Promises about projected move-in date were kept. After moving in, anticipated, expected problems, such as ‘settling’ of the building structure causing doors to no close properly in their frames have been noted after six weeks. Del Webb predicted these, and now it is the important to get them fixed.

The location is great overlooking the lake, close to shops and the highway. We have met some very nice people here. Our place is a beautiful corner unit overlooking the clubhouse which isn’t open yet and we don’t know when it will be opened due in part to COVID delays. Our compressor died 2 weeks after living here and it took 2 weeks to be fixed. That said we were given a couple of AC units to use while we waited for parts and they were responsive to our needs.

We love our new home by Pulte. In general we are very happy. There are some small issues eg: paint chips, finish work. I am assured these touch ups will be taken care of at our 11 month warranty. We did have a leak that was addressed immediately and are very happy with the quick response and repair work.

I have a problem with the low quality appliances and after purchase issues that I am not able to resolve because I cannot get anyone to call me back. Emailing doesn't work, and there are no telephone numbers to call. I am quite disappointed with the after purchase experience although the builders are still as helpful as they can be and go out of their way to try to help even though their job has long been over.

This place is amazing and can’t believe I live here. The process was easy and everyone was friendly and helpful for closing. The units are very beautiful. Although there were somethings that were frustrating were the units were made were you had to do some work, like carpets in the bedroom or all units made for handicap. Also somethings they fail to mention and yiu find out later. Overall, I love living here, it’s quiet, plenty to do and walk,

Exceptional experience with the DelWeb Construction Crew before I Closed on my Condo. The first sales rep was great. Kept us current on progress and showed interest in our excitement on buying the place.Then we experienced some pain with lack of information for a while with the replacement sales rep. The pricing for the UPGRADES is OUTRAGEOUS AND THE QUALITY OF THE UPGRADED APPLIANCES,etc has a LOT TO BE DESIRED. Not worth the price, period.

Although I was initially impressed with how you folks reached out and communicated, I quickly learned that your management group is NOT responsive, they are disorganized, and maybe they are just not capable of doing the job. I am still ironing out administrative problems after 2 months. Also, your "bait and switch " sales techniques of selling your properties with amenities that are later rescinded is more than infuriating.

Just found out there is homeless shelter for families going in next door which wasn’t revealed during the home buying process. Happy with the swimming pool and recreation center but now wonder if it will be crowded when they finish building all of the units. Paying the HOA fee has turned out to be an incredibly difficult task since the HOA administrators are incredibly disorganized - I have sent in both a direct withdrawal form for my checking account and a check when that didn’t work and they didn’t take the funds with either method. The builder neglected details and was in a rush. Grouts in the bathrooms are barely there and rough. I wonder if the tiles will stay together much long and grout sealer was not even applied where the bathtub and floor meet and the grout is cracking from drying. Generally the workmanship is quite poor. I wonder what else I will notice later. And the doors are too big where the space is small; they hit together. Buying process was pleasant.

Buying the condo was easy. The issues are another story. The air conditioning has been a problem from day one. I have learned from EVERYBODY that this is an ongoing issue. Should have been fixed long ago as this is building number 6 of the complex. The problem still continues. My first night there I had to stay at my sisters because it was too hot to sleep there. Any hot day my condo is uncomfortable. They have tried temporary repairs. Still waiting for the repair. We moved into the condo in July. Keys are another ongoing issue. Many finishes were incomplete like having cabinet flooring under the sinks, unfinished details, ie., areas left unpainted, laundry room should whave cabinetry, for the costs. Responsive to issues is slow to incomplete. I did have wonderful luck when I reached out to Tim. He got my broken dryer fixed within a day while the people I was directed to have not responded. Issues are small but te cracked gliding window still remains broken with no one getting back to me.

I’ve been here now for a little bit over a month and have discovered a few things that I didn’t realize before I purchased my unit. All but one of the sinks in my unit were designed for ADA compliance. This meant that there was no bottom to the sink it went straight to the floor. So I had to pay a workmen $360 to make a shelf under the sink and install it. Personally, I believe that Del Webb Chauncy Lake should have designed the sink so The bottom of the cabinet could be unscrewed and removed for compliance with ADA regulations. Overall, the condo looks great. When we asked the sales team why one side of the building was considered 'premium'. The response was that they do not decide but they are told by their management which side is considered premium. Of course, we do not actually see our condo until it is finished, and we do the walkthrough. It is then we found out why one side was considered the premium side of the building. There seems to be an issue with the GFI breakers. Ovens always shut off. Light bulbs continue to flicker. When it’s windy outside it sounds like a wind tunnel in my unit. The flooring is cheap. There is a squeaking noise in front of my pantry. There is small area on my master bathroom vanity that is peeling. Some areas of grout on the master is not even with the tile.

This is a beautiful area which was part of the draw; however, I expected better quality for the price. I've lived here 2 months. Appliances are cheap. The washer (which I had no choice but to accept) doesn't work properly. It's been a week since the trouble was submitted and no response. So far, 3 doors (and counting) won't latch properly. Walkthrough items have not been resolved. I was told if I have them taken care of now, they won't come back for the one year walkthrough...doesn't seem right.

For the price of half a million dollars, they put in poor quality appliances. Oven hasn't worked for half of the time, ceiling lights have tripped breakers as well as the oven. Doorbell replaced. NO sound deadening between floors. Chrome fixtures mixed with nickel. Light bulbs flicker and die within one month. Lowest grade of master shower enclosure, no ledge for shaving legs, had to put a stool in there. Difficulty knowing who to contact when you have an issue. They suggest an email to use. There are a lot of questions that were not brought forward by the sales office when I bought into Dell Webb. Some Condos are right handed and left handed. That was not explained to me. I thought I was going into a right hand Condo and went into a left hand one and when I told the sales office that they told me basically to suck it up it's not an issue, you will get use to it.
