for more than 3 minutes we have to wait again a full 2 minutes to get hot water.We are wasting a lot of water with the set-up we have now. The Sales person was very helpful. The field manager always called to tell us what phase of the building was in and when to expect what the next step will be. Will be glad when we can get the yard and landscaping in. Our suggestion is to new home buyers, is to get the taller bathroom vanities, and the comfort highth toilets.

We are pleased with the experience. Only real complaint is with warranty website. We left message when roof damaged. Waited 2 days as website stated and then called. Was very rudely told that it is 3 days no matter what website stated. Called on third day and no record of our original input. Had to start process over. Thank goodness for crews on site that noted severe damage and got it taken care of. Now our roof is again missing shingles and we have to start system again.
