Communication was less than ideal. They told me I would be in my house no earlier than December but ended up having to close in November with no time to secure mortgage and had to get a high interest bridge loan personnel at Del Web were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Still have a kitchen cabinet issue worker came in without talking to me and replace the wrong door. I have had the door for two weeks, but for some reason, I can’t get it installed. Landscaping ends up in driveway when it rains. Snow removal removed a large section of land turf. Garage door does not always close ...

You must first understand that these are total production homes. they build several at at a time so much is going on and I dont think there is enough supervision to ensure the best quality at all times. For the price of our home I did expect more in terms of quality work in the details. The little things matter...

Disappointed in the overall workmanship of home.

Encountered many problems because of unskilled workers. The supervisors of the construction managers should know more about the building of a home. They aren't willing to listen to a homeowner. The construction managers have to spend too much time babysitting subs because of the bad work performed. Thus, making costs go up and frustrating to see this through the whole process. Good experience with some surprises

The biggest shock was a 750 dollar assessment for future repairs on a clubhouse that hasn’t been built yet! This item was not explained or even mentioned until we were in our house for a month. We still don’t have a life style coordinator, but we are charged full price for amenities that don’t exist yet!

The buying/construction experience was not very good. we were not able to make simple changes after earnest money was provided during final design meeting. The completion schedule was not confirmed at any time during the construction process. The Del Webb process was very rigid and not customer friendly.

Average experience is mostly due to insensitivity to customers throughout the process. It is somewhat expected of a mass manufacturing and building process, however more emphasis and resources must be provided to legitimate customer issues. Final inspection related issues must be promptly addressed although closing date is passed.

We have been in our new home a little over a month now and there are still things that are not complete. I one major thing is our lawn is not in. We lawn services that need to be done , but can not until the final grade is finished to the yard. There is still trash all over the yard and it look bad.

I have been in the house for five weeks and no one has fixed the items that needed attention. The sod was finally laid down but needs to be finished. We still have kitchen doors that need adjusting. I'll put the ending first - now that we are settled in our home, we are very happy. The community is wonderful because the people who live here are wonderful. And we like our home. The experience of having the home built was fraught with issues and disappointments. At one point there was no progress on our home for over two months, which delayed our opening and caused us to have to extend our rentals. The purchase process is very smooth and efficient. The construction process moves along quickly but communications throughout the process is terrible. We knew very little throughout process and when we tried to communicate concerns or special needs we were ignored. Also care for property is not much of a concern during construction. Our hardwood floors were installed early on and not covered. We spent days cleaning them and now have 30 plus boards that must be replaced.

My new house is beautiful but I needed to do quite a bit of upgrading to get the look I wanted. The general selections I found to be very limiting. My family and I were also extremely upset that used appliances were placed in my home during a global pandemic because mine were not in at the time of my closing. I never used any of them. The home is decent, and we do not regret the purchase. However, the customer care manager has been abysmal. The house does have issues that warrant addressing; paying 400k for a new house and the dishwasher break, large cracks in cabinets, and sinks not working within the first month is not pleasant -- but the lack of care from the customer care manager is truly disappointing.
