Has taken several days to have sub contractors fix minor problems. Also several basic home amenities such as garage walls, ceiling and door not insulated and no patio only a stoop was included. Had to contact sub contractor personally to have patio built.

Jeremy watched over our project from start to finish. Since Marnie left he was our primary contact. Always responsive and corrections were made in a tinely manner. Julie has also been a great resourse for our questions about Britton Falls. Missed having our salesperson available but Jeremy and Julie filled in fine.

Love our home. The Floorplan is beautiful. There were issues in the final stages but most were addressed. It was after closing when we found a few other issues missed by us and our inspector. We are still trying to contact them to see how we can rectify the situation.

The process with Pulte is outlined well but still overwhelming for a first-time home builder. The challenge of supply chain and sub-contractor shortages added a lot of difficultly for the builder, but our home was completed on time. We hired third party inspectors, which I would recommend even for a new build. Our construction manager, Anthony, was always very responsive, patient and kind in spite of how stressed out and demanding we could be at times. We have lived here a week and love it! I feel there needs to be a quality control process that ensures that one process is completed before another begins. I had an experience where my shower floor was not ready to be tiled. It was tiled when there was a hollow area around the drain. Not what you would expect for a $500,000 home.

Had Lot of delays from product availability and manpower. Did get me in to new home before booted out of old one. Quality was not job 1. Walls not square, certainly noticeable on tile flooring. Notice more defects as time goes by.

We went through four different construction managers of which Joel was by far the best. He communicated issues whether it was good or bad news Our house sat for 60 days with no work done. Very frustrating. We have not completed our list of items to be fixed due to being out of town. We are back now and will pursuit these items.

Make sure you have everything before closing! We still have a loaner refrigerator and Whirlpool could care less if we get the one we ordered and paid for! 6 weeks and they have gone silent!

We were very excited to get our Del Webb home. Upon moving in, we noticed numerous flaws in drywall and painting. It will take us a long time to correct them all. Our driveway has already cracked. Our hardwood floor is cracking and is chipped along the edges. Paint splatter even on the hardwood floors. Our shower door can only open one way because the walls are not straight. Many chips and imperfections also exist in the kitchen cabinets. There really appears to be a lack if attention to detail on the finish work.

we were told we would receive kohler or american standard plumbing fixtures because that is what pulte uses however we received an inferior brand gerber, we have had 4 stopped toilets in the first month, plumber said they would come check them. gave builder a checklist at closing very little has been done. closed at thanksgiving then left after christmas.so that is a busy time for subs. good follow up with calls we will see what happens, fit and finish not great hopefully everything will be corrected, floating floor is different, sounds hollow, this is our tenth new home and so far the ...

afraid the quality of workmanship displayed in my home less then I expected and hoped for---too many small issues to list but they all add up to each room with little attention to quality detail...,I am sure I will be doing complete repaint of walls and trim(with sanding) within first 2 years of ownership. landscape ok, but not what I would have selected and not sure why I could not select a layout or type of bushes from a selection, much like flooring and lighting. out of space to add more

Shingles have fallen off our roof twice. Landscaper company planted a dead tree in our front yard and no one responds to our inquiries about it. We have yet to understand whom to contact when we have such problems. When we e-mail Pulte Customer Service, we receive an automated reply saying someone will contact us in 24 hours. NO ONE contacts us. The only person who is responsive to us is Trent our field manager/construction supervisor. He's been great.

I was initially enthusiastic about building a new home, but as months dragged on with no progress it was obvious that my home had “fallen through the cracks.” Eventually the building supervisor was replaced and it got back on track. There were numerous little things still undone, but I was encouraged to close, assured that these would be taken care of asap. It,s been more than 2 months and I’m still waiting. Now I’m told these construction issues will be treated as warranty problems and not addressed for 10 months! It’s really taken the joy out of a beautiful new home.

Great floor plan! While there were definitely good people and good things involved in this home buying experience, there was also just as much pain, sloppiness, and disappointment. Definitely hiccups in the building and post-COE processes, and I ended up being the loser most times. Now 7 weeks after COE, and I'm still struggling to get my COE punch-list completed. C'mon Pulte, I know for a fact you're better than this. I have a good person on my side now, but you let me down for a very choppy, inconsistent process. We are pleased with our home and the quality of the workmanship. The Project Manager has been excellent with his follow up. However, with any new home there will be issues that need to be addressed. The "customer service" contact person is less than adequate and does as little as possible to address your concerns.
