Seemed more complicated than our previous home purchases but our salesman has been very helpful. Main dislikes are the appliance brand installed, the rough tile work, and the high tech entry and package retrieval systems. There have been glitches. So far the grounds are nice and building upkeep are good. Workers have been great.

Our home was completed three months later than promised and over the course of the building process kept getting pushed back so that I had to reschedule our movers three times. While our construction manager was wonderful, the communication within Pulte was very poor. We received the wrong house keys at closing, our trash cans did not arrive for 6 weeks, we had no mail service to our home for over two weeks because of a nonfunctional mailbox. Workmanship leaves something to be desired

The house floor plan is great. The community is better. But the workmanship was not nearly as good as I had expected. The dry wall is not even, the vanity lights are not level. The vanity in the master bath is not square. The good news is that that customer service has been responsive. Although the problems have not yet been fully resolved six weeks after move-in.

Issues related to quality of workmanship and materials

Pulte team is quite responsive. However, the quality of workmanship by some contractors and materials used is not very good. For example, paint quality, in particular on window frames, is very low. A two-door garage has only one spring, posing potential safety risk. We have noticed many small issues, such as caulking and cracks on the garage floor, after moving in.

What should have been an exciting and positive move to a new life and lifestyle had many, and continue to have frustrating issues. There are moments of joy, the community is filled with great people that care for each other and their homes. The issues are ongoing and disappointing as I held DelWebb and Pulte to a standard that I overestimated. I hope to have these concerns resolved while working with their teams to turn things around and smooth out the bumps in the road.

We have had many unexpected events including gas meter leak, weeks without mail, electricity failure, and issues with appliances. The support people are wonderful and buying the home was a breeze, but we didn’t expect to have issues with a brand new home. Hopefully, the road ahead is all roses!

The community is nice, the neighbors are nice. The internal construction is very nice. The outside, ESPECIALLY the siding has been a continued issue. Either the material is of poor quality-plastic siding, OR the installation company is a JOKE. It could be both. Pulte needs to examine this VERY CLOSELY

I hate to be negative, but their some disappointing issues. Our toilet leaked after a couple of days, dishwasher hasn't worked for two months, takes hot water 3-5 minutes to get to the kitchen sink. Our front porch looks like it has been there for 20 years, there spots and stains everywhere and a footprint where someone stepped on the concrete before it was set. Everything was an upgrade in this house, which gets to be very expensive to have nice things, some of which we are still not happy with.

Nice neighbors, but this is a builder's grade house

This house is a very expensive builders grade house. The cabinets are not wood, the vanities have NO drawers-they are just boxes, the island has one pull out per section, the sink sounds like tin, the supply lines and valves are plastic, all the closets have wire shelving, including the pantry, and to have upgraded appliances you pay a fortune. You need to purchase your own hand held showers, your own cabinets for the bathrooms, extra towel bars, etc. Am I glad I moved here...yes. I needed to move. But be aware that you are not purchasing quality...

Prior to purchase; We understood that " kitchen layout upgrade" meant upgraded appliances. We were disappointed with Whirlpool appliances. We were told at settlement walk through that humidifier is not included it is an option. We were not offered humidifier option. After settlement: The politeness disappeared overnight. Custome care managment became argumentative. Made us feel as if we were knit picking.

I would give a C- to the overall experience. I contracted in Nov. 2021 and moved in Oct. 2022. During pre-settlement walk thru I was given blue painters tape to mark any items needing repair. There were so many, they should have been noticed thru Pulte's quality control and not the responsibility of the buyer to point out. The builder has been very responsive to fix detected issues. My impression is that there is a rush to complete these units and quality standards are not what you would hope for new construction. We had great experiences with our sales person, Shioban. We had several items missing in our home delivery including our whole house humidifier and our lyric thermostat, which we caught after closing and have still not been resolved. We have a few people helping us resolve these issues but we have been here a month and a half and are still waiting on installation and replacement of several items.

Quality is an issue for me. We have had major issues with the Whirlpool appliances, HVAC system, foundation crack, electrical problems and that is after two months of occupancy. The Whirlpool appliance required a new control board. The HVAC system electronic air cleaner was assembled wrong and requires a new transformer. The foundation crack was the least of the problem as the team here responded quickly to repair the cracked foundation and stop the resultant leaks. After waiting for many months we moved into our new condo nearly two months ago. Since moving in we have had to have a number of minor repairs (door jam, carpet edge, shower door repair) and issues with our heating system. We had no heat over night on a cold evening. Despite contacting the Pulte during business hours and on the emergency number it took over twenty hours to get the repair to our heating system done. It wqs very disappointing that it took so long. We were misguided about the future trail. When we selected a lot, we were told that the trail would be at least 30 feet away from our home. They have built it right next to our home and now we are deprived of our privacy. We feel like we are cheated. It is so close to our home that we feel like like we are sitting at roadside cafe. We presented our case to board of directors, but no response from them. Very very disappointing.
