We love our new place. Construction was done well.

Having one supervisor during the build process was wonderful, esp because Josh wa so knowledgeable and patient! During my first 6 weeks here, I keep remembering all the information he gave me about my home and its future care, including tiny issuers and major questions as well. He is so experienceced!

The build quality is so so, after closing customer service is even worse.

A lot of things like closet shelving and shower heads that I consider cheap. Also backyard is totally uneven and pitted and danger to walk on.

Turning into an unpleasant experience and would not encourage friends to join this community.

No builder experience. Pulte mortgage was very unpleasant to deal with.

Our experience overall has been a positive one. The most important thing that I want to point out is the way Josh kept us informed of the build process, answered all our questions during the build inspection and was there for our closing inspection making sure we were satisfied with our new home. He made our experience moving here a good one! Thanks Josh.

To be honest, I am very disappointed in the quality of the windows, cabinets, carpet, sinks, faucets, and fixtures.

The contractors used by Pulte are below average. The roof shingles were defective when installed and until our personal home inspector went on the roof, Pulte had no clue there was a problem. They did no quality control to inspect the integrity of the roof. The towel rods in the baths are cheap even though we bought an upgraded model of Moen. The sodding of the yard was awful and Hittle landscaping skipped a 4 foot section in the back and after 6 weeks it has not been installed. We realize this is not a custom home build but really, the attention to quality work is not there. I question whether Pulte does any significant quality control of contractor's work and demand very much of them except a low bid price for mass construction projects. It is too early to provide a review. After 2 months, my reaction is neutral.

The construction manager was very thorough and kept a close watch on every phase of the process. Every week he provided us with a listing of what was completed and another list of what to expect the following week. I was on site each week and met with him many times and he showed me what was going on. When it came to final inspection, there was nothing left to do.

Our Construction manager was fabulous and attentive to any question or detail that came up. We love our new home.

Kevin sales person was great and helpful. Construction manager Ethan made sure work was done properly and wasn't satisfied until it met his approval and state guidelines.

Great to work with, kept us informed of progress, answered all questions very promptly, went out of his way to explain things in an understandable way. Proactive about all steps along the way. He earned a 10....

Overall good however the mortgage process was extreme.

Quality of workmanship was subpar. They just wanted to get the home built ASAP and then let the homeowner suffer the consequences of repairs. Very stressful

Del Webb not only builds a quality product, but they also build a strong active community. promoting interaction and involvement for their residence. They have built in numerous activity elements to satisfy almost everyone's interest, and have set up a strong network to make sue that the community maintains its high standards long after the developer is gone. We are excited about joining the community and look forward to enjoying our new friends and home.

Building experience was good. Building supervisor did a great jo keeping us updated on progress of construction.We’ve bought and sold 8 homes in last 53 years. This is our last final forever home, but I can’t even start to describe how terribly disappointed we are in the quality. Everything in our home is substandard poor quality-WITHOUT EXCEPTION from drywall, paint, countertops, plumbing, unusable handicap bars, door that opens the wrong direction, loose door facing on sliding glass door, cracked LVP flooring. The house would be so much better if the finish work was better….much better. Ethan, the construction manager is a fantastic rep for your company and is currently addressing the many issues with the workmanship. Some of the finish work on the interior is so bad that it would be laughable in my home state of Wisconsin. Where is the pride of a quality finished product? However, we are working through the issues and are enjoying the things that were done correctly. Josh has been awesome, as was Jared while he was on our job. Both very knowledgeable and professional.

Oversell, we are very satisfied w our Pulte home. We moved from a much larger custom built home and while our new home is not a custom home, the finishes are very good. The building process went well. We had the advantage of being on the build site a lot since we were local. I would definitely encourage future buyers to do the same if possible. Communications during the build process could be more proactive. We would have also liked more flexibility & choices with finish selections, providing more value for the price.

It was a great experience.

Our experience with buying a pulte home in the del Webb community was very good. Our questions and concerns were always met with care and professionalism.
