We love it in our new home. Yes, there are less expensive places to buy, and they are fine. But this is better and well worth the money. The people are great, the house is great, and most of all, you will love it.

Very Good Experience

From start to finish the Pulte team was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They addressed questions in a timely manner and as promised gave weekly updates on the progress. I still have a couple cosmetic items that were not noticed prior to closing but those will be easily fixed. Would highly recommend the Sagebriar neighborhood. Looking forward to all the amenities to be up and running next year, lots of energy here for sure.

Nightmare on Daisy Street

Materials used were inferior. When questions were asked they told us nothing was wrong besides nothing could be changed. We stated we would not move into this house unless fixed but again we heard we can’t do that. My manager will be very upset. It was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but it isn’t. We wanted to cancel the contract but was told you can but you’ll lose the monies put down. We will not be moving into the house and currently have it up for sale. If anyone can buy back this house that would be great. Please help. Thank you.

Overall everything went well with the sale and construction of our new home. Couple of things that Pulte should address. 1) Move the floor outlets in some of your models, easy to spot go look in your models for rugs that cover extensions cords.. 2) Install soft close toilet seats. For this level community that should be standard. The local staff is awesome from Sales to Production.

Good experience with some surprises

The biggest shock was a 750 dollar assessment for future repairs on a clubhouse that hasn’t been built yet! This item was not explained or even mentioned until we were in our house for a month. We still don’t have a life style coordinator, but we are charged full price for amenities that don’t exist yet!

Wonderful Stress Free Building with Del Webb Finch Creek

We recently closed on our new Del Webb Renown home in Finch Creek. The entire process from Sales, to Building, to Closing was a wonderful experience. The Sales Team answered ALL questions quickly and thoroughly, Our Building Manager was responsive, caring, and delivered a SUPERIOR quality home. Any issue was corrected to our satisfaction without hesitation. Our Building Manager kept us informed via email, texts, and onsite meetings on a regular basis. So happy we chose Del Webb for our forever home.

Buying/construction Experience

The buying/construction experience was not very good. we were not able to make simple changes after earnest money was provided during final design meeting. The completion schedule was not confirmed at any time during the construction process. The Del Webb process was very rigid and not customer friendly.

When we moved into our house, we were angry and sad. We would have moved out, but our former home was sold. The craftsmanship was very sloppy! I would not recommend Pulte to my friends.

Average experience is mostly due to insensitivity to customers throughout the process. It is somewhat expected of a mass manufacturing and building process, however more emphasis and resources must be provided to legitimate customer issues. Final inspection related issues must be promptly addressed although closing date is passed.

The team did incredible job finishing up the house as quickly as possible to meet my deadline. I purchased the only home available to meet my immediate needs.
